The cheapest implementation of user interface experience. Nothing is easy with this app. Everything is more complicated and cumbersome than it should be. Fund transfers take longer than advertised and you will be penalized for their slowness. Never open on holidays and they will add fees even though their offices are CLOSED. Avoid this place.

I like it a lot an appreciate the convenience, however, I wish it would update my Credit Card balance immediately after transfer and that, for loans, there would be a place to add an additional amount to principal.

The credit card balance does not reflect real time amounts. I've made payments to my account and the balance remains the same. Usually changes the following month or so. They really need to update the app and make it feel a little more professional like the other bank apps..

Great app great service I personally wish the transactions could be completed in 24 hours or less. Just a little faster for times when you really need a fast response to key situations.

It's a good app. The only downside is the check deposit function is a little slow and iffy, takes longer than it should. Otherwise I like the app for It's convenience.

The app is very slow and useless and this bank is even worse.. Don't use this bank if you can help it. Accessing your money will be a major challenge.

I've had an account with CUNJ for several years & I've had good experiences all around. Opening accounts, card replacements are done in an expedient manner. The service is great...no complaints. I even took my oldest to open up her very first account here as well.

I've been a member of CUNJ for over 20 years. I have had only great experiences. The branches and staff are great. Though there are no branches near me, shared branching makes banking somewhat easier, though not very convenient.

Extremely easy to manage, information always up to date. An app I can depend on and count on.

Horrible. I'd never recommend CUNJ to anyone ever. You can't get your issues resolved, because no one knows how to fix bill pay. Plus they don't deposit your money when they are supposed to.

The camera needs adjusting. It takes picture sideways and does not detect the amount on the check correctly. The mobile deposit camera image is poor. Please find a better check image capturing program. Ask other banks like BOA.

Got the app for one reason, mobile deposit bc i dont live in the area anymore. Tried multiple times with 2 different check. Could not get it to work at all

I wish you could search and sort on specific items like, deposits, checks, etc.

I have comment not about the app but about the cash app I think it would be helpful if you can get use the same cash app as other bank because not everyone has pop money everyone I know uses Zelle maybe think about it , I think it's easier for everyone

Able to transfer from accounts easily. Can shop at a drop, if checking is low, easily transfer $ 5o checking.

Easy to use. Glad I downloaded your app in this time. Lines too long at credit union drive through.

Being able to deposit money at the touch of a button with safe results, without living your spot, can't be replaced by anything else.

Great experience in the beginning. So many rule changes within the year. Won't recommend this credit union.

I love the convenience but wish I could see my checking account from the first screen without needing to sign in
