Cricket Visual Voicemail

Haven't been able to get the app to work for months. It is so annoying. I already uninstalled and reinstall the app. Cleared everything. Checked my phone for updates and still can't get the app to work. Heck I can't even call my voicemail to check it. Smh. Had this problem last year and had to call support for help. Don't feel like being on the phone. Fix the app PLEASE!

I don't know what the deal is with this app. It will never work. I have tried to clear the cache. Update. Restart. Delete cache and data. Uninstall. Reinstall. Still says insufficient storage to open the ONLY one I have listed. Tells me to delete some messages and try again? Come on Cricket. Get it together.

I needed my message to be clear type. The print was clear, but the typed words were completely off. The voice was fine, the print was OFF, now I can't use it. They were words that didn't make sense

This voicemail is awesome. I have listened to several messages and literally couldn't understand the verbal message but somehow this is able to translate and type out messages that I couldn't make out.

Says no room for new messages to play I had three messages that I deleted still doesn't work no good pushing refresh does nothing as well as restarting the phone not sure what's going on very frustrating! Also I have refreshed it several times and had the updated version also uninstalled and reinstalled three times making sure it is an updated version but that changed nothing!

Any time I have a voicemail it says there isn't enough space & to delete old messages even though the new one is the only message. I've cleared the cache, deleted data, & even re-installed the app & it still does the same thing.

Hey guys do something with the newer samsung s21 and s22 because the app is doesn’t setup with my Samsung S21 FE 5G factory unlocked, I went to Cricket stores and they say the same word, they have to update the app the problem is them no your cell phone. So do something because that has upset many people. Hope you can do it. Thanks

I have missed important messages because Crickets Visual Voicemail doesn't always display the voicemail when the caller sends it. For instance....a voicemail made on April 28th did not show up on my screen until May 17th! The importance of it was totally lost!!

So I made room on my phone to add Facebook until this is resolved. I don't know how to find the support team! I don't know how to navigate Facebook at all. I typed in m.me/cricketwireless and am as lost as ever! HELP!

Your voicemail app don't work at all. I have cricket service so why doesn't the app work at all I installed it uninstalled it updated and everything and still no voicemail

Received the email from the developer stating to uninstall and reinstall. I did what you told me to do and now I've lost all my saved voicemails. SMH

It's great opportunity for deaf and hearing impaired people who also can view their own personal or private conversation that if they don't want anybody to know their business so there is voice message can even transfer to view voice to text messages!? FANTASTIC IDEA¡!!!!!!

Always says insufficient space please delete messages! There's no messages after I deleted everything! Then I get a tech support person who I can't understand! When I asked where she was located, she's not allowed to tell me that! Well I'll be hunting down a new carrier Now! SO LONG CRICKET!

I am very unhappy with my cricket service and with the voicemail for the first year I had voicemail and visual voicemail no problem but I lost it about 6 months ago and can't seem to get it back when I try to call and talk to somebody it goes on for hours and then I'm told that they're filling out a report on it and someone will call me back that was a month ago nobody has ever called me back so I might get a voicemail I guess in the last 6 months I've gotten one but people have been sending

Please add option to use MP3 as greeting voicemail P.S. voicemail to txt , It doesn't work, it translates everything wrong (I've tried it in English and Spanish)

[Samsung A51 5g/Android 11] I like this app. If a transcript doesn't show right away, hit 'refresh' (3 dots menu upper right). If a caller leaves a phone number or an account number, it's helpful having the transcript to refer to. The storage feature is helpful to save important messages.

If they would write in complete sentences so I could understand the message would help immensely. I've missed more appointments because of this .

I'm not sure why, but now, new voicemail don't show up on the list of voicemails. However, if I hit play, it will play the voicemail. I just don't see the voicemail listed. This started after I updated my phone to latest Android version.

This app is still screwed up! there was an update last year which caused my phone (blackberry priv) to slow to a crawl on notifications. It took days of troubleshooting to discover it was the VVM app. once I uninstalled, the problem went away. i just tried this app again today and it has not been fixed! This app was wonderful when it worked, but is horrible in its current state. This only happens when i have a notification of a new message. Then the phone is horribly slow. please fix.

I really wish this app worked better. I am Hard of Hearing and rely on this app to see my voicemail.

I no longer see how to save important messages to your phone or memory card. Was this feature removed? Do you plan to replace it?

worked ok for a few weeks. now it doesn't have connectivity it claims at the bottom. Click play.. won't play
