This app hasn't worked for me since I downloaded it. It won't load or it crashes constantly. Ive reached out to your support team several times already and always get the same response and NO actual help whatsoever. You don't even have an online site as a backup plan to issues such as this one. Please tell me how to find out what I owe so I can pay this card off and cancel it IMMEDIATELY 😒! Never again!
I cant make my payment because app wont open all this month. They better not mess my credit up with a late charge. You can only make a payment with the app.
Way to go to make this app with minimum level of information required. If you return any goods to a store, looking at the statement you can't tell there's a credit back to your account. Jasper just add it as if it was a new purchase. Difficult to manage your balance properly and confirm the credit application.
Now it's better, but it recently forced me to update it. I don't like sudden updates, I prefer if apps maintain compatibility
App won't open! Can only make payment through app. Their website doesn't take payments.
Cannot use the app. It never works. I even try to do automatic payments and that will not work either. It won't open properly and then after so long it automatically will log you out after a sign in You cannot pay your bill on here and there is no option to pay on the regular website. They need to fix these bugs.
This app is awful. Despite having updated it the app will not load. I submitted a payment it is not showing the payments either. Tells me I need to contact support. There's not a desktop or mobile web friendly way to view this either. I absolutely cannot stand this payment platform and will be cancelling this card. It shouldn't be this difficult to get basic information from am app this is insane!
The app is looking great. As all apps, it might have some minor bugs, but technical support is so responsive and attentive to hear you. They'll consider your feedback and let you know once the issue is solved.
Literally have used this for months and suddenly the app constantly force closes, and the website just tells me my card was approved. None of my troubleshooting works, and I definitely don't have the time to call a help desk. I guess I'll find another way to pay it off and be done with it.
I've been using Jasper for two months now and I love it! The app works great. The autopay is a great feature that let's me use the card freely without being afraid it will hurt my credit score. I also contacted support twice on general statement questions and received timely and professional help! Highly recommended.
I can not log into the app, even after I turn off the VPN. I can login on the website but there is no access to my account on the website. I've tried reinstalling the app. Username and password is correct, but the app tells me they aren't. But I can log into the website. I've emailed support with no reply
Much like other people, there is no way for me to link my bank account. It doesn't allow me to do it manually or using the automated option. Update : Changed to 5 stars as now able to link account and was contacted pretty quickly after reaching out to Jasper.
I downloaded this app and at first it would open up with all blank boxes to fill in my username and password so I uninstalled it and downloaded it again now I get a third of a screen which I can't see anything to fill in no matter what I do it will not expand to full screen
Face recognition finally works, I notice no major drawbacks, and visual appeal is subjective, hence 5 stars.
Warning do not use Google sign up. You won't be able to activate your card using the app. It will say your email is invalid. Still working on getting this issue fixed for me and will do an update.
Every time I try and log in it keeps loading and then saying there's a problem. I Uninstalleed and reinstalled the app and still having issue. I'm concerned because I want to be able to view my balance so I can pay it.
Honestly one of my favorite credit cards. Love the cash back. Wish we could get a credit limit increase. The app wasn't all that good before but has greatly improved since I join. I would recommend.
The app crashes every time I try to open it. I've been calling customer service for a week straight trying to dispute charges and nobody has ever answered the phone. I wait about 3 hours a day. Online on the website it doesn't even give me an option to log in. It forces me to play store so I can log in through the app. I officially feel scammed
If you are having trouble establishing credit history, jasper is the way to go! I have had zero credit for years and aside from getting a secured credit card, ive been denied many times by other companies because of a 0 credit score. Jasper has approved me after about 2 weeks of waiting and i was excited to see the email for my approval. This is a must for ANYONE who has struggled like myself to establish credit. Such a great company. They are here to help you, and not hit you with fees 5 stars
The new Jasper Card app is much worse comparing to the original application in terms of information presented on transactions status, returns are no longer presented in green or as negative numbers. In fact, I had to generate a report in order to see the actual status. I'm not sure what is the benefit except the rebranding piece 😉
BEWARE TO NEW USERS- DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JASPER. I repeat do not! You'll never get your card for starters. I applied 3 months ago, was approved on good credit and still haven't received my card with a fourth attempt escalated to management and expedited shipping. Jasper is having MAJOR problems with their processing third party system. I've read in some reviews that people are having a lot of problems with this company. Seems like fraud to me! Run for the hills & avoid these clowns!
After the most recent update, I can no longer open the app. This is a problem because it is the ONLY way to view my balance and pay my bill. EDIT: This issue has been corrected. Thank you for the prompt response, Jasper Team.
You are losing customers because all the time I see the spinner rotating but the app never opens. It's been a long time now, I have stopped using Jasper Card because I can't see my transactions, cashbacks, payment dues. I see lot of updates but no updates on loading issue of this app. Please fix it!
App could be more friendly on the movements and filters. Also downloading the reports would be nice to have as a built in and not only available as PDF.
I was approved within hours and had my new card within a week or so. They are already reporting my payment status to Equifax which is having a positive impact on my credit rating. Its so easy to link up your bank account and make a payment.
Gave me the highest credit limit. Even 2x higher than 9 other cards that I have had for the longest time won't give me. They are true to the rewards they offer as well. I recommend.
