When I first downloaded the app it was great and then a few months later to currently my screen sometimes turns pink or purple making it hard for me to see anything. A few months ago I thought to go on the app to do something new which was to start depositing checks instead of coming going in to the credit union since we're in a world crises, but it doesn't work and just says, error message, tryvagain later. Also it's not doing regularly updates. This is why I give a low rating.
The app is good for viewing your account but the rewards link leads to an error and I can't make a payment from another financial institution without having to call. This app needs work. Has alot of links that don't function properly.
Not allowing me to enable quick access. When I go to enable it it just stays on the load screen till my phone times out. Please fix this. And yes the god awful bright pink screen, hard on the eyes that's for sure. 0
Does this app need to be updated? For a few months, I was getting a pink screen and could login half the time (random), and now I'm getting an app notification that "App is Running" that I can't clear. It's been fine for a good year or two until now.
Great for depositing checks and checking your balance, but for most other things you'll need to use their website.
Constant issues with the app such as an endless loop whenever I try to submit a mobile deposit it constantly shows the terms and conditions.
so easy to use! they are always adding upgrades and helpful tools to make it easy for me to manage my money and in turn my time. keep up the good work CUD!
Always running with an icon in the top corner of the phone and kills battery bc it doesn't stop running. I have to pause the app unless I'm using it.... Please fix this
The Check Deposit feature rarely ever works. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED. And why doesn't this have a feature to our bank messaging system? That is important, too.
I get a pink screen every so often and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Pretty annoying.
I have been a member since 1986. A computer error during a pending deposit just cost me 325 dollars. To me that's alot.
so, uh.... my app is now bright pink. after being shut out of multiple functions on the app, it's turned bright pink on me, and i can't log in. what?
LOVE the app to keep tabs on my account daily. Very user friendly and convienent!
Its something from 2005 . desperately needs an update. But drop the high school developers.
This app stays running and I wish yous would add alerts feature for account activity like for deposits made ect.
Cant even creat a sign in on the app. You have to go to their website in order to do that.

Every time I restart my phone the app turns on the background and it can only be shutdown through the phones app settings. It's a little unsettling to find the app randomly runs in the background. I also find the 'below balance' notification show up 4-5 days after my balance has dropped below my threshold. This has been going on for over a year, a new update would be nice.
