Ordered 3items, two whr different from the image displayd. 3rd one was having quality issue and is over priced. Charged 99rs each for each item. But order was single. All e-commerce website give free shipping for a purchase above some amount but here it is not possible. Very dissappointing and is uninstalling the app. Due to these kind of attitude, all startups and small firms lose the trust as customer like me think every small company is faking the images.
Worst experience ever! The product shown on the app is totally different in reality. I placed a return request for the same. I've been waiting for three weeks now but nobody came to pick it up. I complained on customer care service 5-6 times but everytime they will reply that they have escalated the issue to their senior team. But nothing will happen after that. You won't get any assistance with your order and your money will be stuck. Please don't buy through this app. It's pathetic.
The quality of clothes is good but your technical glitches are so annoying. I have been trying to order dresses from this app but they keep getting cancelled even if i dont cancel them. I even wrote an email regarding my problem but your help doesn't seem helpful. The product shows it is available but when I order it shows out of stock. The product shows it is available on COD but when I order it shows COD is not acceptable. Even if I didn't receive my order it shows order has been delivered.
FRAUD!!! The dress I purchased was in totally larger size than what I ordered. So I requested for a return. Imagine I pirchased the product around October or November and STILL they haven't picked up the product for Return. They are not even responding properly to the complaint tickets. Those bloody automated machine generated reply are frustrating for past 3 months.
app is very very unstable. sometimes it shows similar items, some time not. and search doesnt work at all. although the prices are very good but couldn't book anything, because now i see some thing and after some viewing some other items, i cant go directly to the one i wanted previously. its frustrating to hav good products but bad App
Customer support is of the worst quality. Contact detail mentioned on the app is not a valid number. On mailing too, I didn't get reply in 24hrs . I initiated return of the ordered item within 7 days of delivery, but am not allowed to get refund in my bank account (although the option exists in the app) because of some technical glitches. So am forced to either not return the product, or get the refund in the Craftsvilla wallet (which I may or may not use). So my money gets wasted in both ways.
Worst app the application shows error messages.. I have placed an order ..its quality was so cheap I want to initiate return request, but I am unable to do so..because the application showing me error msg everytime I am trying to initiate the request.now I am not even able to chek my order. First and worst experience trying to call on customer care. never waste your money in such a pathetic app. I have already dropped a mail, the only response I got is "we will get back to you at the earliest "
The worst experience of shopping from this app. I ordered a suit and it came as hell. When I made a return request, the refund came into the wallet even after submitting bank details. This is not it. I again ordered another product using wallet balance and when the product arrived, the deleivery boy asked for money as it was showing COD. The amount got deducted from the wallet and my order was cancelled too. Also while making they wont show you the deleivery charges. They are looting people.
This is a fraud . They ask for bank details during return. And credit the money in their wallet deducting the delivery charge. Also they have a very poor customer services. Do not provide any exchange services. My order was cancelled which I ordered with my wallet money. They only allow to use the wallet money when we buy anything beyond the wallet price and not within the limit. Special mention that the product here is of extreme bad quality. Do not buy anything from here and fall into the trap
Really pathetic app.... Never buy product from Craftsvilla If there would be an option for less than 1 star I will choose that for the services and for the product quality. Having so many better option for online purchasing I have choose this worst site for purchasing the product. After getting it I found the product was very pathetic with worst fabric when compared to the market price it only cost 150-200. And I paid Rs. 2000/- for that product. When I tried to return it, It always shows an err
A sham company. Pathetic customer care. Stay away. They sent a wrong product in a shipment of 2 products and also of lesser value. Told me to return 1 while forgoing shipping fee. System won't allow to return one product. Told me to handover only 1 product to delivery guy. He did not agree. Called them again. They said I needed to return both items while forgoing a shipping fee of 200 for the mistake they committed. One guy Ankit Shrma was particularly rude. Now stuck with wrong product.
it's one of the fraud app store.... Fraud dealings are happening.... I've experienced the worst time once..... I've paid 2,500/- for the dress and the dress was very poor quality.... then i requested for replacing.... I've sent the dress back and order another one and paid extra 650/-.... it's been 2 months and i lost over 3000/- and not responding the call.... such a worst, useless app ever I've seen.... i would never suggest you to buy anything from this app....
