App needs a lot of work. Not user friendly at all.
App doesn't tell you much about your account. $12 payment fee is robbery along with the high interest. A page showing what you owe and the payoff amount are the simplest of improvements that can be made to make it more user friendly. Step up to the 21st century CPS. Best move.....just pay them off. Then you have nothing to complain about. You get 3 stars because I can pay my bill with it securely
Awful! While adding expiration date to payment method, app pulls up date (including specific day) AND time so won't accept debit/credit card. Not worth the frustration PLUS they charge $12 to pay using their app. Complete morons!
The app needs to provide more info and payment options. When I log in I would like to see what my remaining balance is. Current payment history. Option to pay on the principal only would be awesome.
Useless. I can only make a payment, and it only shows old payment history for the app, nothing in last 60 days through the website. Can't check my balance, etc. Literally can only make a payment and nothing else. Uninstalled.
App doesnt work, uninstalled it after too many log in failures. Yes the company should update how they accept payments and knock it off with the high service charge for electronic payments. No one pays by check in the mail anymore.
Why in the hell would you guys downgrade to something like this when before you could check your balance and see things in more of a detailed perspective? That app that you guys had at first was just fine. At the moment I need to know how much I owe in total and I can't even see that through this app. I give this new app a zero rating. I am very unsatisfied with this.
App is pretty generic but you can make your payment securely if you want to be RIPPED OFF!!!!! They charge $12.00 per transaction. I'm already shopping around for new loan with a company that doesn't try to RIP ME OFF!!
This app wouldn't let me log back in after first log 8n. And never b4 have I had to pay a 12 dollar fee just for trying to pay back what I've borrowed. Uninstalled the app, set up recurring payments instead NO CHARGE for this service.
I find the website easier to use than the app. Not all options available on the website are on the app.
Not happy. Tried to reset password but wouldn't let me as I needed to enter old password. How? I can't remember!! Reason for reset!! WOW! Really?? Really frustrating!!
I have forgotten my password and trying to change it is impossible. You have to kno the original password to make a new one!!! Well if I knew the old 1 I wouldn't have to change it. Rediculace
EVERY SINGLE MONTH I LOG ONTO THIS APP I HAVE TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD! I don't know why it doesn't remember it, but I have to do a 'Forgot password' because it won't accept it... And every month, I make it the same password that it should be, it's VERY ANNOYING
it was okay at first besides the $12 add on fee to go along with your payment, but now since the last update it doesn't remember the email address and or the password you set, smh
Still not able to login. Website immediatly tell me user not found, even when i choose the option of Forgot password. Useless option and am forced to paybthe $7.00 processing fee.
Since the new update, VISA is no longer supported to pay within the app. Literally makes no sense, VISA is the most COMMON card type!
Won't let me create an account. Says email format not valid. Must be alphanumeric? It's an email address... why is this so complicated?
Very limited app. Can't check your balance and only shows what u paid in app. Not worth the download.
Have hard login in . My info never correct and my security question never right. I unstable and reinstalled...still I can't get into this appt
Can't do much. Paying by app cost to much. Only good thing is finding the account number.
Not able to create an account,the system is not allowing me to create an account via my phone.I have tried several different times.Frustrating
I haven't had a problem yet and I been with them for 2yr + . Great service!!
i pay my bill its on time and i have no issues this service is great.
got to login once but now I can't get back on it also everytime I try to get the password change it says that I'm not found

Cannot log in anymore. My user name is not valid. This is a big downgrade!
App needs improvement you can not login or sign up it gives you an user error not user friendly and you have to choose 1 star to post review it deserves 0
It is easy to make payments though the app and it is secure. Those are probably the only 2 good things about the app. It would be great if it would display the payoff balance and even amount due if you make a partial payment for the month. It would also be a good feature to show what you've payed on the account(s) you have opened with them.
