Can't find my reservation. Every time I open the app, it tells me "something went wrong. Try again." I have even uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing.
Wasn't easy or helpful. Much easier to use other apps. Deleted almost as soon as I got it.
Keeps giving me the message that either my password or email is wrong. Useless. It would be great if it worked
Hotel app is user friendly and updated with tech that creates a wonderful experience for the customer. Can use this app as a virtual encrypted key card among other capabilities.
I have been trying to register for 2 days and keep getting an error msg.
Created an account ant it wouldn't let me log into the app. Useless. Deleted.

Long lag of TV control, a joke. No where to update the email nor password. Could not find my reservation even though the TV authentication worked. Useless.
This has a lot of potential but I cannot get the app to work for me other than show my upcoming and past stays. I would like to use the digtal key and since the remote does not work in my current room the digital remote would have been very useful. Not sure if it because I have a corporate account rather than a personal one but if it is a major disadvantage for your frequent business travellers.

Downloaded 5 times. Keeps getting stuck at location permission
Used to be ok, it's gone down hill recently... I always stay at Club Quarters St Pauls in London whenever I'm visiting as it's just round the corner from my office (and it's a really nice hotel). The app used to work just fine for booking etc but now it flatly refuses to even launch. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no joy - very poor service.
