Two Unique Export Styles:
CONVERSATION: Displays the texts and photos in bubbles similar to the way it appears on your phone. The date and time, if chosen, are displayed above each bubble as well as the speaker's name. Photos appear larger than they do in your text-message conversation.
STORYBOOK: Adds phrases to the beginning and end of text messages so that your text conversations look and read like a novel. Text messages are always shown in quotes, and words like, "replied Kristin" are added after a text message. Sentences are used to introduce a new day such as, "On July 4, 2013 Mark texted Kristin," so your txt-book flows like a story. Photos appear larger than they do in your text-message conversation.
You don't have to choose between one
- if you get the UNLIMITED package, you can make as many books as you want.
Change the way names appear in your book. You may decide to change your Father's name to, "Dad." Or your boyfriend's name to, "Boo."
Your Cover Page features a photo that you select and a title that you create. The Back-Cover Note allows you to write a description that explains the book's meaning, or create a special message to the recipient such as, "To Kristin
- I hope this book has a second volume. Please keep this to remind you of our first three months. Love, Mark." If you don't want a Title, Cover Photo or back-cover note then you can simply leave them out.

I paid $12 only to find out they have issues with AT&T text messages. Go ahead post a reply about how you dont think this is a platform for refunds, but I will use it to warn people away from this hokey app.
Don't waste your time, effort or money with this app! I have a Nexus 5x phone for the purposes of this review. I love the concept of this app and really wanted it to work, however, my experience was everything but pleasant. None of the photos from the sender would upload and after contacting customer support none of their suggestions worked. I still went forward aside from that and purchased the pdf of the text message and the file will not open through the apps website to print a book, it will not open in Google drive, it will not open period! I simply wasted my money for a file that takes up space on my phone!
Great app and does exactly what it said it would! Had a slight issue finding the file after a paid for it, but the customer service was great, speedy, and very helpful, can't fault them at all. Very pleased with the end product too.
I LOVE this concept, but the need to have to do very small date ranges to generate a file small enough is a huge bummer. I wish there was a workaround to that where it cam be uploaded in another way than email or done online somehow.
Works OK but be prepared to spend $9-$12 before u can email or print the results.
Created book, paid $11.99 for unlimited, and cannot find file, if it exists at all. Checked file manager, external storage and PDF. Help?
Great gift for anniversary
Tested others: This is best option. My go to app since 2014 [In-app: $1.99 unlimited use] paid version needs option to stop pop up asking to buy story book for $10 every creation; option to omit blank page in printout; option to omit advert in email body; option not to email conversion but to save to internal drive; option to edit file name (6/5/2017: after 5/1/2017 Android 6.01 Security Patch: App crashes on +, reinstalled still crashes, Uninstalled)
Worked perfect for me. I'd suggest the unlimited as I made a typo in my first try and it gave me the chance to make the edit. Gave my book as a first anniversary present which is paper. Clever gift I must say. Customer service helped remind me that my phone saves a copy to my memory card when the PDF was too big to email. Just plugged my phone in and downloaded it. Easy.
This app does not support RCS messaging which is what all cell phone providers are going to. I imported a text thread and none of my replies transferred over because the text type was "Advanced Messaging" which is RCS messaging from ATT. To check this go to a message you sent, press and hold on it. It will pop up with options. Choose "Message Details" and inside it will tell the type of message. If it says anything other than "Text Message" beware. I contacted support and they said it was an issue with ATT and "kinks" in their system. The supports level of ignorance is discouraging.
I have the galaxy s7 active. I need my text messages printed for custody court. This app doesn't work with my phone apparently. It doesn't do 95% of my outbox messages....it appears to do all the received but nearly none of the sent. Hopefully I can get my 10 bucks back
I have been searching for an app like this for months and I'm still really excited about it. I intstalled the app on my Galaxy S5 and when I open up to the first screen, after I press 'start' the screen goes dark and a messaged pops up saying "Unfortunately, txt-book has stopped". I've reinstalled the app a number of times but still recieve the same result. I love the idea of this app and really would like to use it. Can you PLEASE help me?!
It was a big gamble to purchase without a sample generated PDF, but I'm glad I paid. The generated "txt-book" PDF came out beautifully as promised. Needs emoticon support. Missing emoticons means convos out of context! Will give 5 stars if emoticons supported later. App name & icon needs face-lift in Play Store to avoid looking like another generic, garbage app. ***UPDATED TO 5 STARS*** Thank you for the emoji update!!!
Scam app, do not pay them. It does not work. I paid $20 to get a PDF emailed and saved to my phone. However the app did neither. Interface is bad and it doesn't work. Now i need to figure out how to get my money back.
Exactly what I wanted. Ended up having them bind my book too...couldn't be happier and made a really great gift! The wife loved it ;-)
My son died recently and I wanted to save his last text messages and didn't know how until I searched online and found this app. Not only could I print them with titles and dates I could save them to my hard drive and send just parts of our conversations to friends and family. Thank you for creating this app. Really, I was afraid to take my phone out in fear of losing those conversations. Thank you.
I bought the unlimited version and was unable to create books a few months after downloading. I can't get the start date to change, the month only displays the first month of the conversation selected and when I try to change or type in the month, nothing comes up. I don't want the entire conversation, only a single day. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S5 through Verizon.
This is a very good app and it did almost exactly what i need it to do. I would advise purchasing the unlimited option as you will want to modify the pdf after you create it. The only negative part of this app is that it won't put emoticons into the pdf. So if you sent a text with just emoticons it will appear as an empty box in the pdf. Without them it can take away the context and humor of some of the text. I would have rated this app five stars, however the no emoticons knocked it down to three stars.
It only sends a VCF card of my contact info. It is meant to send the sms history as a book. Load of rubbish.
I cannot see whats going to be created without paying, cannot get anything without paying, just charge for it from the beginning and don't waste time of people, 1 usd or 100 usd, doesn't matter, it's a lie, not free.
I bought the unlimited version and in the email the text book was never attached, and it did not save to my phone either
Awesome app to capture word for word messages and photos between you and person you choose. Great for new relationship and also for documenting a bad one legally. Yeah screwd your self huh danette lol

Cannot download. Paid 2.17 (with tax) and sent email 3 times and never received it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS APP!!!!!
I don't understand why i need to pay on the end? I generated PDF so why i must pay?
Downloaded an created a large size story I needed it didn't send to email I did however spend all day emailing help they did refund my 99 cents but the issue was never solved I was advised to buy full version so I could make multiple smaller conversations so my search continues they where helpful I just wish we could of figured it out
A fantastic initiative, The customer support team are excellent and respond promptly. My only suggestion would be the addition of a feature that indicates roughly how many pages your textbook will be based on the texts selected. Thanks so much!
