Credit Union App

Terrible app. Very unintuitive to use. Completely inaccessible. A lot of the text is unreadable due to the poor contrast of the text against the background. Requires you to remember your membership number to use. No 2FA. Uses knowledge based questions which are a joke. Seriously, this is just about the worst banking app I have ever used.

All I want to do is see how much money I have in my savings account. I have tried to install the "new" app but to no avail. Just keeps saying 'internal error'. Since VACU became an online service it has had more problems than anything else. Accessing your hard earned cash is becoming almost impossible

Terrible app, cant get into it, wont let me register, the old app was much much better, if i could give this one a minus points i would but then there wouldnt be enough numbers, terrible app, transfering my savings at this rate as they dont answer the phone either when you need to get hold of someone...

The most useless app on the planet, at this modern world app are made to make life easier and not to confused. It's toke me ages to set up my account and every time l want to log in its block.. one has to read the 100 pages terms and conditions all the time. Who actually created this up?????

voyager has become an absolute joke. cant access my money. no answer on the phone and 3 day wait for email replies. and the app doesn't log in most of the time. closing my account and suggest you do the same.

I thought it was me being stupid. But i have had similar issues like all reviews below. There has NEVER been a single instance when i have logged in without incident. One of the worst if not the worst app i have ever encountered.

If you have an account take your money out and close it. The only access to your money is through this app and it never works. Communication takes forever its honestly useless. 1 star is far to many

I cannot give it a rating, account blocked request sign details. At 71 I know my name, I know my NI number and membership no. Result invalid info. Grrr. Emailed them I did get a response but a warning comes up scam beware. This happened 2 months ago got it sorted then it blocked again. Reading the above reports at least it is not just me. Is anybody at Voyager listening, a human being not computer. Harry

Worst app I've ever downloaded. Can never get onto it by clicking on the icon, I have to get onto it the long way via google or email searches. Wasting your time to download this app

Absolutely shocking accessing you money is impossible apparently i keep forgetting my password and have to call to reset it which is a challenge inits self and when you do get logged in on the new password and try putting your new one in it says password already used im pulling my account when I can eventually get hold of someone

Absolutely dreadful app. Constantly get internal errors when trying to get my own cash. And app won't close.

Awful app most annoying app I have ever come across. Passwords and memorable words with so many caveats it becomes impossible to remember them

Unable to transfer funds, app keeps freezing and have to uninstall and reinstall each time I try.

Shocking app, fingerprint recognition just stopped working. All my other apps don't have this problem. Can't access my money grrrr

This app is useless. Doesn't work on mobiles but does work on my laptop.

Absolutely useless can never sign in tells you everything you enter is wrong you end up doing it so much that you forget what your doing
