U love this carrier
It's been talked about a long time and finally I get a chance to see but all the hype is about. And I must say it's pretty impressive that they give you a chance to redeem a bunch of points to turn into various stuff I'm sure it's going to i improve more more. Being Cricket customer for almost a decade I have been impressed over the years
So I get that the app is ending but if you werent going to pay out on points then the least you can do is be honest and just end it. I used the last of my points to get a $5 card for cricket and never received it. I also messaged saying that its never been received and no one has bothered to reply with a solution. Total waste of time. I see now why mpoints is done and anyone that's actually uses thier apps are talking trash on them.Wish I could give it no stars.
I agree with dontaskdonttell. I am disappointed in this app. I thought it would be an amazing opportunity to get points on the side for gift cards but they never come in, nobody answers customer service, won't let me refer a friend, won't verify my number, even though I pay for cricket, and I never get the points from half of the claim options including the games. Horrible app. Never wants to load it's so slow, and the amount of points it gives every day is less than a Penny's worth. Maybe a penny if it would give you what you earned from games and other offers. Horrible service and app itself. If you're reading this don't get it. Waste of space.
Great way to get $5 off my phone bill here and there. Which of course I'm all for. I've had cricket service for over a year now so i wish someone would have told me about this app before! Takes plenty of time and effort to earn that $5 though.
I originally loved this app, but my rating is now lower. They are making it a lot more difficult to get points. First, they took away a few of the games. Now, check ins are worth a lot less. The big stores used to be 50 points, then 30, and now only 10 points. They also sped up the timers on the games so there isn't an opportunity to get as much points there anymore either. Wifi check ins are only one point now when they used to be 5, so that's worthless. They don't do the half off rewards day on the 15th of the month either. They really ruined a good thing. You also used to get up to 25 points by looking at ads; they still show the ads but you don't get any points for viewing them.
Pretty easy to use and get points. You also get chances for points if you just open the app. The app does have some games you can play for points which are ok- nothing fancy but a cool little way to get points. In terms of app crashing I've never experienced it so no problems with the app itself. I would say download it so you have a chance to use your points to enter sweepstakes.
I still have cricket and for the price u can't beat it. If u play games everyday cricket has it's own games that u can win gift cards and other things. I kinda went into nerd every morning, I would go outside to get fresh air. I would play the game until i didn't loss any. And if I did lose some on one game I would make sure the next morning that I had it down. (Get Cricket) Not only u r pay less than other ppl r for practically the same thing. But since they may call it Sprint or Verizon they price goes way up. Really think about Cricket. (SIGN UP FOR CRICKET) (Don't miss out)
Not giving points for games either not going in or crashing out....... Beware it's a trap! Points for checking in is very low and not worth your time it was 2/30/50 for business/cricket authorized stores/Cricket stores last month now it is 1/10/50 obviously wanting you to go to the store to sell you stuff... Do not use the app or complain to the service I bet that of 1000s of us complain they will restore things. They want us to take up to 4 times of clicking to get any decent rewards this company is underhanded because of AT&T
Twice in a row I have been ripped off of the cricket rewards program. I was supposed to receive a $25 gift card when I signed up and October of 2016 I never received it although the lady who signed me up did receive her money. And then I referred a friend and I was supposed to receive a $25 card for signing her up I never received that as well. Cricket has been in contact to me about the situation but at this point it has been to no avail and it has been approximately three months so whatever you do do not fall for the incentives that Cricket offers you. I am a very unsatisfied customer and I will never ever ever ever again refer anybody to Cricket😡😡😡
It's a pretty good app, but I personally feel you guys should offer more reward codes, because I've only ever gotten one in the whole year I've had the cricket rewards program, and that was during customer appreciation week a few weeks ago. Also, why do you have a "daily survey" thing to claim rewards everyday, but the survey is definitely not there everyday, therefore, it shouldn't be a DAILY SURVEY if you don't offer it every day. Just a few thoughts I had. Thanks!
The way the representative explained, I'd have $5 off my bill right after the app was installed and all start up points were added. This isn't true. I'm 2-3 months in and only qualify for $2 gift cards. It's not worth the time or the energy associated.
Won't take my password that's been the same for 2 years. Its pretty much like everything on cricket doesn't work or its a lie . let me guess my password dont work cause the network is congested lol. That seems to be a excuse I hear alot on cricket. Along with how the unlimited plan is not unlimited and really god awful slow until you hit 22gbs of their below par already docked speeds and then Cricket slows it even more after that to a snails pace all for 65.00 a month. NOT HAPPY WITH CRICKET TIME TO SWITCH I THINK TO MAYBE VERIZON
I loved all the MPoint apps, I had alot of entertainment, fun, & I was able to earn a little for my activity. Now it's all gone, it isnt worth it for just this 1 app that has very limited ways of earning points. Im so upset that there wasnt even any notice that this would happen. This made me extremely sad to see this go, I looked forward to my few minutes a day that I had to myself & to kill a little time.
Cricket Wireless hit a miss with this app 80% in an advanced side of things. They need an easy redesign. I know a person that could easily do it solo. With the extensions that they miss the in coding. The advancement in tech they could use instead of using old technology in the games. Update it.
I haven't gotten my 1000 points for paying my bill and it hasn't given me any of my bonus points in weeks. I'm SO sick and tired of this app freezing and sticking. I've lost SO many points because of it. It's seriously ridiculous. Please fix this app. It used to be great. Not so much anymore.
If there was a way to give negative stars I would. They wouldn't let me get into the store section of the app when they were giving out gift cards. And didn't answer my questions until months later when they were conveniently not giving out gift cards anymore.
It is a quick break from the daily grind. It has I belief 3 different short games to acquire additional points. You can have other choices to earn points, which are used to buy Gift Cards for a few popular retail stores, Cricket, and Home Improvement centers.
Love it when it works, which is most of the time. At times I can be at check in spots but the app don't see me as being there. The skateboard game runs slow half the time, it use to run great on my cell. Over all great app, I earns a few gift cards to Walmart.
My phone bill is cut down to $25/month just for playing a few games and checking into places I'm already going anyway.
Every time you touch something there's an ad. Just credit my account don't make me hit buttons. Stupid.
I only have a small amount on every other months phone bill to pay. Its awesome. Saves me about 15 every month on 1 line
I could be at the mall and only 4 places pop up worth 1 point each, not worth it. Don't waste time and phone space.
Nothing works, can't get e-mails have tried reaching cricket for help for months. My phone doesn't work right just amazingly got e-mail. Called customer service 3 months ago lady hung up on me. I haven't been satisfied with service in over a year. Took me forever to go through your automated phone crappy service this morning. 2 different customer representatives hung up on me!! Rude!! You've cut me back from unlimited to hardly any data at all. And it's the 3rd. My bills not even due until 10th, but you say all my data is gone. I've e-mailed & e-mailed, no response!! I have been a good customer for over 12 years & I've never been treated so bad in my life, as y'all have treated me. I'm disabled widow on fixed income. I've been down with broken ankle for three months & y'all make me feel worse. Janet Meadors
Didn't realize I could earn money for my bill and donate to people in need other companies should have this option
Since you throttle my data so heavily, this app won't load anything but the loading screen. Same problems as it's always had.
