Great idea, but very misleading. I JUST downloaded the app and haven't used it yet, but it needs to be more transparent on its rules. The sign up page says "you receive 10 craft beverage credits each month to redeem at partner establishments through our mobile app" but failed to mention you can only use ONE credit per month per location. I only have two locations near me, so I can only use 2 outta 10 of my credits per month. Not to mention almost all locations are BOGO.
I like the idea, but still very much in its infancy in Colorado. App is clean and easy to manipulate. Map section uses 6 pt font(or smaller, tiny), so very difficult to read. A least for me and my new need for cheaters to read. I have not found a way to change that.
Misleading and sneaky. The app does not explicitly lay out the redemption program and accessing your membership info is not possible within the app. Icing on the cake is the deceptive auto renewal scheme
I haven't been able to download the app at all. I've tried multiple times, on different networks, including my 5G and after resets. It just sits in pending.
Vast Majority of Breweries are BOGO Only (Not as Advertised...) -- Its not a bad value, but the fact that there's only 2-3 breweries in all of Denver that actually offer to redeem your credit for a beer seems quite misleading versus the ads. Really, the value is half of what I thought it would be... Somewhat disappointed.
I Iove the convenience of the redeem map. App does a great job of keeping track of what is available to me. I wish it told me when my month ended.
The app works fine and it is a good deal BUT, BUT, the fact that you can only redeem 2 beer credits in a day. Stupid.
The App fluidity is terrible and details of your month end redemption periodbis not to be found.
Haven't used app that I paid for yet this year. Went to use it yesterday and said I had 0 drinks remaining on my monthly cycle. What the heck? Had to pay for the drink that was supposed to be free. What gives???
Love the concept, I love it!
It helps me to remember beers I have had before.
It's cool worth the money
Won't download
Well worth the money.
App is great, missing features on my phone vs other phones but still an awesome app. Does what it needs to do, way more snappy vs the website, is way to easy at times to redeem a beer by mistake or double redeem due ro lag (be careful, but plus note the ppl at Craftapped keep an eye on that) Full access to everything on my phone would be awesome and would be a 5☆ app for sure.
So glad it's an app, wish the redeeming process was closer to the website. Not clear when you should show server.
Love crafttapped!
App works as expected.
The app is much faster than the website and has some great features. My only issue is that it seems way too easy to redeem by accident. Once you confirm that you want to redeem it displays an okay button that the bartender is supposed to click to acknowledge. It seems that sometimes the okay button never comes up and sometimes it seems to click itself. This feature should work more like the web app where it was more difficult to redeem by accident.
History is not accurate...showing the last few from this month and then a random month like 7 months ago. Nothing in-between.
Craftapped is a great value for beer lovers in the Twin Cities!
Huge improvement over the website. Thank you!
App and website for my account constantly had issues and when I reached out to support they told me that since I was the only person having issues, they weren't going to help me resolve what was going on -- despite me sending screenshots of the issues. They just straight up stopped responding to me. If the account was free, I wouldn't care. However, I paid money for this service.
