New interface is jacked up. Mobile deposit doesn't work correctly. Have to fiddle to get pic to orient correctly. Facial recognition, which was touted by CU of Ohio, isn't an option for Android. And multiple logins for different users no longer works. I haven't tried bill pay in the app yet. I was able to do transfers without a headache, at least, after I figured out which login would work and deleted app and reinstalled. Very disappointed in how this "upgrade" has been handled.
It would have been nice to know that they changed the app this month. I kept getting messages regarding an error and telling me to login via username and password... which, never worked. Finally got frustrated enough and did an Uninstall, Reinstall. Now, it works.
App was working great, but now when trying to do a remote deposit it distorts the check image as if it were held up to a fun house mirror. If I take a regular photo with the phone camera, the photo is fine. But the app photo feature is distorting the image of the check.
I can't log into my mobile app at all. It keeps giving me the message that this version is no longer supported. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing works. There isn't a new version in the App store to install. So frustrating 😔
Was great now says 'this version isn't supported' and to update to new version when trying to login. Problem is the app is up to date. Edit* had to uninstall app completely and reinstall to get it work. Redesign is nice.
Ive been trying to log in since yesterday and it gives me the message that this app is no longer supported, and I need to download the new version. Im not seeing an update to download. Did they just discontinue this app? Never had any issues before.
Can't even log in. Every single time I put in my username and password in, a message pops up saying "An error has occured". The same login I'm submitting into the browser version works fine, so it's really an App issue. This needs a fix.
App states it updated and the update is available on the app store. It's not. I can't use it at all now. Fix this or I'm closing my account.
A much improved app compared to the prior version. Fingerprint authentication is a welcomed addition.

Recent upgrades have left the app inaccessible for several days
The staff is friendly and helpful and like family. It's a small credit union. With in walking distance from my home. And I bank here

I love my application
Just posting this here for anyone who needs it!! A lot of us have been receiving the "unable to log in" or "an error has occurred" when we try to sign into the app. Recently the bank made a "new" app but for whatever reason on Android it's not showing it as needed to be updated. To fix this problem just uninstall the app and reinstall it and you should have access to the new version, that's what work for me at least!
