Credit Union 1 - Alaska

Banking with cu1 has been a great experience. mobile banking is so convenient by far. I love it. I hardly ever need to go into the bank anymore. (I can't remember when's the last time I was in there, all because of mobile banking. Thank you cu1, you have made it so easy-to-use & have great staff when do need to go in!!

Changes are frustrating. Can't scroll, can't see checks, available balance doesn't update. This app is horrible

Ah hell. Used to be great.. then they messed it up.. won't let me see accounts.. and keeps pushing me to bill pay screen.. I DON'T USE THAT! Had to uninstall and reinstall to fix.

Since last upgrade, when loggomg out using the logout button in menu, I get a "access denied, IP address not authorized, please contact uour network administrator" error. I have closed thw window and fone back and my account is still displayed. No change in phone, this happens on wifi, GCI data and ATT data. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app to no avail. This app worked fine last week. No phone updates since 2 weeks ago. Dan 7279958

Used o ly to make car payments and check balance. Worked great but since I payed off my car it's been glitching horrible. I open the app and as soon as I click something ir closes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and its still not working right. Its basically pointless because half the time it won't even open long enough to see what my balance is

The worst banking app I've ever dealt with! If you have a new job, there is no way to get direct deposit info. If you have a new device, it won't give you access to your account after downloading the app. Every other bank I've belonged to lets you do everything on their apps. You can forget doing anything on the CU1 Alaska app!

It has a few little glitches every so often, what program that has upgrade dosen't. Works great for the most part. Could have app help for older phones but doesn't. I had to buy a hole new phone to keep the app working & I loved my other phone. I love knowing how much money I have more... 😁

On those rare occasions where the app decides to actually function that day, it does the most common credit union functions well. Unfortunately, those days where it works are seldom indeed, and the app is some varying flavor of nonfunctional more often than it actually works. It's also more fond of forgetting my logins completely than I prefer to tolerate.

The app always crashes. Unexpected errors constantly. Every once in a while, when it decides it wants to work, its easy, simple to use. Does what it needs to.

App works fine until it decides to make you remember a password instead of a pin number you been using for 5 years. Sorry I dont have a photographic memory and having to remember a 8 digit password with numbers and characters after 5 years is ridiculous. This is the 3rd time this year I ve had to reset the password for no reason.

This has helped self financing, always being able to keep tabs on where my money is going. How much I have left and to help figure out whens the best time to make my payments through out the month/year! I love the safety features and notices of when the site will be under maintenance, etc. Overall 10/10, great app.

The GUI could use a face lift, but it always worked fine for me, until my phone updated to Android 10, now the app crashes every time I attempt to log in. Gonna do a clean uninstall/reinstall, see if that helps.

Thank you so much for actually being a financial institution. My first loan and my first credit card without going thru the convoluted process the other place wanted me to do. At 21yrs old for the 39th time I really didn't think jumping thru hoops for a five year plan was what I needed to be doing. The other place didn't care that I already owned my own House, had more then 4 properties or even a motorhome all paid for with cash. Try getting a hotel room without a card....

Worst banking app ever. Can't ever get back in after I havnt used in a week. Need verification code and never get it via text . I can get it from email but once I back out to check code and then go back to the bank app, code is no good. Thinking of changing banks.

The convenience and improvements of this application is very simple, intuitive, and responsive (all of which are ideal, for me, when handling my account).

Very simple UI. Visually appealing and easy to operate. Only experienced glitches in the early days, they're all worked out now. Great app.

App is pretty decent, but its a huge pain in the arse to use on sundays, nothing displays itself properly and transfering/moving money around is a nightmare because the balances take forever to update so you think the transfer didnt happen and add even more to an account

I have had a great experience so far using this app. Being able to basically do anything I would from the computer website with the ease and convenience of my phone is very much appreciated.

credit Union one has top service I give it a five-star awesome personality over the phone or in the branch I love creditunion1 I've been with them for years and they had met all my needs to help me and everything so go for credit Union one that one started that one stands for something awesome service

CU1 is the best! The app is very helpful too! Sometimes I need to check but balance before making a payment or transfer money between accounts and it's always a relief to know that I can do it on the go! Thank you CU1! You all do a great job!

easy access and reliable

This app is down almost every other day. I'm regularly unable to access all of my banking information because of scheduled maintenance, errors, or whatever else happens to be wrong on a given day. I actually don't know how this is possible. The app is down again as I'm writing this review.

its fast and easy to use. it's so simple just to use the finger print log in and not have to type in your password everytime. love this banking app

Constant crashes on my pixel 4xl. After pressing retry in the error screen, another error pops up after 1-5 seconds. Unusable in this state. Please update/fix!

Worked great for 2 weeks, now instantly crashes when I try to open the app. Uninstalled it and downloaded it again, same thing.

I've been with CU1 since it started in Nome, Alaska. Before the merger the bank was called North Country Credit Union. I loved NCCU and banking didn't change much but rewards with CU1 are more and better. The staff is always great! In all these years I've never had a problem. I've nothing but praises for CU1❤

Used to be great but with this new update it fails to open and crashes and now talks about sharing your personal info... uninstalling because it is completely useless and a waste of space
