CRDB BANK SimBanking

I find the app modern and functional with it's beautiful UI. Though i think the app need atleast one more feature, the ability to lock itself when the user leaves it. For a typical app, it can be cached at the background for easy retrival when the user wants to get back to it. But this app doesn't lock itself when cached to memory, commonly seen done by password managers as they have to secure user passwords. I think implementation of this feature in the CRDB app would make it more secure.

Was a nice app with great functionalities and user friendly interface! As for now face the bugs as it crashes saying network problem while I have a strong internet connection, henceforth I should try using the ussd code. This happens immediately after the latest version updates. Please kindly fix this

Its a nice app for online transactions i have been using it for 2 yrs now without any problem, but sudenly after the last update it crashes every time i want to open it, it keep throwing a message "hitilafu ya mtandao" while i have a connection to internet with internet access. Please resolve it.

Easy to use and user friendly, multiple operations and functions for quick accessing of account details. Adjustments to be made in allowing serial payments when transacting for government bills, not to compel a lump sum settlement, as it is possibly done through other means. Also, to exclude some charges for simple operations like checking for short lived account history. However, thanks for the app as far as security of account is guaranteed

Nice and I enjoy using the Internet banking, I am suggesting for you guys to reduce transaction charges is huge and also, when I was registering you told me to get my bank statement is free but if i request more than 1 month while doesn't have any amount it says no balance.

I have updated my review after they ha e fixed the internet bug, but not with complete 5 stars as i think there are some things left to be desired. Great banking solution nonetheless..

It simplifis life, secure transaction while saving time, BUT one problem the app has to show the total costs of transaction one is about to make, improve this feature in u'r next update🤝

I think it's the best app for running transactions but the beauracracy after switching from one handset to another gosh I can't believe my eyes. The app seems to not recoginize me anymore which is quite different for other banking mobile apps. I think if someone is already registered with simbanking, when they renew their line it shouldn't be a problem for them to access and use it especially if they are already registered in the system. Finally after a thousand trials I have lost my patience.

After new updates I cannot acces the app, it says I have no internet connection while I have a strong connection that works on other Apps.

The App cannot Add the LUKU meter number to my favourite. Pleas add the feature for easy electric token purchase. The App is good though

Was so helpful before the current version update. Now it tells check your internet connection when opening but I have strong network and internet bundle. Please assist this

Hi the app was good and user friendly i enjoy all its features but the recent update is shambilic the app only open i use vodacom internet but with halotel it crashes before opening saying i should check my internet connection setting...please fix that

When entering PIN the touchpad is so wide and numbers are so big that anyone can see from afar. This isn't for security. At least make it adjustable in case someone wants to use a smaller version.

Best Benk App in Africa i can say, easy to use home and abroad, i love it and hope it gets more and more accessible.

Was awesome before the new version. It keeps on crushing saying i dont have stronge internet connection while i have . Useless version

user friendly but after the new update i can not log in with a problem of internet connectivity mean while i have a perfect internet connection,please fix it ASAP

It is good easy to use.previously you had an option of sending or saving the Receipt after payment,but now I dont see it have you removed it? Please return it.

CRDB your doing a great job especially on the application but i would like to suggest if you add an option of standing order just like the one on internet banking it real helps

Great app but needs some security improvement,Once you logged in you can do any transaction without being asked for a password this is very risky please update the system so every transaction should require confirmation by entering a password,Also the app should be designed to timeout automatically within a certain time,currently the app will stay open until when you close it.

You should make it work even when you don't have data or SMS credit otherwise this is the biggest let off of the otherwise great App. You might have money (lots) on your account but you cannot access it because may be you have forgotten to renew data or credit. So it becomes a vicious circle. You don't have data/SMS credit therefore you can't access your account to buy the same and can't buy data/SMS and can't access your account and on and on.

This app is so complicated the privious one was suitable and easy to use ,, example this app when you apply lone it's not responding any thing please do something about that

Satisfactory , I find it simple to use , fast and less complicated

Good app but reverse transaction feature need to be added as one can accidentally perform undesirable transactions. Eg. One can accidentally buy a mobile airtime instead of sending money to a mobile network. Thank you.

Its borring so much,i just requested OTP via *150*03# several times,coming back to this app asked to request OTP !!!!how many times should I do that??

Latest update gosh!! Keeps telling 'no network ' upon launch. FIX IT

For Halotel internet users the app doesn't work. Always saying no internet while there is a 4G internet access. What's a problem???

This is a very nice and user-friendly apk. I recommend CRDB BANK when it comes to digital banking system.

Totally good app but I gat full time Internet but it keeps on requesting to check my Internet connection, what's the prob CRDB.
