I've been doing a daily drawing challenge. I saved the challenge to my watch list to make it easier to find each day, but it doesn't show up there. It doesn't show up as recently watched either. I have to do a keyword search every day to find that drawing challenge. It's not just that video that is giving me problems either. I tried to add several to the watch list in the past week, but they're nowhere to be found. Only videos that I saved months and months ago appear on that list.
Update: I have checked out the new app and it is much better. I have changed my rating from one star to four. The search function works very well and it is much easier to find things. No more errors when typing a search! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it doesn't save where I leave off in a video and every time I get interrupted and put my phone down I have to fast forward to find my place again. There is a watchlist with recent history but it doesn't seem to be working for me.
I setup a account with the library online when I went to login on the app it said I could not login unless I had a Facebook account I do not have a Facebook account I would not try to use this app again
Used to be so much better. Not sure if this is worth the cost of my monthly subscription anymore. Search function doesn't work, images don't show up. Pretty disappointing lately since those pictures help quickly visualize what the projects are.
Not nearly enough content for me. Needs lots more crochet and knitting and tatting for me.
Can't seem to keep my screen on when watching the videos. I have to adjust my display screen to NOT timeout in my phone settings. All other apps on my phone that play video keep my screen on, but not this app. Pls fix as it gets annoying having to turn my screen back on after 5-10 mins.
last update 2017?! Come on, Creative Bug. you're spending a lot of time and money on advertising for subscriptions. How about spending a little effort on updating your app. Or simple decommission it so people don't think they're downloading a product that works with their phones.
So much potential, great teachers amd course content. Which makes the app issues even worse. How do you have complaints about the app crashing, lagging, ect in 2017 and the same complajnta in 2019? Seriously? in this day and age how can you not have this fixed. There are too many other services that are similar, that do work. If you get this fixed you are golden though, because what i have gotten to work is pretty great. Sincerely Frustrated
Absolute trash. Content doesn't work. No access to account info through app. They just charge what they like without notifying you. Complete nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
When I open the app they tell me 'unfortunately creativebug has stopped.' I uninstalled it and downloaded it again but they still say creativebug has stopped. Please help me solve this. Thanks
I cant open the app 99.9% of the time on my android phone. When it does open it crashes constantly rendering it quite useless. This has been a constant since i joined. Dont expect to enjoy this app on your phone. PLEASE FIX YOUR APP!!!
App is easy to use. I have been using creative bug in my journey to get better at drawing. Creative bug has great classes for painting and drawing.
Terrible app...can't use search function. Every letter I type in results in a "problem connecting to server" error. Have tried on multiple devices. :(
App doesn't show my courses on my desktop browser, nor does it show any of the things I added to my watch list.
I have cancelled my account and still they try to change me. I tried calling them and they hung up on me. There is no where to update my payment details. I want to remove my card from them but there is no where to do that! Beware
Needs an update! Always crashes. Does not save which videos are watched or bookmarked. Keep getting error about server not working.
App tells me that my username and password are incorrect. Signed in on the web just fine, changed my password twice and tried on the app. No luck.
I cannot login with my Amazon account as there is no Amazon button!! How am I supposed to login to the app??? And I've just signed up on my laptop for 1 year!! This isn't really right, is it?
Can't search for classes, get a server error. Can only access classes featured on the home screen or by instructor.
Love this! Had a mistake in the begin where they charged my card twice. Fixed in one day and I love the videos

Keeps crashing. I have a new phone and thought this wouldn't be an issue but I can't use this app at all.
Will not download new version. I haven't been able to sign in because I forgot my password. But. they got my $$$ each month.
The content is wonderful. Accessing it via the app is unbearable.

Classes are not loading. I barely use the app and when I do the app fails loading.
❤️LOVE!🧡 LOVE!💛 LOVE!💚 I find it to be extremely challenging to come up with any negative aspects or qualities to this app! After signing up, I quickly realized the instructors were behind a ton of art & crafts that had swooned over for years! It has made me motivated to actually put something down on paper and most astonishingly, to do so confidently! I signed up during a promo they had going on for I think 3 months for a dollar... BEST DOLLAR EVER SPENT!
