Win rate has only slowed since release, making things increasingly frustrating and difficult to go back to after sinking lots of money into it. I'm an above-average to a relatively skilled player, and there is no beating local venues that do it better. Each play is an average of $2, but you may be spending more or less depending on the prize. The pricier it is, the more difficult. Also, PLEASE NOTE that you need 2 prizes to ship (maybe just with a free ticket?). Had to spend another 30 to do it.

WAS a fun way to pass a little time. But recently the app is crashing all the time. If you win a prize, you glitch back to the main screen, if you try and buy points, you get glitch back to the main screen (losing your.place in line playing a game). This last time I was in the MIDDLE of a turn, moved claw right, no issue, changed camera to move back, glitch back to the main screen and I lose my play entirely. Customer support was of no help at all (nothings wrong) The last straw. Uninstalling.

VERY GLITCHY Company won't even aknowledge the issues with their own app, don't bother playing you're going to just get booted from play and have the person behind you snipe your prize. Expect to lose your prize and money you spent trying to win it, find another app. Highly recommend staying away from CREMAS

Sucked too much lag. Downloaded to try an the cranes didn't even move but it was happy enough to take my free points. wow 👏 do better.

Refused to ship me 7 items that I won and requested shipping. Blamed miscommunication even though I have screen shots where they told me to let the items return to them and they would ship it back out to me (due to a shipping error on their part). Claimed they did not actually mean this and then confiscated all of my items with no refund. I've played many claw games and this is the scammiest one.

Complete and total scam. If could give zero stars, best believe I would.

Overall, decent with different claw variations. Similar to Toreba, but different variety of prizes (some are the same). Biggest issue is random starts when viewing machines; happened three times, but they were quick to refund. Cheapest purchase is pretty high at about $38 CAD, but does allow for a reasonable amount of attempts. I notice they rig some games for easier wins - mixed feelings on that, but guess it's nice for the winner. Have yet to win a prize, so can't comment on quality.

It's very cool and fun game the crane games that you remotely control they are kind of luck with a sprinkle of skill customer serves are great respond quickly and yes the games are winnable won 2 prices already in the first hour Definitely recommending this game tho spend your money wisely

Pretty terrible experience. Generally the app has a tremendous amount of lag, not just in the claw but trying to browse the menus has led to freezes, delays and just outright no responsiveness. Wish I could give more detail on the claw game side but of the three free plays I was given I was only able to load a claw and get the play button to work once and on that go the camera froze so I had no idea what the claw did. Was looking for a replacement for Toreba but this is just not functional.

With the free play I actually won a prize. However, to have it shipped I needed to spend the $45 to get the shipping tickets and 4000 or so points. I was wary at first but after reading the reviews, I decided to take a chance. With the points, I was able to get 4 additional figures and I used my shipping ticket to have them shipped. Majority of the negative reviews are people who did not think the whole process through. Paying less than 5000 yen, you won't get your money's worth.

I've seen many people crowding around the claw machines many times and I've always wonder what's so fun about the game. Now I know! It's about the sense of achievement, the excitement, and requires skills too! While I started going to play the real life physical claw machines, I'm staying on to this too because it is so convenient to catch on the go. Thumbs up!

Comparing to the real claw machine, this app is as entertaining. This is one of the many game apps which keep me entertained during the whole stay home period. It keeps me busy and catchy. Points are hard to earn though. They should allow us to watch ads to gain points. But overall, it’s a good game!

Easiest and fastest game to play ever. 2 steps to knowing your outcome, either you get a prize or you don't. I like how there is a good variety of prizes to be won and the realistic look of the claw machine right in front of you. For claw machine addicts, definitely a must try!

Been nothing short of amazing for the past week that I have been, constantly playing this game. Quick to the touch, intuitive interface, solid grip strength. Nothing to complain about! Good thing is that this is not time consuming and I can play it quick even while on my lunch break. Definitely recommended!

Pretty good and pretty fast shipping. Just a little laggy sometimes but overall good stuff!

So I have won over 100 figures and plushies from this app. I've spent about $500-$600 on this app but with that said the quality on the prizes are really good and decent in size (plushies are massive). Out of all the crane game apps this one is my preferred. Do be warned. Watch your spending and know when to walk away. You need to buy a minimum of 5000yen for a delivery ticket. But the customer service is outstanding. Delivery time was 3 months to Australia (toreba was 10 months).

Finally a decent Arcade Claw machine experience on my phone. Have been constantly on the hunt for more intriguing and immersive experience for online arcade gaming and I struck gold. Cameras are crystal clear and hooks are on point and accurate. Tons and tons of super cute plushies 😍 Competitors are pale in comparison. Don't take my word for it. Try it out for yourself!

Good fun playing it to kill time. Easy to control, easy to play. There's also a good variety of prizes to be won, from soft toy to household products! I also like how it gives you free coin when you log in. I guess if they could give 1 free play per day (too greedy?) or per week, it would have been a 5star game for me. Haha

man. it isn't really BAD but my first experience I sat there like 20 minutes because I wanted to play this one game real bad, some guy kept taking the turns over and over , there were six people waiting. eventually someone (I assume the owner of the machine??) put a ball in and ended the game, but the guy literally played over and over. please make it so people can only play like two games and then have to let the next person go, then re enter if they wanna or something?? anyway, not a bad game

Great game!! When i had nothing to do, I saw this game just try to download and played. After playing a few times, i started fall in love with it, because of there are many choice of machine gave you to choose your favorite things to play. You can play in the test play machine when you are not ready for it. It's very fun!

Lots of different games and prizes up for grabs here, the games get rather addictive and it's great when the staff help you out if you've struggling on one game for a while! The regular promotions/free goes are very generous and its definitely possible to win a prize with them. Only negative, hard to stop playing! :)

Extremely responsive customer service team helped me resolve the issue of my purchased points not showing up. Definitely a game suited better for those that have more than "a little" spare change. It's sometimes more fun to watch the games rather than play them yourself.

Such an improvement from the old app!! Works so well, picture quality, cameras and controls are so much better with little or no lag(I only play on very good connection to high-speed wifi) the daily login bonuses are great and the delivery is soo fast for a JP crane game! I had a package with 3 more prizes that shipped to the USA with a free delivery ticket in 6-7 days. Crazy fast and awesome! They answer inquiries super quickly and can reposition a prize if it gets stuck. Events are fun too!!

BEST CLAW MACHINE / CRANE GAME !! I'm definitely not lying when I say this is by far the best there is out there. Im a long time Toreba user, but this changes everything. After using this app for the first time I noticed so many prize varieties with so many game varieties! While playing a game a person on the other end even helped me out and showed me how to win the prize! It was great! Definitely worth the download and your time. You'll have lots of fun winning these awesome prizes!

I have tried multiple claw machine games and this is the best one yet. The gameplay is realistic and balanced, you can use the practice games to get better. Once you feel confident, you can start catching them prizes! Just a great game overall!
