It'll do some basic stuff, view balances transfer between accounts (not external), view messages (not write them to the bank), click links to view other products on their website. Compared to other financial institution apps, this is far behind the technology curve, especially in the security aspect. No biometrics or additional verification through text or call. They would definitely get more of my business if I had easier access on the go. Having to login on an actual computer is a decade ago
Can not add a credit card. When I called them and had to make a payment over the phone, I had asked them if they could save my card and they said they could not save it. Alot of good this app is if you can't add a card to make a payment.

I have had this app since I opened my account never had any issues have the same log in and password as always even use my fingerprint now out of nowhere all of my info is wrong and I can't get to my account
App was great until a recent update where it took away the ability to use the app on a "Rooted Device." This made the app 100% unusable for me & I imagine several others who are "super-users." Would highly recommend letting the user check off something that states they accept all risks if they want to run the app on a Rooted Device. My device is secure & comes pre-rooted because it's a special Android OS; don't punish your super-users. Yes, the website is an option but is way less convenient.
Excellent app, although I didn't like Ctane taking over my small hometown bank OCB. It is much harder to set up bill pay accounts on this new app.
All of a sudden the app stopped working. When zi click on the app, it just goes white and never loads. My phone doesn't need updated. The app doesn't need updated. I don't know what's going on but it's very frustrating.
Good app overall but I am no longer able to mobile deposit. My account is in good standing and I work for the credit union so I'll have to check on the issue when I go back to work. I've mobile deposited for years and nothing in my account has changed so I'm not sure what the problem is
My phone has done an update. Now the app keeps sending error message service temporarily unavailable, please reboot phone, try again. I have done so, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, still says the same thing. AT&T customer care was no help either. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+
Update 2/13/19. I've been checking everyday and today there was no error message and allowed me to log in. Changing rating back. Note 9. App worked great until latest phone software update last week. Now I get error message: "Service is temporarily unavailable, reboot phone and try again". I've tried multiple reboots and even uninstalled app and tried again. Same problem.
The app and the bank are both way better as well as easier to not only use but also to keep upto date with exactly how much funds there are in the bank at ANY giving time. Thank you.
has been a great app but haven't been able to log in lately, has an error that says I need to reboot my phone but it doesnt fix, same on my wife's phone. Samsung Galaxy S9+ running Andriod 9.0
Since the latest update, when I try to transfer money to another member, it doesn't let me select their checking or savings. The money will automatically go to their savings. It's kind of aggravating to not have that option, not only for myself, but the other member as well. Is there a way this can be fixed?
They've completely broken this app. It keeps telling me I have apps that overlay the screen and for security reasons can't show me my bank statements. Please fix it.
Was hesitant but once I downloaded it I love it! I can't get through a day without using it several time. Don't let this app go unused, you won't regret it.
Mobile Deposit always throws an error. The latest is "you must endorse your check for mobile deposit"; the check is clearly endorsed.
App wouldn't open after phone updated. Uninstalled and tried to reinstall. App will not install however shows installed by Google Play.
since this last up date, I can no longer us my Bill pay, says I need to set up an account and I already have one, plus it is not letting me transfer funds from main banking account to pay crane credit card and I always could before???
Love it .... its very easy to use and I know and can do all my transactions at the touch of a finger on my phone.... CONVENIENT❣️
Have been unable to login for weeks now! Keeps saying invalid login even though all info is correct and i can login to website just fine.
the app worked great until my phone done an upgrade and now all it does as soon as it tries to load is throw an error message

Same thing, phone did an update now it wont open. I've even reinstalled it many times.
I can no longer sign in. Says invalid login when NOTHING has been changed!
This app used to work perfectly, but now whenever I try to sign into the app it tells me invalid login.
Terrible Mobile Deposit Format. Everything is awesome about the app itself, but mobile deposits require "For Mobile Deposit Only at Crane Credit Union" to be written above the depositor's signature. That's way too many words for such a small area on an already small piece of paper. Other app features 4/5 stars.