NOT RECOMMENDED! What a cheap app! Disgusting. I ordered a saree from here and it didn't turn out as I expected so I applied for refund but even after providing bank details as a refund option they purposely themselves shifted it to Craftsvilla credits and now my money is stuck and I've to forcefully buy something even though I don't like any of their products! What's more you can't even reach via their email or the number provided! NOT RECOMMENDED!
Very very stupid shopping app and the customer care service is worst. They don't answer calls and ask you to email your queries or issue but they don't respond any email and very less bothered about customer's issue. Whenever you return an order your amount will be added to craftsvilla wallet itself and we are bound to buy from their app only where product is not even up to the mark. Highly disappointed, will never shop from here from now on
Stay away from Craftsvilla. Recently made a purchase from craftsvilla & the product quality was below par. So I returned the product & selected the "refund to my bank account" option. But craftsvilla credited the money to their wallet & now they are saying they can only credit to wallet & that money will expire in 3 months! So in short, if you buy from craftsvilla, you will be forced to shop from them even if their products as pathetic. I have never faced such issues with any other ecommerce app
This is the worst app. I ordered a sari. The stuff was rubbish and totally different from the image. I requested to return the product but they declined the request. Even customer care never responded. There are just 2 virtual assistants which are of no use. They just cheat people. Even the sellers are fraud. Footpath products are sold in this app. Be careful. Total waste of money and time.
I have order a dress.. First it is not same as shown in the picture. Second when I have click on the return option it do not accepted my bank details , only wallet option the app is selecting. Third after selecting the wallet option. Thn it says I have to courier the product.. Like first I have to give you the shipping chargers. Now I also have to give courier charges.. Nd after doing all this I get nothing. I used the app for the first time nd got worst experience
It's such a sick app, resting on all the sickest idea of scamming and doing frauds. The helpline support contacts are just out of service, refunding of the product doesn't work at all. Seems like they just wait for the customers to get baited & looting their percious hard-earned money, by showing totally different photos/images of the product in app. The original product received was way way more worse. Even the roadside merchants don't sell such worst quality of product as this app is selling.
There is somethng wrong in the app i just cannot even updat my basic general details. So lethargic!!! Also I have placed an order and wanted it at the earliest so u dropped in a mail saying that require on urgent basis but all the sent is their template with all that bla bla bla. Really very poor in response and the app is very messy. Not recommended
Very cheap products. When I tried to return the product first they told me to self ship the product with my own money and after that they blocked my number and I'm not able to contact them. The customer care executive is too rude. It's been so long they haven't refunded. Poor app. Poor quality products.
Worst experience with worst app Bought a saree for my MIL,but didn't like it..so wished to return within time limits,but there was some continuous problem with the app showing no request return option to make,later tried chatbot it also didn't work,customer care service was also horrible,not even once was able to get connected to the customer care person At the end when I tried the last option on the last day to send a mail,they kept replying the same thing back to back that u have exceded the
Don't buy anything from this application. Really a worst experience received. I brought a saree. Was not happy with the quality so tried to place return request. After entering my account details it gave error. No customer care to support, wrote mail but no response. All of the sudden someone came for return pickup. I gave it, now its not visible in my app also I had not received any refund in my account. Product and Money both gone. Worst experience.
I had ordered 3 sarees ,those were entirely different from the pictures.very cheap quality.I had to argue with the customer care n send the products back through courier!they don't even provide pickup!! frauds😡plz don't go for the pictures available.
This is the second time i have received totally different product than what I have ordered.. Return pick up also takes ages to come... In the past, service and offers both were good.. But now sending anything for any order.. Shows lack of seriousness.. N commitment towards quality
There is something seriously wrong with this app. I can't change my basic informations as well as when i put my mobile number in for placing order +91 automatically comes twice, In this way i can put only 7 digits of my number. Disastrous App. Not going to use it ever again. I don't recommend anybody to use this app.
Really bad experience. The UI is pathetic. They charge 99 extra for every delivery. When I returned the product, the delivery charge was not refunded. Also, the amount that I had paid was credited to Craftsvilla wallet and on asking, the customer care executive said, it can only be used to purchase from Craftsvilla. Not going to use this app ever again.
