Just switched from iphone to Android and OF COURSE the Android version crashes the moment I tap anything after logging in. Ever since this app was launched several years ago, my Android user colleagues have complained that every time the app updates it stops working for them, whereas I had very few issues on my iphone. I'm lucky I'm able to work from home during covid, because as a community based therapist any emr system without a working mobile app is pretty much worthless.
Works alright but there are little things that could improve such as copy and pasting text, grammatical errors and upload failures. Interface is not bad but app could improve overall.
I've been unable to access my Credible app in both connected & disconnected mode. I work in a rural community that this app is perfect to use. But, if it doesn't work & says "error" every time I attempt to sign in, why even have it?
Fine app overall, but takes WAY too long to load info and log in. Need the ability to log in and authenticate and populate information as fast as if not faster than just doing it through a browser to make this app worth it.
Stopped working. Crashes. Can't open.
Update to version 1.15 completely broke the app once more. Multiple crashes. Dev team you need to step up. This is unacceptable.
Multiple issues, impossible to use with Android
My company says we can use this app to do our paperwork that we do daily, i have yet to be able to do this. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled several times, still does not allow me to enter my paperwork. Will be uninstalling again.
It needs a lot of work, there's fundamental functions that are not present in the app, it also tends to crash every now and then. The idea behind it is good and it could be very useful in the field, but it needs to be worked out
PLEASE UPDATE SUPPORT ON ANDROID lost a star because after a month, the issues still have not been addressed The system crashes every time i try to take notes or get a signature rumor has it also that they don't even bother to support Android any more, this realy sucks cmbecause not everyone has a computer to work on to do thier job
The update makes it impossi to for android users to operate the system. in either mode the app will crash immediately when as to open a note. Please resolve this issue as in person signature are needed in my profession
Credible Care/mobile definitely has been the high point of our recent launch with Credible. It does everything it claims to fairly consistently. Our clinicians do not need the internet to review/update a patients chart. I work as an EHR admin and clinician at a mental health center in rural alabama. Credible Care has allowed us to improve patient care and clinical documentation with little to no configuration work. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a new EHR.
App stopped working. Phone says there is a bug and to download update after developer fixes app.
Ever since the update, i have not been able to login or use the app.
Keeps crashing won't open up progress notes
Arrrgghhh. The program i use for work! Very glitchy.
I downloaded the update several days ago and have trouble ever since. First it wouldn't allow access without location ON. Then it would not upload finished notes. Now it won't download so I can even get in to do my notes. I loved the Ap before and told many people about it. My phone android ap is so , no, was so much easier to use than the laptop and much quicker, also far easier to transport. Now its very un reliable !
