Creative Photo Art : Picsa Effects Photo Lab

Quality effects but terrible execution. I took the time to download all of the effects, but it was worthless since you can only use one at a time. It's basically a bokeh app, but more frustrating. I'll probably uninstall since most apps have the same effects.

I have tryed it and it fails at everything.. Have to download a picture editor before even using it (Thats with every single one...)Ask me and thats just stupid when i already downloaded the app.. Next is the adds are just ridiculous they take forever and everytime you click on something there is another add. The fact that i HAD to give you FIVE stars just to try a different editor should have been the sign that this app is no good. Hope in future it will be better. I give no stars if i could.

Uninstalled within 1 minute. Two ads overlapping as you start it. One tap in, another ad. In between menus, more ads. This is a disgrace and should be taken down from the store.

I didnt even get to the part where I edit my photos. 3 adds within the first minute of using the app. Using the free filters as well.

Rubbish ads.. Super annoying.. Start took time to load.. Picture wrongly positioned, when I tried to go back to crop, went to the title/select page instead.. Had to reload the picture.. Same thing happened.. Waste of time.. Deleted..

Fun, am being told to rate five stars so I can unlock one of the features. Dont really know if i like it or not since i just got it. Will edit review when i know more. Edit to add, uninstalled very limited on what you can do and everthing has to be downloaded individually.

No instructions. No ability to move the menu. Bogged down with ads. Couldn't even upload a picture to try the app because the ads kept blocking the main screen

lots of bug.. when data collection on app did not opening... i think they try to theft our data.because app use much more data but did not any download about theme and effect in this app. but it is taken more data ..

15 minutes after seeing 5 ads. then the app , 6 round options, click them. more ads. then link to download more apps from them. and I just wanted to make affects

Wow, how do you rate an app that won't even open after installation? I have tried repeatedly, even uninstalling and reinstalling several times and yet, this app will not open. I give it to zero stars.

Worst app. Too many ads. Result is not as shown in sample pics. Not at all impressive. Time waste and Storage waste.

This app made for ad films release, you tube is better than this in ads case, really dispointed. I can't edit at least one picture. Don't waste your data

Terrible. Downloaded it, sooo many ads.. its not even posible to use because of ads popping up every time you touch the screen .

This app is terrible. First it make you rate it 5 stars to unlock features. There are so many ads and just about every button us asking you to download more apps.

third class app ever this is not use for Editing if you want to watch advertisements u can download it doesn't work for anything 1st of all they ask to download the theme and there is no option for editing 😡😡😡😡

it so beautiful.. an the creation is too amazing. such type of amazing and beautiful app l have never seen anymore. when l'm open the creative photo app then l 'm truly shocked that the app is too awesome and the creation is also beautiful . And after now l want to be use always these app for my beautiful photo creation. these app makes our particular photo magically beautiful and amazing. lt's the art of awesomeness and such app l have truly never seen anymore and trust me its very beautiful.

best app for photo editing..but there is only one problem that we cannot adjust our picture in their respective frame.

Worse one.. Full of adds, takes a lot of time and effort to get a edited photo.. Can't save the worked photos

extremely too many ads and the effects are nit even the same as in the pictures. not good at all.

Yoooo best find you ever get. Amazing photo effects. This app has huge collection of photo effects that u never find anywhere. This app is one my parmanent app that I use to update my DP every time.

so many ads! I couldn't even figure out how to work it cuz there was an ad every 5 seconds.

The only purpose of this app is to show ads which are linked to it at every 5sec it shows u ads, can't even complete a simple filter task

i just gave 5 start, but after unlock, its not working, when i add photos it's close automatically. imo or whats app images not allowed in thia app.

too much disgusting adds ,they interrupting once in every 5seconds that we can't even edit a photo properly,i downloaded it and used just once and uninstalled it

I have tried so many apps before this they all gave me trouble. this app actually gives me the pictures that i want and I am very pleased! best editing app. Very Well done!

I'm not really sure what to rate the app yet. will update when im able to use it. had to rate before a feature was unlocked

cool app. less control over things in the free version than Light X but more user friendly for those not skilled in apps that offer more pro controls

Do not even think about downloading this crappy app. You need to watch an ad even to exit the app. Total waste of time.
