I initially had the same experience as the top critical comment - app was totally unresponsive after the update. The fix for me was to disable my Twilight app, which puts a red filter over my phone screen. Now it works great, I'll just have to pause and unpause Twilight every time I want to use this app.
I CAN'T EVEN OPEN THE APP. This needs fixing asap. I've downloaded it several times, no change. I attempted to keep opening it and it ended up crashing my phone. Come on, guys. Honestly, I may seek a different banking solution if this is not changed. Be better.
New UPDATE: the app looks cool on the outside, but it's just a Web wrapper. The app lost the smoothness it had when navigating around. The only reason I have the app is for biometric login. Old UPDATE: hey they updated the app but it's still missing features. old review: App works but it is sooooo old 👵. Please add features like fingerprint signin - freeze your debit card - view account and routing numbers - send money to other banks/credit unions. when all this is added, 5 stars will be handed
App worked great. This month it has stopped working. Contacted developers (no response). Attempts to login fail, app flashes and deletes text fields, asks for login again. This has gone on for almost a week now.
Website says to delete old app and download this one. Did that and get an error screen that then routes to another log in. When logged in, I can't view recent transactions on some of my accounts. Adjusted the filters and still says no transactions.
App has lot of kinks to it. Unable to link previous accounts, unable to deposit checks through mobile banking. Have to enter my password multiple times, can't understand why it was initiated with so many problems still needed to be addressed. Which brainiac decided to launch on a buisness day crippling all of it's customers common sense when used comes in handy.
Not very ideal of device recognition, every time you log in it still asks you to confirm your login by sending a code. Gets pretty redundant having to take multiple steps just to login to your account. Revise the app and make confirmation for transfers not just to login
I realize that the app has gone through a lot of changes for the better. Everything is in one place and it makes managing multiple accounts very easy. Gone are those days that one had to do multiple log ins and log outs to manage multiple accounts. Good work.
Will not work on Oneplus 6T. Crashes at launch. Works fine on a google pixel, must be an issue with the oxygen OS layer. Useless at this point. update: 6 weeks later..still not working. Update Aug 2019. New version works as expected
Really,as much & as long as I have been using my bank,the eNotice for me was a most distressing experience-until I went into the bank! Otherwise-and being unable to secure a major credit card,thinking of being a "neighborly-favored" customer(as it appears),and simply needing to get my credit up for a home. Thanking my Heavenly FATHER for them for all the hospitality they have shown me,with all the changes we are all experiencing!
The app is completely unresponsive. It worked just fine until the redesign. I have emailed the developer and haven't received any response. 5 stars when it works.
I have had this app for a week and have not even been able to log in once. every time I get to where it says loading terms and conditions it crashes. great job guys!
The new app is simple to use and looks awesome! You can setup your transfers to other accounts internal and external, deposit checks, you name it you can pretty much do it with this app.
I don't care about maintenance alerts. I want alerts that tell me when a deposit was made. I prefer to know when money's coming in and basically that's all. That app doesn't do much anything to begin with. If it did that, 5 stars.
Like everyone else it just stopped working. & I get an error when it is opening, at bank they were watching and on their side it said I had successfully logged in. I showed them my phone, they saw the error code. I have a Samsung.
Crashed the app many times just by switching away from it. App does not let me copy/paste on the login so I cannot get my password entered from a password manager like LastPass to login.
App doesn't work. I've deleted and redownloaded 3 times. Once I try to login, the screen refreshes back to the login screen over and over again
App does not work. Has not worked for months. Emailed developer no response. Contacted credit union says app is working for Apple users but not so much for Android users. Very frustrating !!!!!!!
Horrible app! I worked give it 0 stars of I could. I input my login information, correctly answered the security question and it immediately crashes. I uninstalled, reinstalled - same thing. What's the point of having an app if it's useless?
App doesn't load any more. Every time i load the app, it crashes. 2 months later, the app still does the same thing. That's so unforgivable, i don't even want my money in this credit Union any more.
Clumsy, poorly designed and slow! It could use interface improvements to make it more streamlined.
Worst update ever! Can't access bill pay or transactions thru the website and the new app for android doesn't even work after uninstalling and reinstalled. May have to consider a new credit union.
The developers of the app do not reply or have fixed or updated the issues. This is quite frustrating. If it's not going to get fixed then remove the app all together.
The app works just fine. It needs a running balance displayed within each transaction to help calculate your monthly debits and credits. I hope this gets added soon.
This apps don't open after you install. You don't get the login screen at all. Worst application development by such a good credit union. Need lot of work on the app.
Worthless. This app crashes as soon as you log in. It's been this way for a while and there is no effort to fix it.
Ever since the URL changed, this app is horrible. I have to enter a secure access code every single time I log in, even if it's the same day on the same device connected to the same router. I select "remember me" and "register this device" and it NEVER does either. Garbage.
