I've had this app for a LONG time. I love the game. This was a 5 star game until now. This game offers extra moves if you watch an ad. Great trade off in my book. But now at any given time, between games, an ad starts playing with ear splitting volume! Doesn't matter what volume your phone is at the ad blasts away on it's own.The only way to prevent it is to mute your phone. I get that ads keep them in business and a pop up ad is okay but the blasting volume is over the line. Thumbs down.

I love this game...one of the first I added to my games back when I first had a smart phone...still one of the main games I play. Can be challenging at times but not so much that you feel like you need to buy stuff to get out of a level. Love that you can personalize people in the game. My grandkids will just watch for their picture caricature comes out doing something silly! A really fun game to play!!

I'm at level 1,200 so it's fair to say I know the game well. I've never had the game lock up, the graphics are vibrant, fun tools and interplay within the game, and the game play is smooth. (And I play on a fairly old tablet.) I highly prefer this over traditional match games. This is a bit different. You swipe/drag through three or more like items which means there is much more strategy involved, in particular in the higher levels. What you do in one move can have a big impact on the next move. Occasionally I'm "stuck " and have to use a tool or two, but you can earn those through game play. Absolutely love this game. Thank you, Zynga developrs!

This new update is horrible. it doesn't let me repay a game after losing unless I exit out. it doesn't let me hit replay and play again. when I exit out it brings me to the main menu then the levels. and now you have to watch an add for every thing you do. to start a game, to replay, when you're done. Annoying!

It was a fun experience at first, but as the game goes on. No ads to earn coins, so you ended up spending more money in order to advance because like some of the reviewers here indicated that the game was getting too challenging, to the point where it was nearly impossible to pass the stage WITHOUT using multiple sets of 60 coins per time. I think, it is a bit too much... So far, I have spent may be around 50$, but this is where I have decided to close the shop as I do NOT want to be broke!

Starting 5/26/2019, each time I've loaded the app and signed in as 'Guest', it starts at the main Map, no problem, but before I can select a level to play, it repeatedly and continually opens to 'Carnival Food Stand' and won't allow me to play any levels. Can I get some help with this issue. Thanks.

Cheats you out of the ability to collect coins. Go through all the trouble of collecting all the ingredients by afterwards it'll restart the whole game so you can't collect anymore coins thus forcing you to purchase coins if you need assistance in game. THAT IS NOT FAIR TO THOSE WHO WORK TO COLLECT! Playing 40+levels to collect the coins afterwards just to have the game reset so you can't collect is just plain wrong!!

This game make you do these daily challenges and suposedly reward you at the end of it. After I've earned it, the coins and other goodies promised never came. At first I thought it was a random glitch. But it happened again and again. I feel so cheated. If you are not gonna give out daily challenge rewards, don't promise in the first place. I hope this bug gets fixed. Very frustrating.

I love Crazy Kitchen had been playing it for years. Also had stopped dye buying a new phone and thought it wasn't offered to this phone. Imagine my delight when I checked again and there it was. On my Old phone I wasn't a pretty high level, however I have to start over from level one. I love the game so much starting over is Not a problem I Missed You Crazy Kitchen! Lita Turner 😍

Loved this game for YEARS! It has it's ups & downs but they've an awesome customer support team & really do care about their players. The biggest problem I have at the moment is I use chain boosters all the time strategically they can make the difference between winning & losing the board. Most of the time chain boosters just sit there & don't explode till you set them off. Lately chain boosters just explode whenever! They shouldn't go off till you set them off! Aarrggghh! Still, love this game!

Always lags when you load on tablet today was working fine then decides to stop loading. I uninstalled the app and it delete all my game progress! To say the least I won't be playing this again unless my level is restored! I was on over 130 and I will not start from scratch. Need to fix these technical issues and save progress.

Waiting 72 hours for new levels is RIDICULOUS. There's no option to watch ads for bonuses or to speed up a new level, unlike most other games. Easy enough to find a game I can keep playing, so this one gets deleted. Weird that they would make this so tedious with so much competition out there for match games.

I really like this game. Fun and challenging, graphics great but.... it cheats me out of my free lives. When I've guessed the correct cards and have 2 hours worth of free hearts, it only gives me 1 hour. This happens a lot! Please fix this. If fixed I will give this game 5 stars.

Enjoying the game. I'm new to it so some of the instructions, boost, and add-ons I don't understand but I like the game very fun, addictive and awesome for burning time if needed. Plus you can place when you don't have 4g service. I Love That!

Addictive game. Liked it better when Fortune Cards worked, though. Stopped working a few weeks ago. I've watched the clock tick down to zero and restart at 24 hours without an opportunity to play for bonuses.

For the past month, the fortune card part of the game requires me to pay to play? Isn't it supposed to reset? It used to. Looks like it has crashed. Flashes at the bottom of the screen. Never get to play without spending coins. Please fix asap.

I have been playing this game for over a year. It is challenging when you get to higher levels but a fun time. I just got a new phone and lost my old game due to changing gmail but that's ok I will work to get my old status back. Everyone be patient and have fun!!!!!.

absolutely love this game!! it's fun and a little challenging. I love to see the little people with pictures of people I know go across the screen. there is always new challenges and chances for unlimited hours of lives.

This's a great Game to play. However, when it's time to Rewarded me, I've to contact the Game, and they've to look into it, in ordered to give me back my Rewards. Yes! It's connected to Facebook, and Google Play Store. But, its still willn't Rewarded me my Rewards, into my Account automatically....! Plus, I can't find, others, on Facebook, and Google, to play this Game with me....

My experience has been good but now I am on level 436 and nothing happens and any add-ons or extra things that I have chosen for that level don't do anything. So I'm losing all of my stuff and I think I may be deleting this app unless they can fix it it hasn't been fixed now for about a week now. Not even a update.

I have this game for years!! Playing time to time, no rush. Buuut now lately getting more annoyed as : they give you "to win coins" and after when I wanna quit and collect coins- game got frozen so need to close it and of course coins are gone...dont give it in this case at all...no need to trick people who is using your app!

I had this game for two months when I was 6 and I understood nothing. When I uninstalled it my mom kept playing, she loved it so much. She's playing it alot now and I could install it again. Now I understand it perfectly and love it. Unlike most people the adds don't bother me. There are so many fun challenges hard and fun. Me and my play so much. We simply love it. ❤💙💚

Fun game. The mini games are cool too. I like how you can add your own pics to personalize the game. The only negative issue I've had is despite connecting on FB, when I switched phones, everytime I lost all my coins and bonus items.

I just started playing but game requested a review. Match 3 game like best fiends. The graphics are awesome and I can't stop laughing at people in the game - (for those not familiar with the game you pick the faces from your photo gallery). Not happy seeing popup adds. So far enjoying the game.

Here's the truth, I've been playing this game for 4 and 1/2 years now I'm on level 1140 it's not as challenging as I thought the extra games have stopped coming and I've never been able to collect coins at least not enough to afford the ridiculous outfits that 500 coins other than that he kept me occupied when I needed it the most so for that I give the Stars they deserve

I like this game, but I was disappointed to find you cannot earn coins just by completing levels as they say you can in the help section. The levels are now getting harder and I'm finding myself having to spend more money on coins to buy extra moves and boosters. I might consider deleting it soon
