As our Founder Joe Dahm often reminds us, we’re really in the people business. We just happen to wash cars.
Here’s how it works:
1) Register your credit/debit card(s) in the app.
2) Shop as usual.
3) We’ll buzz your phone when you earn a reward. No need to fish your phone out, check-in, or scan anything. Just pay as usual.
4) Rewards show up on your phone for you to use. It's like magic!

For starters, nobody ever told me there was an app. Their support team sent me my past receipts but then denies them through this app except for one. Which is the most recent. I'm not submitting 12 receipts again.
Notice while driving to next spot that the back window was still very dirty. Looked when we parked and it looked as if the back of the car had gotten no cleaning at all. Window was dirty back spare tire cover still filthy. Went back and Crew was nice said we can spray that down. Went back through, the staff sprayed a little water on it as we were entering. Got home and looked.It is STILL FILTHY. I tried a different Crew today.. Still did not get my Rav4 clean. do not recommend for older Rav 4.
it actually scans really well. I had issues with the previous edition but this one works great. However, I had to recreate my account after the most recent update. I have the app on my tablet and was hoping to redeem my birthday reward. Instead, I had to create a new account and use a different credit card. I did get another free Ultimate wash but, I am curious as to what my birthday reward would have been.
This app freezes all my phone completely while starting up. Had to reboot it with hard reset. Second attempt was better I could reach a sign up section and signed up with Google account and it asked me about my credit card straight ahead. Seriusly? You even didn't let me see the app inside. This is a total scam.
The app works fine, and I have even received a few free carwashes thanks to the rewards program. HOWEVER: What I don't understand is why on Earth you would need to be accessing my camera with this app. It was accessed for 8 minutes yesterday and 14 minutes today, all while the app was closed . You've been watching me and my family for 22 minutes for the past two days?!?! I have disabled this permission, but am shocked that it was ever requested. FOLLOW UP: I have a screenshot verifying times.
I love the crew carwash in my town it does the best quality job of any of the car washes in town. My only real complaint is the price of a single wash A single regular wash should not be $10 and the ultimate wash should not be $20 because if you get more than three washes in a month it's cheaper to just get there unlimited which is kind of pointless they should have a wash starting at like $7 but you do definitely get a good quality wash.

Ever since I switched phones my account was removed. when I log back in on my new phone it says my account has no card registered. but when I go to register my card, the app says my card is already registered! called, and even emailed since last year and I get no answer or help. I now have several rewards I can NOT redeem due to the issue.
dumb coupons, I have unlimited, I should be able to text my reward washes to someone as a gift and they never expire. Why would I need free wash coupons... should i turn my unlimited off so i can use my reward coupon to the fullest. Also, I tried to change my credit card and could not... not sure how it even still bills the old card but oh well it's the only thing on that card now.
I created an account, but since then it hasn't let me login. I have redownloaded the app multiple times. I have even tried making a new account, but it tells me I already have one and to login. so frustrating.
I downloaded the app as I used this car wash.this app requires too much information for rewards including my credit card information and other the app is intrusive I immediately had to uninstall
This app doesn't make sense to me in every way. Even birthday coupon will not work with the so called early bird.
It loaded quickly so I was able to save $5 on my ultimate car wash!! Very pleased!!
Tried it for the first time and got a free $20 wash. I own a Lexus, and I am able to get free washes there, so I probably won't be coming again. I do appreciate the free wash for registering my credit card, thanks!
Doesn't work at all. It won't let me sign up even though i already have a crew account. Totally useless

My car first wash. All the salt and grime is away. Got the unlimited package so we have to see if I'm going to be a life long member.

Not useful for multiple vehicles. I have 3 vehicles with the plan, but they do not all show up. I tried to cancel 2 of them with the baroda (as instructed) it keeps canceling my subscription. But, oh its okay for them to keep changing me every month. Why wouldn't all of them show up when I login? Follow-up.
