Lovely application for scoring and it's Updates. But if the developers add COMMANTRY options in Action attribute, it will be more attractive for the users
Works well on other people's phones but on my Note 10+ it's very flaky and difficult to navigate. It's now the middle of the rugby season and I simply can't remember the details. If you replied after aa week or two I could have helped. 5 months delay is a waste of time.
On my Android device (Samsung Galaxy S10) I can't get past the match set up page. When I choose facing batsman for example, or WK, or opening bowler it doesn't add the players I choose but other random players. Really frustrating to use. Very poor customer service as well because I've lodged 2 support cards on this & didn't even get a reply. I'm over this useless app.
Generally works well, but for the last 6 match weeks has not allowed starting of any game past selection of teams on Android. After selection of the toss, it does not allow further progress to begin the match when we go to select facing/non facing/ bowler and keeper. Fix the problem, the app has worked amazingly for way too many years to mess up now.
The app doesn't work correctly at all. When selecting a game to score from the scheduled games and I finish selecting my team players. it keep resetting again. What a waste of time! Get a real developer to fix it. Maybe Someone that understand Cricket.
very good scoring app. Make enable the app to make tournament. Visible each players state in the app. I have played many matches. But I am not enable to see my state. Make many changes plzz.Waitiing for Update bring super over system of the match is tied.
User experience can be made much better. I paid for the premium subscription which is supposed to show the live score of a game(DUCL) in progress, It only shows both opening batsmen on 0 off 0 balls even when the match is going on...
This needs to get updated so stumps can get added in. Because if we doing a 2 innings match at end of the days play their is no where we can put down as stumps.
Very easy to subscribe but you need to be a genius to cancel the subscription. First they will ask you to use the same platform to cancel it but they do not provide option to cancel the subscription. Then you will have to contact support, write your complaint and wait for their response. Not cool guys.
This app is quite possibly better then cricinfo. The best place to find school, club, professional matches etc. It shows the high lights of high school cricket which no other thing does. It even records Bulgaria vs Malta!
Have paid for the premium subscription vis Google play but CricHQ app doesn't recognize that. Contacted support more than 5-6 times but they responded only 2 times without a fix. I've sent screenshots as well.
App crashes a lot. Even after paying a premium price we expect a better user interface. Rather than crashing in the middle of the game
I have been using this app for sometime now , without any problems on my Samsung tab T113, after June when it was updated, when I open a fixture or create unofficial match. It says CricHQ has stopped. Liz help, coz I have upcoming games.
whene ever selecting one team from fixtures and coming back so by default both team names becomes one team like bothe the team names are same...due to which unable to select the 2nd team and i have to start match without choosing players
This app makes me want to quit cricket. Very NON user friendly, things disappear then reappear, the list goes on and on. Since my association has made CricHQ compulsory I guess it's an early retirement for me.
Does nit work on Android. Tried with multiple phones and it kept crashing the moment we would start scoring .
First of all, I don't think this app is made by people who know about cricket. Secondly, it's not easy to find a match. This app can be much much better. My suggestion, do not use this app unless the complexity is reduced and ease of use is increased.

Dear cric Hq team the app is getting worse now ..we all used to use cricHQ for all our matches...but now every 2min its getting crashed kindly requesting to update to improve the apps ...otherwise you will loose all those using CricHq
It's an amazing app for all types of cricket. Love and respect for his maker ❤️
You remove previous scorecard. Your apps useless i can less your rating. This is not good for everyone.

In two words good service and superb app
Fairly smooth to use to score games but it can be extremely clunky when trying to back out an action entered in error. Would be a big improvement the app was able to (a) identify and remember a list of teams for the filter in the match centre and (b) choose to have the match filter default to today's date. The most common operation in match centre is to be watching for a very small selection of games - pleade make this opetation a lot easier.
