CresCom Bank Mobile

Crescom itself is fine but I've had so many issues with the App. When I go to sign in it keeps telling me my information isn't in the system. When I request to change my password just to make sure it doesn't send me an email like it's suppose to. So then I have to go into desktop to even change my passwords. They love to randomly "update" without telling anyone so then I can't check my balance. So I have to drive to a crescom to get a receipt printed... it's getting ridiculous.

Good, but not the best. For the most part it is user friendly and easy to manage. You can deposit checks using the app and make internal transfers very quickly. Checking your available balances and arranging the order your accounts are listed in, is a plus. However, detailed information on your transactions are not available and sometimes you are unable to log in and it gives you an error message but usually clears itself within a couple hours.

LOVE THIS APP! I haven't had to go to an ATM or the bank for that matter since I had this account. (And that use to be a lot)! SO CONVENIENT! It saves me time and gas as well! Plus I don't miss standing in the lines! I have Direct Deposit, do transfers (whenever I need to). And I take advantage of all it has to offer. And I haven't had any problems whatsoever and I hope it remains that way! Keep up the good work! In my opinion...it's A JOB WELL DONE!!! THANKS-A-BUNCH! A Very Satisfied Customer.☺

The fact that I can shut off my debit card or limit its use to specific charges or specific amounts or even within the specific mileage radius from where I currently am is amazing! I am forever losing my debit card. My only suggestion is a way to pay other CresCom customers that doesn't cost extra money like the current program does.

Constantly crashes, works correctly 30% of the time. Ive been locked out several times for no reason. Once it locks you out, your entire online account is locked. You have to call and sit on hold to get that resolved. God I hate this bank. If it wasn't such a headache to change I would have been gone.

love using this bank and the app!! I have free checking because I use direct deposit. This app makes my banking experience easy and fast. I also receive bonus checks at work and using the app I am able to take a photo of my check and deposit it which takes literally 2minutes.

*Edit* 6/20/2019 WORST BANK AND APP EVER. USELESS. App now works on my phone. But it might as well not, as the built-in "fraud protection" features consistently disable all other useful features of the app. Crescom bank is a completely useless institution. The worst bank I've ever used. Worse than Wachovia was before the merger. Awful.

So very disappointed with this app. I haven't been able to login in weeks and using the text for balance isn't working either! Tried calling the bank directly but was never connected to an actual person who could help. I just wanted to get my balance for goodness sake!

I LOVE the instant balance and check deposit features! This app is easy to navigate and makes my life easier. I can't say enough good things about Crescom Bank in general. I highly recommend this app and Crescom Bank!!

Excellent spot on banking app. Love the features. Card management for limiting card holders from spending to much. Haven't used the popmoney to send money may try it one day lol. Love the internal transfer which is immediate.

I go to open and it acts like its loading the log in screen but then say it has stopped working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does the same thing. My dad is also having this same problem.

So easy to do. I can check my balance without even putting in my code! I can see in seconds which payment has gone through and which ones haven't.

The updates have worked okay on my Android phones but I wish they would not update so frequently because more than once I could not get needed access and I could not update at that time which it forces you to do if you want to use it

This app is garbage! Everytime I pay a bill then try to get on it tells me to call the bank, an hour later it's fine. Fix this garbage app or I'll have to change banks!

This app loves to randomly not let you log in and even fully updated will act as if it's out of date. The keyboard will not pop up to even let me log into my account.

They have improved the app, but it would be nice if we could see account history etc, i.e., be more functional like the website.

I like everything about the app except for the deposit check part. I love that I am able to deposit with my app but I always seem to have trouble with it.

Love the fact that i can keep up with my every transaction that make. Mainly i dont have to use the ATM to check my balance. Over time those fees eat you up😂😂😂😂😂

App needs to get fixed, or add a recording to be able to hear you balance, transactions,etc when you call your debit card phone number.

Best way to keep up with bank accounts. I can deposit my check, see my pending , balance, check, transfer from one account to another.

This app kicks me out constantly!!!! I saved the username ans password because my memory is TERRIBLE. What was the point if it kicks me out anyway?!

Outstanding!!....Also VERY easy to use. I am new to this bank and am very happy I made the switch!!

This app is making me switch banks. Completley bunk. It constantly has problems logging on for days at a time.

Works 95% of the time. Love the ability to lock my debit card because I am always misplacing it.

Never able to log into my account, constantly have to head to the bank to fix it, then have it mess up again the next day.

CresCom takes too long to process..both debits and deposits, account not available on line for too long.

very well, good service, and they sit you down let you know whats going on and will help with any problems if its a problem!

first time mobile depodit was easy to use but having to call and get an ok yo deposit a check larger thsn the predefined limit was tedious rep was great though
