CPW Fishing

It's the only app that I know that does what it does and I definitely appreciate it even though the user interface could use a little work and some of the functionality isn't consistent but I can deal because it has helped me find locations and hotspots as well as places to park and info about the locations I hope they continue to work on this app.

Disappointing App. It used to show special regulations by lake and is no longer showing this. This app does not show state regulation size by species, but has no problem showing master angler sizes instead. (Epic fail) Species description is only available in tackle box and not under lake you save as a book mark. The list can go on and on for massive improvements.

Piss poor app. Lacks up to date info. Lake species are not accurate. Allows only a single spot per day. SERIOUSLY? app won't save ur log in catcb log if it thinks its not accurate or possible at said body of water. Stocking reports are last years on repeat with only 1/2 of state reporting. Cross saving wen switching fones or devices doesn't exist so past progress WILL BE LOST! *update 8/1/2021 Now fails to load maps properly and doesn't give limits or restrictions. Useless now.

I am unable to finish my account setup because I never received the email verification code. I have tried to resend the code. Uninstall and reinstall. Nothing. Pointless app if you must have an account that can't be created.

If zero stars was a choice I'd pick it. App won't update, won't give bag and possession limits, special regulations (usually published in booklet so?), rules are missing, several species in several lakes are missing, most access types are wrong. MAJOR PROBLEM IN THAT IT DOESNT TELl U THE AGE LIMITED FISHING SPOTS! Also stocking reports ain't been updated on app since 2018 atleast. Sad that such a "leader in wildlife management, conservation, and useage"🤣 has prolly the worst app in the nation.

The information tab doesn't load at all. Everything else on the app seems to work very well, but the most important item is the information which every time I select, it is a blank screen.

This app is a great tool for any fisherman in Colorado. It has all of the fishing spots listed, if they're stocked or not, along with what fish are in them, any regulations at that location, as well as up to date reports from other fishermen who have been fishing that spot. It also has various tips and tricks for all levels of fishermen and links to many great resources. GREAT APP!!!

This is the most unfriendly app it is hard to navigate on any phone I have used it on. You can not navigate the stocking report easily it is quite difficult to use. The take me fishing part/places to go/ your journal is a joke and doesn't really help with anything.

Seems like it would be good except none of the information loads on the information page... blank info page for every lake, stream, river, and resivor on the map.

Would not let me sign in. Said unknown user/password combination. Redid each twice, no luck. First time I signed in and look around I didn't see anything that indicated the app had the kind of information I was looking for. For me it was difficult to find what I wanted

Cannot register as it thinks passwords do not match even after using multiple devices. I had 9 characters, 3 caps with 1 number.

Much better than any other state run fishing apps. I see many complaints about this app but c'mon. Get off your 3 inch free obama phone and it works without issue. Wish UT will come out with a reasonable app.

Nothing works. It does not accept the verification code and after asking for a new code it still won't let me sign in. Not worth the aggravation!

I gave the app 3 stars cuz it shows fishing spots, I would of given the app 5 stars if they would update what kind of fish are in the ponds or lakes other than that it's a good app.

Pretty cool app if you like the stats and what not. How come you cant do multiple journal entries for the same day?

After asking for personal information the app only offers a blank page with no map response. Total waste of time.

I really enjoy this app is very helpful trying to find the different species of fish in places they are located

Nice app. Great pics of fish with info on bag limit, but unfortunately no info on size limit. Why!

Worthless! The stocking report is several weeks out of date...repeatedly. A perfect example that government employees get paid to do minimal work.

by now we should be able to see what licenses we hold through the software. the stocking report updates very slowly and the new price reflecting 2019 hunting and fishing have yet to be updated.

you would think in 2019 someone would know how to write code so the password field did not constantly error out when registering. POS app

what a waste simple information like where certain species are located not here, much better info on other apps deleted this one after just one month.

I use this a lot to find places where I can fish, what I can fish, and the regulations for fishing each place.

I think it's fantastic and has a lot of grwat useful information and tools.

Good info in the app, but it is annoying to have to use the back button in the app instead of the one on my phone.

can't register. keeps saying password doesn't match or "error" when I try to submit registration.

I liked it at first but then after a while whenever I try to go into it it just shows a white screen

i don't know i never got passed password i tryed and tryed but no luck . it could be a good or it could be bad i don't know .

I really liked the ability to sort for stocked ponds and lakes.
