CPU Cooler Master-Phone Cooler

For cooling I love the app, it does it's job and It's easy to use. But there is a problem. The app won't abide by my choices in settings.I've tried to disable weather notifications but it turns itself back on, constantly. And there's no setting option to control the homepage/slidelock feature. I'd like to be able to disable it. The app is interfering with operations so I finally had to uninstall it.

this app seems to work quite well as a detector of rising temperature and as a tool to curb the heating. I'm taking off half a star for surprising me with unexpected audible advertising (everyone staring at me in the quiet zone on the train!), and another half star for unwanted weather notices that take up too much space of my notifications area and require almost daily re-inactivation at this app's settings. Really annoying! Hence, i'm giving it a 4-star.

I think every phone should have this app installed on there phones automatically - if that makes any sense. I'm just trying to say how grateful I am for this app. It works well and within a few minutes my phone was back to normal temp! >>edit. Recently it has been getting worse whenever I attempt to cool my phone down the app freezes and crashes.

My phone was continually running hot (average 125 degrees) with it constantly shutting down because of the heat, and the only thing I could isolate it to was apps that were overworking the CPU. I read about Cooling Master and just before I was going to buy a new phone, I downloaded it. The difference was immediate! Not once has it shut down since. The average temp now is in the low 90's. This app seems to be amazing in how it targets the offending apps and shuts them down!

When this app is not running, my phone is so much cooler to the touch. I bought the premium version, and it does not work as it should. My phone could be running only one app, and this thing will keep saying that it is overheated, and that I should clean programs and close it for awhile. So I do just what it says, and 10 minutes later, it's hot again! I am starting to think that this app causes your phone to heat up, so I am going to uninstall it!

I love that it cools my phone down and lets me know when it is overheated. That being said, the 4 star rating is because the last update they did made it so I have to scroll off my phone's screensaver, then I have to scroll off the Cooler Master diag page, then I have to scroll off my screensaver again. It doesn't sound like it's that bad, but it is annoying as hell.

meh... tells me the temp of something in my phone which is nice but when it's overheating (102°) there's a button to "cool" the phone by hard closing apps. to find them it "scans" the phone. however it stays in scan mode for over 10 minutes not showing results. i got this app to find what app was causing my phone to heat up. still haven't found it on my LGV30.

All these cpu/battery cooler, cleaner, apps. And I mean all of them use up more than half of my ram and heats faster and lags more. How is using more ram cool off your phone/tablet, makes no sense. Then when you clean or boost that also does nothing at all, because I go back in my settings and all the cache apps are still running

it's a really good app. love how it cools the phone and also displays the temperature. but after the last update, my phone keeps showing the weather notification even though I've disabled it. until that's fixed, I can't give more than 4 stars

Was fine until an update forced it to take over the lock screen when it was running in the background. The whole point of it running in the background was for it to be unobtrusive. No way to turn it off. Uninstalling.

Best app i had ever seen before . It really works. It show the temperature of phone with noti message. So you can check temperature of phone. If your device is too hot it shows overheated .It means that you can slow down your device temperature by clicking app and follow instructions on app given. From #MYANMAR(Burma)

I decided to uninstall this because I kept getting notifications that this app was draining my battery,was watching the battery charge going down in real time, and it may have been actually causing overheating issues instead of preventing them.if it can drain a new phone and battery that fast it was probably taking temperature measurements from the overworked battery, not the CPU,or causing the CPU to overheat.

I wasn't sure if it was a conn or a drainer or what to think.. but I find now my battery is much cooler on note 9 plus my battery lasting longer again because it was draining so quickly before even when not in use. It is so wonderful that today instead of seeing it at 70 per cent just after using it is still at 98 per cent just after using it ;-) Superb ! full stars No more overheating Battery back to last the day and the weather bonus no matter accuracy let's you know day in advance.

It's truly a great app, capable of reducing the heat produce by the CPU. However, i personally think that it would be efficient if it's capable for automatic CPU control in the background as soon the warning reached.

It's okay it really doesn't do anything it just appears to be funtionally doing what the app was designed to do but really doesn't scan or function correctly and it doesn't really seem to be making a significant difference between temp and cleaning or functions of the phones systems and functions and processes!!!!:-( :-(👎👎

Ok so we toleratey your annoying & way too frequent ads. But when ads such as your ad for your paid version momentarily freezes our devices up to force us to notice it then that is way too manipulative! Therefore we dropped our ratings from 4 stars to 1 star until you turkeys stop that. If you don't stop that we will uninstall it. If you stop that (likely not) we will increase it back to 4 stars. Further your indicated device temp. is closer to the battery temp, not even close to the CPU temp.

Awesome app But didn't cooled when I downloaded You need to go to settings and then accesbility window and then move the button to right. It says it will take your storage information. It promises that it will not take private information. I hope it will not take it. Awesome app. A must install app but you need to give it permission to see all you storage Hope it will not leak any data from phone

Was great. Enjoyed it and it worked well. The last update caused a major issue with some sort of screen overlay issue, so I had to uninstall and rate it lower. Would install again if issue gets fixed.

My phone was really heating up, I actually almost burned my hand, I went to Google for a way for it to cool down and this really did the trick! Sure it took a bit of time (4-7 minutes actually) but it's better than nothing. It just stays on that loading screen but don't be deceived. Check it here and there it works! Don't knock it till ya try it!

I'm using Redmi 4X already two months. But I do not know why my phone became overheating quickly when I was using it. Then, I disable all autostart apps but my phone still overheating slowly from ordinary. I'm trying to install and use this app. Now, my phone is not overheating as before. I really like this app because I can use my phone to play games more than 7 hours.

The ads are so intrusive that it takes 3 attempts to get past them just to input your phones home screen password. I don't care how well it cools, because it won't matter when I throw the phone across the room in irritation.

Fine as long as you don't mind it doubling as a weather app and inserting itself alongside your login screen! I actually liked it a lot at first but it is rapidly morphing into a different app.

Kept saying CPU was overheating, but wouldn't close the background apps that the app said were causing it. I believe this app actually made it worse by constantly running ads and weather updates that just wouldn't shut off.

as always along with other wonderful apps, this particular app might take a bit of some space, trust me Im in the midst of having some of my devices crashing before I can enjoy or view anything at all so be aware of this situation!!👍👌☺😀

Really ... coooool! The ads are annoying because they're keeping me from using the cooling master app. Once I figure where I'm at, the app appears to be working well. I'm hoping to save a battery.

Never did the last update but somehow it updated recently, Then from a lock screen I could no longer turn on the camera, got pop up ad screen like I suddenly started getting with CM. You've overstepped your bounds. UNINSTALLED AND DONE!
