You guys are getting ripped off if you paid your app developer more than $5. None of the features in the app actually work... They never have. Can't manage or change payment methods, can't see scheduled payments, can't see payment history, can't manage password or login credentials... Can't do anything but make one minimum payment.
This app is not user friendly. Doesn't show payment history. Keeps saying full amount due even when I've pd half 2 wks prior.
What happened to using my debit/credit card? Only bank account numbers? Y'all been hacked? FU! You can't have my banking info - bad enough to get my cc #!
Works, for the most part. A few times the app didn't confirm my payment through the app or an email. Since it didn't look like it went through I made another payment through the app and still no notification. Only to find out a few days later that I made multiple payments to my loan. Luckily I had the funds for it but it was pretty annoying. Yes, I should've called them to confirm but this is based on the performance of the app and how well it's supposed to work.
This app is not very good or intuitive. I set up my payments to include an additional amount to include toward principle, but I don't see that as being confirmed. I see a list of statements, but nothing of the history of my payments. In fact, I haven't gotten any sort of feedback that my payments have been accepted, so I am not even sure if my payments are going through. Overall, this app is not intuitive at all.
As long as I was only making monthly payments one at a time, the app worked fine. However I set up recurring payments two months ago and just noticed that it didn't seem to work and now I'm late. I just set it up again, but it still says that I'm due for that most recent payment. Called their helpline and it hung up on me while I was on hold. There's no option to be able to send an email or any kind of message to explain my problem which is really annoying, so I'm leaving this as my message.
It has bugs. Adding paperless was ridiculous. Adding autopay I wasn't sure if it is going to work or not. I'm a little concerned about the app security. I would like to know my banking information is secure. But when the app seems to have issues just saving options like paperless, it makes me wonder.
Doesn't make sense that you can make advance payments but it won't adjust your balance due. Turned on autopay to try and alleviate the issue, made an extra payment assuming autopay would pay the difference of the advance payment and what's due, nope, took the full loan payment. Frustrating, and their customer service was rude and took 15 minutes to explain basically the app cant do math, and not to make advance payments. Not a solution
Very basic app. Needs a complete overhaul in my opinion. Capital One Auto app is 10000x better. Users should be able to view payment history, see what was applied to principal and interest etc. Listen to your customers and make some improvements !!!
This APP should have a option to pay earlier then the DUE date. I sometimes want to pay 1 or 2 weeks early, which I can do. The issue I have is MB Auto will not take the currency from my bank till the Due date. Now I have to make sure I don't over spend later on. Now I have to budget extra careful. Once I select make payment Monday-Friday MB Auto should take the payment within 24hrs of that time I choose to make the payment. I don't want to see that money in my bank account for a month & Budget
There was recently an update for the app. I had made a payment via the app before updating and while it appeared to be approved on my end it cause an issue with my bank. They rejected the payment and I didn't find out until after the payment was late. I'm sure they will report it to the credit companies too. If you do choose to use the app make sure you are always using the most current version.
Terrible app. Balance does not adjust when you make early payments and confirmation emails are not always sent. Contacted customer service and the lady (Laura) was really rude about it and told me to only use the paper statement. Get with the times 🙄
Login info incorrect. Tried with and without VPN. Website continues to work. App closes itself when switching between other opened apps, which I believe should not be implemented on any platform, regardless of Security precaution. Other bank apps do not do this, as it adds inconvenience to the user.
App disappears if you leave the screen requiring a relaunch to get back to it. Real pita when trying to verify my cell phone because you're never able to input the code you receive.. it starts the process over and sends a new code. Which you can't input. Circle of hell
This app is garbage. Terrible UX design; forms shouldn't clear whenever the app is switched away from then back to (i.e. when trying to find and input your bank account and routing numbers) and fields shouldn't auto validate and clear if invalid when focus is lost.
It's not easy to use sometimes because it's glitching. I cannot fully see the app because it doesn't show the bottom line so I can't complete what I need to do.
When I go to pay my bill I can't even log into the mobile app, there is always a problem, if I only depended on the app my car payment would always be late. Someone needs to fix this app or get rid of it
I used to log in with no problem...now I can't log in at all. The bar that says log in does not change so that I can tap on it after I enter my user name and password.
Too basic and not able to access all account information. App needs a total overhaul.
This app is garbage!! Cant even sign up. Sad when I dont get the statement till 3 days of being due and I'm across the country to have to mail back.
You app is broken. Everytime I tab to another app to say, copy a password or get my routing info I have to relaunch your app and start all over. Even using a password vault fails. Work on your app while I go and find another bank to take my loan.
Does not register. Keeps telling me the account number is invalid when I'm looking right at it in paper form. Clearly it's the app that's invalid!!
I haven't had a problem out of it. It does go away if you exit the app, but that's for security. I don't use autopsy so I can't comment on that part. It does work fine though.
Setting a user name is nearly impossible. Just keeps telling you its invalid, does not tell you what is required.
New member, tried registering says invalid username and i input it as it directs. Hit the faq tab and says site can't be reached. This better be legit services.
Not able to log in. The sign in button is not functioning and you can't click on it. App is unusable.
Got a 15 dollar late fee because I set up auto pay one day past due date and it didn't auto pay the due amount. Nickle and dime company.
Good experience. Offers Text messages for reminders, One Time ACH payments or Recurring, Saves Primary account to make payments more automated for ACH pays.
Keep locking me out. Tells me. I had 5 incorrect log ins and I did not. Have to keep calling to reset super annoying junk
As long as you are only trying to make the minimum payment, this app work fine. But for anything additional it's useless. Such as being able to select to pay more towards the principle or interest for example.
