Two different apps for Android and IOS In IOS you can send text messages, in Android you cannot!!!!! It's stupidity or conspiracy?!

lawn jobs are only 30 is this area. the charge me 27 to get the job..... all I can hope for is recurring.

Craftjack is the best lead site that I've used to date. I started out using angis and at first they kept me plenty of leads but after some time I got fewer leads and what leads I did receive would be unresponsive or didn't know anything about wanting work done. I like paying by the lead instead of paying a monthly fee and the best thing is the 20 percent discount for the prompt response.Great service!!

Lots of potential. The app needs cleaning up. It's messy. Don't be afraid to look at your competitors and see how clean their apps are. Not being able to have access to the leads real number from app is a negative. I've also had leads tell me that they have a number that pops up that is not my companies so they have to dig for mine. Don't know about you but I'm not digging for numbers. How many leads just move on? Add a "Job Done" option to help track finished jobs. Lots more to add.

Finally. Another lead base service that works like old Thumbtack. Platform is easy once you get the hang of it. Just like other lead base services, you will need refunds, and there isn't any hoops, or 30minute phonecalls and transfers to other people telling you no, and getting you angry. Update: They stopped giving refunds when you don't get connected. They told me I had had enough refunds and I needed 'to eat a few for them' I reported them to BBB and got my money back. Beware this Co.

Getting leads and winning those that I can actually talk or text with. Too many leads that can't get a response from when you call, text, or email. I don't always get the 30 minutes contact discount. The app is very slow to respond on my LG Stylo 6 with Android 10.

i was told that it was an easy process to cancel but the truth is its an easy process to join. ( for new customers some is always available to speak to as soon as you call) i have had this app for about 6 months and not one appointment set. most of my calls that i received went straight to voice mail or had a busy signal. Dont forget the estimate by phone leads.

Its an easy format with good customer service. Sometimes I get charged for a lead that falls short of a solid one and then I request a credit and get no response on if they processed it. Overall 4.25 stars. I will continue doing business with them.

Im leaving a 50/50 review. I've had 5 calls and 2 were credited due to bad lead info, 2 cancelled because they're just looking for costs and 1 had me do the work with follow up every 6 months so in essence its a 33% success rate. Receiving credit when needed has not been an issue at all. Leads need to make sure they are not just price shopping or tire kicking as we have to pay for that. There should be a way to confirm they truely want to speak with someone regarding their project.

Good, accurate information, easy to use. Needs more options for running multiple areas and multiple services. it is limited for this. need to go online to manage campaigns.

Let's face it, lead generation is a number's game... I expect half of the leads to be worthless. However, the app works great and the staff has always been willing to work with me to resolve issues that arise. CraftJack, has helped me make great relationships... Those relationships have kept me busier than I want to be most of the time. I highly recommend CraftJack. I highly recommend lead generation over any other form of marketing. CraftJack gets you to the front door, the rest is up to you!

Paid money for leads and never got any leads and customer service is dogshit. Waste of time and money. Scam

From what I gather from an outside perspective, it seems that the common denominators of the complaints are very poor attitudes,no professionalism, complete lack in effort in regards to vocabularies and there intended use. Add all that together and try to convince a perspective client to let you in, on, or around they're home,and you're going to fail everytime. Anything worth doing, is worth doing it the right way the first time. It takes patience,professionalism ,and kindness to succeed

The app is very basic ill say not much to it... the service is the major downside of this if you never used craft jack for a personal experience ill tell you its not worth it at all. 1) high priced low quality leads. 2) 1 out 7 lead are window shoppers and the other 6 leads would not even answer the phone. 3) If by any chance you get a customer thru here would not be any better whatsoever that getting from free classified adds or low cost lime Craigslist, not difference with Craigslist but cost

Its not a bad app for getting some leads. Now the only issue is getting a hold of the leads. I have purchased several that I have called for weeks with no response. The leads need to be qualified better before being sent out

I've used a couple of different sites for contractor leads and Craft Jack is by far the most informative, the most fair, and the most aware of their clients abilities and needs. I am very pleased with the service they provide and the flow of contacts they disperse. Thank you Craft Jack. My recommendation is 100% YES!!!! If you need help, Craft Jack is your answer.

Great app and really affordable. Most of the leads are real costumers looking for great individuals to finish a project, so if you are a great professional or have a great crew, this is the right ad app for you.

SCAM APP: Resells home advisor leads and will not cancel your account. If you try to request a refund or fix your phone tracking (this is how they see if you've called the client), it must be done through the phone. Same with canceling. The issue is that as soon as you request your first refund your account is flagged and the agents stop picking up calls from your account and answering your emails.

Room for improvement. The terms the customer has access to in order to describe, the work to be provided, are way to generalized and make it too difficult for the technician to know what is being requested. Like; Upholstery and Furniture cleaning??? It's the same thing. Carpet or, rug cleaning take offsite, clean and return??? I requested that they call me in order to discuss this but they missed two phone call requests so, why try and help them? Their system, is glitchy.

the lead service charges you for people who don't return your phone calls. their more intersted in finding out the cost of a job and getting it done cheaper or paying a relative for painting I would not use this.. 47 dollars or more per lead that doesn't produce results. Fool me once, shame on you with a minimum 100 down I gor one job to paint a $1400 porch and then nothing. all customers with tile roofs that if damaged cost about $80 a tile to replace. leads are too expensive.

This lead service is terrible, all of the leads have been sold 4 or more times. When I call to discuss the services and how I'm unhappy, they tell me that I should call the lead more times.. even though they have already been contacted by 3 or 4 other contractors.. don't waste your time or money.

Service is good. They work with you better than thumbtack on bad lead credits. I always have a decent flow of leads coming in. The application is simple to use no issues on it.

Leads only show automated phone number, as opposed to the webapp which gives you the client's personal number. Other than that, nice and simple design.

I had a sales rep , Thomas bowl call me and try to pressure me into a 500$ commitment, without being able to window shop this service before making a decision. Was quite rude and left it conversation without resulving my inquiry. I pay several other similar apps for leads up-front, and have no issues with it. In the end, very rude pushy sales rep who trying to sell something you can't even browse through :

I agree with the other reviewers that have 1 start because i have like 10 leads and 2 just reponded and the other ones dont even bothered to pick up the phone or text or email and 2 leads are the wrong task draftjack dont want to credit me for those leads so yes is B/S all the leads

This is the biggest rip-off I have ever encountered. I'm a plumber and they will send me leaves that have nothing to do with plumbing. And when you ask him to credit back your money they say you have already exceeded the amount of credit backs you can receive. So once I cancel my account and told him that I didn't want their service anymore they tried to charge my card. It's been two years since I've close my account with them and they're still trying to charge my card every month.

app is good but there needs to be more notifications for balance awareness. I was also promised 5 free leads as bonus to signing up for 100$ That was wrong as well. so far so good as long as you are good at selling your services and starting on top of this service. This takes work to work it and I like it so far.
