I like that there are no ads on this app. It is very easy to maneuver around, and if you need help, they have a help tab and you can also call your bank for help as well. Transferring funds is so simple and I am very happy with the app.

Waste of my time; Installed to deposit a check (no idea why it wasn't direct deposited like all the others) during quarantine. Tried repeatedly to deposit said check. App refused to accept the deposit saying, incorrectly, that the check date was outside the accepted range. Now I'll unistall the app and call for an appointment to deposit the check personally if they'll accept it with the required "for mobile deposit only" notation on the back.

This app is horrible and what's worse is no one cares! I've used other banking apps and it was simple to deposit checks but with this app is impossible! Why is it so difficult? Why does the app log me out when I'm trying to take a picture of my check? Why does no one care enough to fix it!?!????????!!!!!!! Shouldn't an app make doing business more convenient??

Mobil deposits are rediculously difficult. I don't even bother trying anymore. Customer service is good though if you have to call.

This is a full function banking app. I use it for bill pay, money transfers, balance inquiries, locating branches and ATM's etc. It has not let me down.

Very professional, easy access ,and very secure. Wish I knew about their business beforehand

App doesn't show you account numbers and I'm experiencing a bug where whenever I try to take a picture of the back of a check for mobile deposit it just logs me out of the app

If the app is good except for when it wants to do the buffering thing for hours and then you have to turn it off and back on.

Great app. Only downside is on bank loans not being able to pay directly to principal or interest. You have to go to bank to do that.

App is great! I can check balances and make loan payments without having to log in using a computer.

Very easy to check my account, transfer funds from one account to another, etc. Just like in person without the drive.

The app makes mobile banking extremely easy. It is well designed and very straightforward.

Convenient check depositing and debit card management, but errors when trying to view eStatements then crashes. Have to re-logon.

Easy to navigate through. Makes paying bills simple and accurate.

The Mont Belvieu ladies are so super helpful. But most of all KIND. If only you knew how much I enjoy the quotes/messages they gave out. Thank you

Needs face identification to open instead of punching in a password every time, The deposit limit is way too low.

Picks and chooses what transaction to show . Takes 3 days to show all current transactions. Too Slow with updates.

App always works great, but seriously need to add mobile pay.. android pay. Add this and everything will be great.
