This app is useless and does not work. Don't waste your time. Complete Junk pile of $%it.

For all who are complaining that you cannot logon, CPS discontinued this app and is going to Nest. Ridiculous! It is a ploy to raise rates because we cannot control our water heaters! Angry about this change!

I don't know and don't have to know how to use the thermostat on the wall because of this app. It's super easy and I've never had a problem with it.
Just installed the app, and I can't login. Keeps saying my credentials are not right. I can get on through internet but not the app..so I know my info is right
I did try login but still fail not won't let into what hell. You know doing better youself fix on it damn it.
I get a service error 90% off the time when trying to logon. Mostly useless.
Frustation has set in...I was able to log in awhile back but now I keep getting "check your creditials and try again". Someone needs to check the creditials of the person who sent out the update and screwed with the app and website.
The app constantly fails and will not accept our credentials. It gives us error reports 99% of the time stating that the data entered could not be verified. Don't waste your time, just use your laptop to manipulate the program which is great!
It use to work when we first moved in 2014, however we stopped using it for a while. Tried reusing it again, and .ca t do anything on the app. They aren't even connected anymore.
I had no issues with this app in the past until recently and can no longer log in. Keep getting "Settings Request Failed" message. Regret switching to the CPS thermostat and regret installing this app.
Can not access my system when I want to. It's hit & miss. Considering having CPS remove.
I can log into my account online but not on this app.. at first I thought it was something that I was doing wrong and then I came here and alot of people are having the same problem. I am going to uninstall this app and just use the website.
As of late the app, once signed in isn't displaying any data. Not sure if this is an isolated issue.
This app is garbage I should be able to set if it's hot inside (summery days) AC comes on And automatically if it's to cold (wintery days) the heat comes on Also having to log in manually every time I need to change temp sux
Sooo annoying having to enter the password every time! PLEASE add an option to stay logged in until user logs out
Would be great if I didn't have to login every time I use it, but works well otherwise.
Very useful, sometimes it glitches but I can't imagine life without it
It's better to use the internet site then this app. Everytime I put in my user name and password it says it's incorrect.
Helpful for making temporary adjustments to schedule, but would be better with 2 changes: 1. Enable changes to schedule 2. Don't make me enter password every time I use the app. Does not need to be as secure as online banking app. No update since 2016? Geez.
Buggy at best. Usually basically does what it's supposed to, but lately I can't log in at all, keep getting an error "SETTINGS REQUEST FAILED"
it used to work now I can't log on with my cellphone. I have to use my computer. I uninstalled and reinstalled it made a difference before but not this time.
