Unfortunately it does not recognise my Android version even though I am on stock Android using a Google Pixel phone and also so I cannot get an individual reading for the sensors I can select the sensors and get the list but that's as far as I can go. Edit. New ui but still cannot get readings from sensors.
Provides only some useful info. CPU X is generally better. E.g., that one gives you your exact CPU details, down to exact type and speed of each core, while this one tells you what general class of processor you have. Bug: when you ask for details on rear camera it gives you front, and vice versa. Does provide some details CPU X does not. Haven't compared to other apps with similar names.
I don't understand this app. What's the point? Why would anyone buy this? All you get is a bunch of useless information about your device. Most, if not every info is accessable through Android settings. Plus, there's AIDA64 - app with every into about your device you need - for FREE. Even more,, there's dark theme - a feature this app is missing. So, CPUz is not for me. I don't like it very much. I don't hate it either. Just, it's not worth buying.
DON'T bother. Annoying/INTRUSIVE daily ADS for their other apps, via Android notifications, regardless of whether I've used the app or not, and EVEN though this is the "Pro version". It's a shame, plus is a shameful business practice... Worse than Popup Ads used to be. UNINSTALLING. Maybe try selling your apps based on their quality, not by nagging existing customers into buying more.
DO NOT PAY FOR THIS!!! This is my second time with this terrible app on my phone. They keep giving it away free and I forgot the name. They stole the name and are trying to charge while you can get the real thing free. This garbage app doesn't even recognize a lot of snapdragon processors. My phone has an 865 but according to this I have 0 cores and unknown processor and no mention of gpu. It offers no info worth knowing and is probably wrong with the stuff it does show.
The UI at point of writing this review is a slight bit clunkier, and way less responsive. If those issues can be fixed, the app will be good. Edit: Definitely responsive now, but still as clunky.
Does what it says... for the most part. The user interface is clumsy, no longer bring able to swipe between categories. The sensors details are inaccessible on the Pixel 4a 5G. Worst part is the notifications are ads.
Like most reviewers I'm left scratching my head as to why the sensors/apps list does nothing when you click on an entry. There are free apps which give you more information.
Beautifully designed app and works well with one exception. Multiple times I've experienced freezes when it tries to access storage on my Note 10+5G.
You now serve up ads in the app notifications. Lame behaviour for a paid app. The interface is also clunky compared to the swipe interface you once had.
Great for diagnostic purposes. But it defeats it's purpose. It is a constant drain on your battery. Good luck making it though the day without having to charge.
Pro is not bad but it's something poor in features. I did not understand why I can't access more detailed views of sensors. I am tapping on them but nothing is happen.
Constant shows +50% CPU usage on XRN7 when in fact is 20% it shows 70 + . most intriguing thing is the battery usage in the background on XRN7 it's using more power than the already powerhungry Microsoft launcher, a ,15% power usage in 4 hours of testing on a new 4000 mah battery is unacceptable.
Oh dear. It's showing advertisements in the notifications. And that's the Pro version! I will delete this app now.
Haven't used it yetbut I'm getting ads. Even tho it's not showing ads in the info. 2nd app to do this. Uninstall.
It crashes with each opening to the point that I haven’t been able to try out the app.
Its useful but when your phone have dual camera or more than that, then app shows only one single cam details. Need improvement
Nice app! But one star down for services running in background even if the app is stopped.
MISLEADING NAME! This is NOT the well known CPU-Z app by CPUID Tools. The play store should not allow this.
Similar to cpuz & Aida, i like the notification feature that shows cpu, ram, battery level. Needs a widget
This is what you get for serving ads in notifications. Don't recommend it.
The app is fine. But the intrusive ads in the pro version are not.
This is not the CPU-Z app you were looking for. Also, spammy notifications.
Gave notification and sound advertisement about finding friends with some other app at 2am. Uninstalled.
When I check the camera it's showing error message try later please check this error and solve it as soon as possible thanks
Its bulky and not exactly what I expected. I hope it improves so I can give you 5*.
The app shows all kinds of system, hardware, network, sensors, type information in a single place, and does what is does quickly. Fortunately, they have left themselves an amazing opportunity to make this app significantly more useful by adding the ability to click deeper into information prefixed (e.g. accessing current sensor data or being able to click on the number of apps running to show exactly which apps are running).
