Highly unprofessional. This is first time I am rating any app and they managed to frustrate me enough to write a review. Booked an appointment for online consultation. They took the payment immediately by giving assurance. It's been more than a week. I daily followed up to get only one scripted reply, 'team will call' which never comes. Now I am stuck. Not even bothering to refund money.

one of the worst app I have ever experienced with, never believe this app if you are looking for appointment. They will give you appointment confirmation, without checking/coordinating with the Hospital and you will land in no clue zone....

I booked appointment twice on Credihealth and my experience has been great so far. Their medical expert has been very patient in explaining my medical issue and guiding me through out. I got more than just an appointment from their service and I am truely satisfied! I also benefitted from their membership and got discounts on my appointment. I would definitely recommend using Credihealth for medical guidance to all.

I find the app very easy to use and navigate. All the services are well categorized. And the overall size is very small so its easy to download as well. Good app.

The service is reliable and team is also very helpful and cooperative. But I find it a little difficult to contact them everytime. May be bcoz of busy lines or other issues. But overall the credihealth services are quite satisfactory.

I am happy that I found the Credihealth app which is quite handy for me as I can book doctor appointment for any of my family member or friends just by few clicks. The good things is the navigation is very easy and its easy to understand the process.

Credihealth services are great, the medical team guides you with all the information you need. they also provide you discounts time to time. But there are issues with the app that keeps occuring. hope it will be corrected soon.

One of my friend suggested this app coupleof months ago for any medical service. I really like the app as you can check for any doctor appointment for any time and day. Also there are services like cost comparison and health articles that u can read. So overall its a nice and helpful app. Thanks.

I had booked an appointment for morning 9:30 by paing OPD fees online. I started calling the credihealth service centre since 8:30 since the request status was under process. I called atleast 3 times. Each time they said that I will recieve a call in 10 minutes, but I never did. Eventually it was 9:40, so I called them up to cancel the appointment. Have not recieved the refund yet. Apart from refund, didn't get to see a doctor.

Have been using this app for few months now. Best app, very easy to book appointment. They have medical experts you can discuss your medical problems with and get guidance, plus discounts also. I would recommend using Credihealth app.

So booked through the app firstly they don't tell you when you'll get the appointment so it can be 3,4,5 days after you've already paid for the doctors fees. I booked an appointment and they didn't give me any idea about when the appointment will take place neither through message or mail. After 2 days of booking a mail came about the timing but when I call on the date of the appointment they still didn't give me the confirmation. Kindly avoid them if you need value your time and health.

One of the easiest app for healthcare services. You can get free doctor consultation with the team anytime and they help in getting 2nd consultation too. The process is quick and easy to follow in the app.

Very nice app by credihealth. easy to use and navigate. And you can actually get an appointment with doctors easily sitting at your home only. Great one.

CreditHealth made my life so convenient. The CH team keeps following up on any appointment and keep reminding about it. Even if you dont see availability of a doctor on phone, you can call CH team and they call the hospital directly to help schedule an appointment. They also ensure that appointment was satisfactory and help schedule future appointments without me doing anything.

I booked an appointment but the status is still in processing since half an hour. The system isn't robust, it isn't connected with the accounting system of hospital properly.

I think I found one of the great online hospital and doctor appointment app. Now I can easily look for gynae and pediatrician and even compare the cost in different cities. This is very useful.

Do not install this app. Booked an appointment for my mother in law a year back, but i keep getting calls even now for follow up appointments when i dont need any. They keep buggging people . Inspite of requesting not to call any further they keep calling and asking questions

Horrible experience. Book an appointment online. It's been 2 days and I didn't get a single confirmation call. And the moment I called , their response is we'll call you right back and never calls.
