Subscription Details
A 7 day free trial is included with subscriptions. Subscription options include Monthly or Yearly periods. Monthly subscriptions are charged once per month and Yearly subscriptions are charged once per year. Subscriptions are charged at the beginning of the current period and auto-renewed 24 hours before the next period. With a 7 day free trial, your account is charged on the 7th day for the period which will begin on the 8th day.
• Payment will be charged to Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase

Everything is SOOOOO cute. I loved drawing and all the other stuff! Great quality game and very nice for young kids. This is a great way to do coloring. The pets are so amazing!! And I loves that new pet clothing-It is very good for me and my little sister:)
The pricing is aggressive, although I will admit you get a lot for it. My biggest issue is I can't use my S Pen with it. Would absolutely drop the $$$ for a sub, but if I can't use my own, I'm going to go with literally any other coloring app.
I love this app for both my 4 and 8 year old. However, recently my oldest has a much different game experience. The whole lay out is different than my youngest. They share the same email, they are both subbed, they have the same tablet, and the app shows the same version installed. My youngest really wants to have the same game and I can't figure out what's different. HELP!
It helps me learn, write, color, draw, all the fun stuff that you can do. Thank you, Create and Play!
Even with the free version, my child loves this game (especially the cones game!) Very limited ads, which can be expected for a free version but the ads aren't every 5 minutes, very long, or frustrating. When abit more financially stable, will absolutely purchase the full version for my daughter and recommend the free pass/free version to follow parents :)
I am in love with this app for my children with special needs thank you so so much for creating a app that's safe for my littles!! My 3 yr old is blind an autistic and my daughter is autistic they love your app!
After getting in contact with them they 100% solved my problem and my kids are so excited. This really is the best app for your kids and with how quick the response was from support is amazing. They're the best. Thank you! I recommend 10 out of 10! I've been paying for a subscription and get my kids a new tablet and it won't even let me get the subscription on any of their tablets and I've tried several times contacting them!
It's a one star because you have to join the club for more activities and I like glow paint but I can only do the unicorn one it's no fair I want to do the other one like the dinosaur so one star they should make it so you don't have to join the club like what if kids want to do more things but you just ruin it Crayola more like Dumbyola
Every time I hit play a ad pops up wanting me to pay money to join the club if I click the x it just takes me back to the home screen. Do I have to pay to play?
The app as a whole needs an update. Every time my kid goes to play with her pets, the game randomly force closes itself and she starts to get upset. This happens even when she is coloring or anything else on the app. This needs fixed immediately otherwise I'll be canceling the subscription and un-installing the app.
So far this app is amazing! I don't ever buy subscriptions to any games. This one I did and I'm glad I did. My 3 yr old and 6 yr old both equally love this game. And there is so many activities to do in one game. I highly recommend this game to everyone with children! I've been searching for so long for a game they will play for longer than 5 min. If your thinking about it just do it.
Update...problem solved easily with help from Crayola tech support. Great app once you get it on your kiddo's device. Still, that's a consistent issue that should be figured out so I can't give the app a full 5 stars.
I would give this app a 5-star as my daughter loves it. She would spend all day playing the games to unlock the little creatures and color them. My only critique is that there is no way to transfer my subscription to my childs device. I would like some kind of log in so I can sign it in on her device and remove it from mine.
Cannot play this game. When I boot up the game it freezes within 5 seconds.
Parents beware. Crayola forces alerts on even when you have previously turned them off. I'm in the middle of a work meeting and the Crayola app is setting my phone off. Aren't there Android rules against this??
I like the game and it's fun you can do a lot of fun stuff but I wanted to find the pet one but I can't find it
Absolutely horribly designed and very misleading. I have a very upset 7 year old who wanted the subscription but despite the app stating it can be purchased with parent account, it really CANT because this doesn't work with familylink. This is therefore NOT kid friendly or at least friendly with parents who are TRYING to protect their children by monitoring their activity. Other products work with familylink or at least let you login. Maybe be UPFRONT and avoid misleading enticement tactic
I liked it and all but I wish it doesn't give you a connection error when your done with something. I used the color mixer multiple times and it lost connection. Also using red and white in the color mixer doesn't exactly give you pink. I also want other shades of yellow, red, and blue. I also want MORE molds. The ones that the app has aren't really apeeling to me. Crayola please respond because a ton of your games need to be fixed
My granddaughter loves this game a lot! We both play this game & it is hours of fun!!! It's really fun & other kids should play it too! The yearly subscription is a very low great price! 5*****'s from this household!!!! 😃💞👍🤟
Cannot load subscription. I subscribed on another device and now want to sync the sub on my mobile device but instead of loading it with the account i bought it with (I'm logged in with the account) it is loading it with another account logged in the phone. There should be a way to select which google account to use.
It works perfectly and both my 6 and 8 year olds LOVE it! There are so many educational games and things for them to do. I personally love it and have been recommending it to everyone!
My little man loves this game and plays it quietly for hours... definately recommend for children of any age as there are all different things they can do and i teract with.
This is a good game for kids like me female is like a good game I can play this all day but it's a little different maybe it needs a little more pets than that though but I still like it so 5 for me😁

Downloaded, got my free trial, and then it immediately needed to download another file update and it won't download. It keeps popping up "sorry problem with network, please try connecting to a WiFi network and restarting your game" when I'm already connected to my home WiFi with a strong signal and it's working fine with all my other apps. I even tried closing, forcing stop the app, a few times and even when that didn't work, I tried deleting cache & cookies on my browser and even uninstalling and reinstalling it and same issue...
Can't seem to find a way to subscribe to this for child's profile..family link doesn't recognize that I subscribed to it for my child to use it. Would love to subscribe my child loves the free.
This app needs an update. No matter what my kid is doing it force closes itself and she gets upset. Fix the issue or I'm gonna have to uninstall because this app is not worth the headache.
This game is bad. You need a subscription to use most of the features like why do you need a subscription to use most of the features and you only get 2 eggs without a subscription. Once you used those eggs there gone for good unless you get a subscription. Oh and not to mention how much storage it takes up on your device
Edit: They actually fixed it so it works now. Changing my review from one star to five star. The price, in my eyes, is acceptable ($25 a year) for how much my son has been playing it. Thank you for actually putting in the effort to fix it! I have not had any issues like other reviews mention, this has worked perfect since the update. Old Review: Doesn't connect through WiFi. My son has been playing the free trial for the last few days and enjoys everything here, so I decided to look at how much the subscription would be, $3.99 per month or $24.99 for a year subscription. However, unless you have mobile data (so not just WiFi like the tablet my son plays on), the app will give you errors and will not be able to connect. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring issue. Crayola's response to these issues is it isn't acceptable that the errors are happening and to visit their support page. Their support page is a generic FAQ that doesn't provide any help, and if you want to contact Crayola for help, it is either a generic help phone number or generic help email address; there is no specific contact information for the app/ development team. My son loves this, so if you get it fixed I would love you give you money so he can play, but until it is fixed, one star review.
Highly recommend if you can afford it. It is very creative, interactive, and imaginative. It is a paid subscription though, (& not super cheap)else I'd have given it 5 stars.
