Before February, this app used to be great! I could check my statements and credit accounts with ease. Now, every time I go to look at my credit card account, the app crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the issue persists. I called customer support and they said they are aware and to login into the website to look at my transactions. That kind of defeats the purpose of the app.

Normally, I love this app and use it probably daily. It is easy to use and allows me to easily manage banking. For at least a week now, though, there are problems to where I can't transfer money or do other various things (it just says loading). I've tried updating the app and I think that made it worse. I'll be happy to change my rating when it is corrected.

It use to be incredibly easy to see how much you owed on your credit card and when a payment is due. I have paid my credit card through the app since i got it. This new update has made this process much more difficult and made me miss a payment for the first time in 2 years so thanks for that.

The app used to be great but it has gone down hill. As of today it has not worked for 5 days. There are constantly balance miscalculation, also it takes days for a pending transaction to fully go through.

not useful for credit cards. there's no point in downloading the app if it's just going to take me to the web version of the page when i try to view my transactions on my credit card. it's hard to distinguish what my balance is while transactions are pending or what the balance is at the time of a transaction. this is the only thing i use it for and it's far from easy and fast.

I run into the same problems every time I try to deposit a check - error. I'm tired of having to retake the same photos and receiving the same error notice over and over and over again. I NEVER have these issues with other banking app. This really needs to be fixed.

Love the banking app! I haven't had any issues using it except, sometimes it doesn't let you log in but it usually works within an hour or two. Wish I could transfer money without using a 3rd party vendor. Other than that, it's pretty great!

Used to work fine. Now suddenly all I get is a white screen with "Credit Union of America" and the app version. That's it, nothing else. Restarted, uninstalled, etc.. Re-installed.. Same white screen. Nothing different on my phone as far as I know.

latest update prevents your accounts from loading unless you have a high enough android version. NOW APP IS COMPLETELY USELESS. And there was no warning when doing the update. I would not have updated if I knew it would prevent me from accessing my accounts.

The best banking app Ive used aside from PayPal. That being said, theres some little issues persisting. Small visual errors including screens jumping around from login to account overview. With some extra polish, this app would be perfect.

It started out working okay, I could do my banking efficiently without having to leave my house after coming from work. But now it keeps kicking me off even though I successfully input my password and username, rendering the app useless.

Very handy and easy to use. Only downside of seeing so far is that sometimes when I'm trying to transfer money between accounts it doesn't save the amount of money that I want to transfer it changes it to a smaller amount.

This app is a time and energy saving program. I just love it! Any time you deal with a computer or the internet there are challenges to overcome. My experience with the Credit Union of America staff has been exceptional.

Constantly having to put user name and password in twice. Sometimes more. Does not like my wifi at home so I have to turn that off before I get also. Overall it's just ok.

So convenient having bank info at my fingertips! This app is user friendly, easy to navigate, and great for transfers, check deposits, and general bank account balance checks!

app is simple and easy to use. allows you to see and access all of your account information, apply for loans and make transfers. (and im sure much more than what i use it for)

This app used to be decent but here lately for the last several weeks when I try to log in all the site does on this app is set there and go no place. I am not fond of this app any longer at all

it does like most but, i like the dashboard though cus most bank apps don't show all accounts, the only draw back i see on it is the credit cards have to be accessed from a different website and not Incorporated with the main app.. yet

Great. Easy to use. If there is a problem its easy to chat with someone to help. You can apply for a loan through the app and its fast and easy. When you chat with someone they are very helpful and nice.

I can't view my transactions for my credit card so I can get to the page to make a payment on my credit card (which is a stupid, roundabout way to do such a thing if you ask me). The app crashes everytime I try. Please fix this! I can't get to a bank right now and I don't have time to wait on a phone to talk to someone.

Best Credit Union ever! However, needs to reevaluate those pesky little fees that nickel and dime members. Examples: not using your debit card enough times for the month, or meeting the minimum requirements of usage for the month...they are starting to remind me of Bank of America...Other than that they are great! 😊

With the CUA app I rarely have to go into a brick and mortar branch. I can deposit checks remotely, transfer money between sub accounts, and even transfer money to my kids who are in college. You can check your balances with a quick view setting. Definitely worth the download.

This app is perfect for what I need. I can view my accounts and make transfers easily. I like that I can set up a pin for quick access.

Only downside is that when an account detail is accessed there is no screen expansion availability. Try reading an account statement with numbers smaller than a pin head.

This app is very user friendly. I wish I could see my credit card transactions too though; I should probably give four stars because of this but I really love the app and use it daily so... it's a five from me.

Went from 5 star to 1. This app was so useful until the last few months of constant crashes & unknown errors. I hope y'all get this fixed.
