Credit Debit-Ledger Account Book
This app is ideal for small businesses,shopkeepers,wholesalers,retailers and distributors.

If you need an app to maintain your ledger accounts and keep a record of all your transactions with any person or company and even reminds you about your payments on due date then Credit Debit is the app for you.
First, users have to create account for which they would like to make credit or debit entries.Accounts can be created using contacts.Users can also create and define category for each account.
Few examples:
1. If a user has borrowed money from his friend .He/she can create an account by friend’s name, define category as Friends or Creditor and credit/received the account by amount borrowed.
2. If a user has multiple shops. He/She can put accounts of different shop under different category, this will enable user to sort and view customers of different shops.
Data and privacy protection:
All your data is stored either in your device or in your Google drive folder and not in our server,so that no one except you can access your data.
A widget can be added to home screen for fast and easy transaction entry.
With all accounts and their current balance on dashboard,it only takes a glance to know how much an account owes to you or you owe to that account.
It's easy to know your creditors and debtors with separate tabs for credit and debit accounts.
Just tap on account in the list to add transaction for that account.
Users can write small narration and also save photo of bill,receipts etc.for each transaction.
Users can send transaction details to party after each transaction.
Transaction entries can be easily edited.
Users can view balance after each transaction in transaction report.
Select daily,weekly,monthly or custom dates to generate,share or print transaction reports.
Generate report in excel and pdf format.
Send payment reminders and call your debtors and creditors directly from the app.
Users can set reminder for each payment and the app will send a reminder on due date on device home screen.
Google Drive Backup and Restore.So that users don’t lose their data even if they change their device.
Enable Daily Auto Backup to Google Drive and the app will save data automatically everyday.
Data can also be saved locally in device.
Email password and Finger print password protection.
Charts showing share of top five credit and debit accounts.
Periodic category charts to help you understand which are your credit/income and debit/expense categories over time and plan accordingly.

Backup should be instantaneous, but it doesn't happen that way. Mine was since 16th March 2022 which is very far from the current day. And when I try backing up manually it doest work.
Thanks it is a good app, but it needs improvement. Please work in possibilities in which we can use it in Two(2) or more devices. And also linking it with WhatsApp and so on.... Thanks
Very good app, after searching 100 of apps, I find this one which fulfilled many of my requirements. But only thing I found missing, is Opening balance after selecting a date range. It will be more better to have an opening balance while generating PDF report for a selected date range.
You can add new funtion that without password no one can delete or edit transection Cause every transection is important if accedintely delete or edit any transaction it will be very harmful and password would be different from software opening password it will be more safe for transection Thanks
Mostly I like the discretion field of transaction I can note there unlimited data and read and edit them easily. Very nice app. This will be Unbetterable Please ad more features gradually such as @ all types of transaction link in every window @ Must show Account balance at the item of "Transfer" transaction @ Transfer option in perticular account @ Invoice Data editable @ Sales/Purchase with Accounts @ Item with units editable.......more

Keeps asking for enabling Google drive backup whenever you open the app even though I have already enabled it! Hence eventually no backup is created.
You should be joint your both app (credit debit and income expense). Using this we can entry a single transaction for loan given or taken amount or another expense. This will be helpful to check about loan, how much amount take or given.

Very good app, but what about data security..
The latest update have some problem. Though l had given both backups (local & G-drive) After updating the app I lost my all data in cash book & blanked it. After restoration also it doesn't make any difference. This ‘Add business' update is very worst experience. I uninstalled the app three times & again installed it. But it's not working for restoration. Please keep this add business option in such a way that it won't interfere the other a/c's records & there should be the delete option.
It serves right in times of traveling abroad.
I am using now ,Good app more than others. But it can't share PDF files on messenger.
Such a great and fantastic app..but my problem is it doesn't have add worker or employees feature whereby a worker could help in the process of making data entries..... besides after adding customers in it doesn't have a unique numbers for customers ( account numbers)... and finally it should be acces on laptop or desktop ....so please kindly work on those features for us... thanks
When i open this app everytime wants login to this app.. what's problem thais ?
App every time asks to login in to Google drive please fix it.
If you add currency selection option, your app will be better.
This application is better than other Apps. Some issues are as follows :- 1. Color Change of Debit and Credit Option 2. Selection of Currency Change 3. Developer Email id is not Given for Feedback 4. Pro Version for Add Free app. 5. Unable to Download the Image during editing of Entry. 6. Import Option. 7. If you made any transfer entry, It will post correctly but when you edit the same, Both entry didn't change.
Your app is almost perfect but we not only write credits and debits in "bahi-khata" or in diary. For ex: if i have to add more remark to the customer by date then i have to use some other app or write it to any diary 1. If you make any way to make an entry for the client without adding credit or debit it will be awesome. 2. Top searchbar do not search a single word in any transaction its currently searching whole line or paragraph.
it is a great app. I am a tracher. I run a small coaching centre. I am now using this app to save the record of fee collection. if it is possible to see the number of the transection of every account on the homepage of your app, it would be great for me. thank you very much.
The best feature is narration so user can add attachment with every single transaction entry. Easy syncing with google drive auto backup of data is " WoW" thx .. i suggest developers that kindly add "daily expense sheets" in this app so it will be complete account app for daily use for mid size business and yes the last suggesttion is ! can you add ledger kind of sheets in accounts it will looks more easy and classy! by the way.. This is one of its kind. I love this application. My only observation and appeal is that it will be extremely good if you integrate sms notification on it. That is, like banks, there should be customer alerting system (credit alert for credit cases and debit alert for debit cases). That will make the app much more useful. Please
Despite the poor layout at first impression, it is a very usable app, complete and well organizeded, simple to use and to understand. The data is shown in a glance under your eyes. 5 stars. 10 when it will have a modernized layout!!!
