The program itself.. the it dept. The support The huge diff. I got a collections account removed. Reported my rent, several utilities, tracked changes, and have been extremely happy with the results. I did have an issue (I entered my ssn wrong) which required my account being fixed. Business hours, but patient, helpful, nice (lee you are amazing).. 6 stars!! Only complaint, scores update monthly. Wish it was more often! ALL of my emails were answered. Bad reviewers check your email folders!
The service is Awesome, but the fact that they claim my perfectly good credit card was denied even though it has a good amount of credit limit is bogus. They don't offer over the phone customer service and you have to wait for them to get to you with a manager!
I switched from Free score 360 to this app and I'm really pleased with it. Both my hubby and myself are repairing our credit via credit secrets and this is the easiest app to download credit reports, monitor what has been done to our credit profiles, find any info needed to contact creditors, they monitor your credit, easy to use, and sent us rewards for signing up! There are so many great ways to build your credit on here as well! I found this to be the best app to check all 3 scores!
This is one of the best credit apps that I have used. It has replaced every other credit app I had installed. With the 28 different FICO scores and all the other features and services it has to offer. Why waste your time with any other app.
App no longer works for me. It crashes upon login. I tried going directly to their website where I could login to my account, but none of my 28 FICO credit scores are available. When the app worked, I could at least view my Experian credit score successfully. Please fix.
I needed to update the app.the error message was that I'm not connected to the internet. Also it closed and disappeared into the background. Wouldn't it have been easier to just tellme to update the bizarre app? Lying to your users isn't cool, nor is it acceptable! However, when I updated their lying app, it allowed me login. I rate of 5 ⑤ thumbs down! 👎👎👎👎👎
When the app works it's great for the information it provides. But it crashes and will not open . Cleared the cache, cleared the data, Uninstalled and re-installed . Nothing works. It won't open.
I've had a great experience with the app since installing. I've had no problems with crashing. I would recommend for accuracy of information provided. I love the colorful wave when your score comes up.

Used to se eif I could qualify for a mortgage but none of the scores matched up with the scores pulled by the broker. But it gives a lot of I formation compared to other apps. Def the most bang for your buck.
The only credit app to have home buying fico scores for all 3. But this app doesn't update regularly. It's been 2 to 3 months since my bills have been showing more paid towards them. And I've pd things off that are still on there.
The app works when it feels like. Several times I have tried to login and it does not work. As far as the biometrics, at times you have to reset it. The app is not great to say the very least
This company works hard to show you what you want to see. After that you have to wait a whole month to see it again for a fee. There are other ways to get the same service but see it as each event changes. I didn't see any value with the subscription. They're better off showing results as a one time deal.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I canceled my account and they continued to charge me. It took me forever to get ahold of customer service, and when I did they informed me that my request failed!. Then I tried to delete my billing information from the site and it wouldn't let me! ITS MY CARD! Screw them. Get Experian or an other credit monitoring app or site.
After the new update I can't login. I can't see my score and credit details. Evertime I try to login I get this message.. Technical Failure Our system has run into a technical problem. Please try again later. Any help please.
I just downloaded the app and so far it is outstanding. By far, way more informative and helpful, than any of the other Credit apps, of services I've tried in the past.
Created acount put my credit card info in amd it brought me to login screen i tried to log in and it says i didnt finish setting up my account and gave me an option ti finish set up when i tried to "finish" setup it promptede with account has already been set up and i never got into the app i had to lock my credit cards and all
It's a good app for your personal use and keeps you up to date with your score so delete all those other credit score apps cause being free and not misleading like the other ones that they say it's free but then they ask you for your credit card to confirm your identity with charging you for a dollar then down the road they charge you 19.95 per month like Experian dose
Only receiving 2 out of 3 scores before the trial period. I do like the ability to see all scores just wish I can see all 3 bureaus.
It's ready to use and easy to understand. Super helpful with getting started with and continuing to build your credit! AMAZING!
Hey. Is something wrong with the App. Asking me am I a bot.. won't allow me to click the no option, and continuing to spin in green loading circle. Prefer not to give any stars since I can't use service. Any advice or help. 😒🙄😖😫🙄🤨😑🤔
Fantastic App! Credit scores actually match what creditors use! Also tons of help from the different programs!
Awesome card, only downside is not able to use at an ATM. Keeps track of your credit score and suggestive of credit boosters.
I've never had this app before so I downloaded it and it didnt give me an option to create an account just to log in so I tried and of course gave me a error.
Horrible appp charging me for fees for a service that won't link me and zero customer service to help! Fix n I'll fix my honest review!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Expensive but really useful. I just wish I could afford the extra credit part. Winning money for doing better financially? It's a win win.
I didnt even know i had this account and have been billed $28 dollars which was deducted from my account with out authrization and theres no number to contact them and this company hasnt reached out to me 1 time about there services and or what they can do to help me because i havent received no extracredit and apperantlly i opened the account in feburary and nothing 2months later and i havent heard or seen any change and can only contact by email thats not cool..contacting federal trade comm.
UPDATE: They provide accurate and reliable data and make updates on a consistent and regular basis. There are offers are on the site but they don't overwhelm you while you view your score.
I had issues signing in, I uninstalled and reinstalled app and still couldn't sign-in, this is my first attempt after 4or 5 days.
Beware!! I would go Credit Karma, or Credit Sesame instead!! VERY hard to reach anyone there because they don't offer phone support, of ANY kind. Also, if you forget to cancel your free trial, they will charge you, and NOT give you a refund, even if it's only a few hours after they charge you. I've forgotten to cancel with other, more reputable companies before, explained the situation, and always got a refund. My mistake totally, yes, but, if you MAY forget to cancel, don't do it!!
