Had 3 debts in collection that totaled a little under $3,000. Not as bad as most, but a pain nonetheless. First month they sent out multiple challenges on each collection. Beginning of the 2nd month I logged in and seen a debt removed! Less than a month after that I had another debt removed (the biggest one I should mention). Currently have one left and I really haven't done anything. These people are the absolute best at what they do. Take it from me, this is worth giving a chance! Get on it!

Some of the things I was hoping for has not happened yet but I'm still willing to give them a chance. It's a pretty expensive app/account to have, hell maybe they should report your payments to them to the credit bureaus. I was promised a FICO score but have not received one yet hopefully I will get one before my next payment is due.

The app is slow and never updates. This credit group is being reviewed for FRAUD they charged my account 2x for different amounts 30mons after me getting emails stating my account was canceled. Emails sent to me on 2 different occasions(different months) stating it was canceled & yet they still charged me. I dont recommended this app or company to anyone.

app is good it's a little confusing sometimes trying to navigate the app but if you call customer support with credit repair they are very friendly and will walk you through the steps you need to go through and from there it's just remembering what to do good out proud to have it

BEWARE!! FO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I was told that I could cancel my membership within the 30 days without being charged $99 upon initial sign up. they charged me the next 4 days after and told me that I would not able to get a full refund. Only after the four days was up, and I called back to see what was up, was I told about the 5 Days grace point after the refund. be careful as to what you are signing.

Absolutely unbelievable results - they have already removed 4 negative items from my credit report in 40 days! These guys have exclusive partnerships with all three credit beauros & know EXACTLY how to go about the complicated process of removing those items. It's a great investment if you're serious about improving your credit score!

I was not informed of the service fees in the intial phone call. I was told I would only be charged $4.99 to pull my credit report then I would be call by a credit expert. I was never called but was charged $119.95 a mouth later. Safe to say I canceled my services after a long phone call where they refused to refund my money saying that the charges were valid. If you use them make sure that you ask how much the service fees and are told before you give them any bank info or sign anything.

Credit repair is a scam please don't get caught up waste you money. Work with a lender and they will tell you how to repair your credit. Plz be advised that lenders look at disputes as negative marks against you.

Keep me informed with updates regarding my credit and score.

Gave them a year and 1 point increase is all I saw, then I'd get a message that items had been removed then I'd go look and they were sending out challenges for the same removals that had already been dealt with supposedly. A waste of my time and my money.

I had 13 items on credit that where not correct. They took forever and only able to remove 1 item. I think they take there time so they can get the monthly payments.?!? Maybe, I am wrong but seems to be my experience

Expensive, but has good service/support. Lowest level of service is $69.95/month and standard is $99.95/month. If you miss a payment, there's a $19.95 reprocessing fee.

Supposedly credit repair said they can get a ton of litems deleted in the first 90 days and I have yet to experience that. This is my fourth or fifth month and I have 11 items deleted four of which I deleted myself so they only actually had seven items deleted. I wish they would do better, I may go back to Lexington Law Firm if it doesn't change soon

App Stopped Working After A Week. It was fine up until then. The service is too expensive to have an app that is unusable.

I don't have a problem with it app it works just fine for me and I get all the information I need notifications and alerts if you're having a problem with it call the credit repair company that walk you through it

Having paying for 3 months now and I've only talked to anybody twice it's absurd this is the scam from what I can tell they do nothing I had two items removed but that's it for 300 something dollars and I can't get any information I haven't got a credit score yet it's ridiculous and now I can't seem to end my service with them because I have to fax sign sending scan a whole bunch of paperwork within 5 days of my initial signing on I will be contacting the better business bureau

I paid for more than months, nothing got removed off my credit. They bribed me into signing up by saying it can take up to 60 days to see results. Everytime I called in, they were not helpful for the most part unless I threatened to cancel their 119$ membership. Once I I finally did, they threatened to charge me more money for a service that I never really received. Do your homework people, these companies prey on you when you are vulnerable so they get richer. Stay away from them !!!!!!!

This is an amazing app! Very caring people that are dedicated to individually help repair each clients credit.

Worst service ever..... it's a waste of money. Did not help with anything, I still had to do all the leg work myself!!!!! The agents are very rude and short. They give you false info, one person will say this and the other say that. They don't even deserve the one star i gave!!!!

I have had this service for many months and they have done literally nothing but take my money! A complete waste of time and money!!!!! I advise everyone who reads this to NOT go with this service! #ripoff

This is VERY shady! Must sign up and agree to give all your info and credit info before you can even find out what they can do and how much it costs. To me that spells both fraud and scam!
