The app is always giving me an old score from months ago and isn't updating like the web browser site which gives me a new score each month.

This app is not very useful. With the products and services that I am enrolled in, this app only tells me my score, nothing else. It notifies me other things are available,.but I still have to use my browser for everything.
Haven't been able to access my account through the app for about 6 months. Every time I try I get the same message "We are currently experiencing difficulty connecting to your account. Please try again later"... Well, later has come and gone as it's been over half a year. I have contacted support (if that's what you call it) and they were absolutely no help at all. If it's soon not fixed, I will be canceling my account and joining another credit report service.
I downloaded this app opened it up & it's askn for my login information & I never had an account with this app so not good
After installing the app I can't login. Tried so many times. Even uninstalled and reinstalled still won't let me login. Got 1 message; your session has expired. I don't understand how without even login once.
I can login perfect fine on Web but can't in this app. I'll change the rating if my issue gets resolved.
App works as designed but it doesn't show my transunion credit score unlike what the screenshots show.
Equifax runs this garbage cc was compromised within 2 days of month trial don't use this app !

Crashed on login says it hasn't been updated since 2014 and I'm to trust it with credit info?
The alerts are not updated in the Mobile App while website shows updated information.... Poor app management

While credit rating and alerts work, would like to be able to see reports as well. If you have an account, this is a convenient way to glance at it.
I have an accout, buy the app will not open, or force closes.
I have an account but when I try to input my user ID and password . it does not work
Unable to login..I can login to the website with no problems. App is a no go
For a security company you would think their app would work!

App might be free but, once you open the app you need to login with an account.
Doesn't seem to update the same as the browser. Defeats the point of an app if I have to constantly go into my browser instead. Needs to update the same as the regular website!
