Criminal Minds: The Mobile Game

I love the Criminal Minds TV series, and I think the characters are really well represented in this game. I game play is quite different from other games, which is a refreshing change. You can keep playing endlessly, since there isn't a wait for energy or anything similar. I would give 5 stars, but seems they are no longer continuing the game. I would love more chapters.

I haven't played a game similar to this since criminal case came out on Facebook years ago. With that said , the genre has definitely been improved upon. Everything you do in each mission is story based and you're not just looking for the same clues or items. I've enjoyed the first case! And the criminal minds tie in makes it work naturally.

I was very excited for this game since I love the show, and I'm not disappointed. I especially like that there's no wait for any sort of recharge, or in-game currency, to unlock additional cases and scenes, which can make other games very tedious. The singular purchase to unlock all cases was a decent one to me as well. I finished the first four cases (including max leveling up characters and collecting all badges) in just two days and cannot wait for more!

The game is decent, the issue is it's nothing like other games of this type and therefore not as fun and if you stop playing, your progress doesn't get saved, you start all over and I bought the season pass! This is very infuriating and disappointing and a waste of time, space, and money, I want a fix and refund, I've been trying but get practically ignored or if I get a response and my own to it, nothing gets done!

I have just recently started playing but I am already super addicted. I have always loved the show and this let's me experience it first hand. I love how you dont have to wait for energy to refill unlocking new episodes depends on the number of badges you collect at each scene. It's easy enough to grasp but, challenging enough to keep it interesting. The graphics are a little dated but other than that it's amazing.

As a fan of Criminal Minds this game seemed amazing! And it is! The cases are solved just like in the show, the characters are all pretty accurate, and small details like coffee making are added in to make it even more like the show. The controls are easy and the commands are too. Overall I would definitely choose this game if you are looking for a well detailed murder-mystery type game.

I really love this game so far! I love the dinner dash style of the gameplay and that there is no annoying "energy bar" that limits the gameplay as well. I'm excited to continue playing. Edit* I'm kind of disappointed because of the payment required for further episodes, while I enjoyed playing through the first one and getting a idea of what the game is like. I would much rather there be just one payment, being a fan of the show and more or less willing to even pay at all.

Great game. Alot of fun. Story keeps you entertained. Game mechanics are engaging enough to make you want to level up characters and beat your previous scores (makes collecting badges not so tedious). Excited to continue. Very happy the Australian season pass price was adjusted to something more feasible (from AUD $17.99 to $6.99). If you are considering purchasing the season pass now is the time while it is on sale at 50% off the original price. Worth the purchase if you are a Criminal Minds fan. Thank you.

The stories are good, but it's too tedious to enjoy. In order to unlock the stories, you have to play through levels & collect badges, which you would think are based on performance.... however, it seems like you just have to play the levels repeatedly in order to collect badges. It gets really boring. You aren't learning anything new or getting better, just the same thing over and over and over again to collect points.

I've always loved the Crimimal Minds series so when I seen there was a game, I quickly downloaded. As other people state there's only 6 stories but they are detailed and good quality. I absolutely love the game. Graphics are great and so are the stories. For me, I would say the only thing I DON'T like about it is that you have to play the scenes over and over to get all the "badges." Also the last two badges are "harder" to get since they require so many points.

Fun adventure game for a great show! The graphics are cool; nothing too crazy and not my favorite style, but they work well and get the job done. Very simple controls yet intuitive mechanics makes for some relatively fun gameplay, though a bit on the easy side. The game makes up for the linear gameplay however with a pretty engaging adventure and story. The developers did a nice job capturing and recreating the Criminal Minds atmosphere, both fans of the show and gamers alike will enjoy it!

I'm changing my original rating because I reached out to the game people and they were very helpful in suggesting how I can get my progress saved and not deleted every time I leave and close it. It needs to be moved to internal storage instead of SD card. It's a lot of fun I love the show so much that having a game version is crazy and like a great gift. Thank you again!

It's a decent game... but it does become a little monotonous, for me anyway. It takes a while to complete each level with full badges whilst pretty much doing the same activities each time. Your not really deducing or learning anything either. The graphics for the characters are quite realistic though and you can build the team members skills the more you use them so that's positive.

I love it! very player friendly game. I love that you can repeat chapters as much as you like because there is no "energy" system in the game. There are no forceful ads and no spam to buy or spend real money at all. I decided to watch as many ads as I need just to help developers! Thank you! It is rare to find a game so player friendly as this one. Will edit if anything changes along the way.

Was expecting a more 'detective' style game. It's more of a (as a previous review described it) a 'diner dash' click fast style game. Was severely disappointed but the storyline and graphics are great. Then you realize you have to pay to get the 2nd chapter, and the pay rate feels a bit steep. Do an energy based system like all the other point and click detective games please. I would like some more detective based things like finding evidence or questioning people.

quite possibly one of my favourite games ever; there's no intrusion of ads, it has nice music and sound effects, and you don't even need an active internet connection while playing (if you're not in a hurry to get more badges). there's no need for in-app purchases if you're patient enough to play the same levels over and over again (which you can do as many times as you want, because there's no concept of limited energy). would totally recommend this game to everyone.

I loved it, but it seems like the thrill of the challenge of playing in order to level up the characters goes away after they're levelled up to Level 24 (attributes are maxed there) ; it also seems like all those attributes of the cast from the first 3 levels of the game carries over after the 4th level of the game to a new cast of characters, so that attribute of playing to level that cast up becomes kind of stale after a while with the new cast of characters. It's mediocre there.

I don't usually review games, but this was really good. All ads are optional, and the best part- NO STUPID "ENERGY/COOLDOWN" MECHANICS that other games in this genre are rife with. You'll encounter certain parts that prevent you from further progressing until you gain enough "badges"- easily done by replaying previous levels. Of course there is an option to pay, but it's pretty much unneeded. Great story, too. Piqued my interest in the show.

could be so much more, very glitchy when I try to find the footprints it wont register when im blatantly clicking the damn footprint, which ALWAYS happens on the second round or searching for clues, and when its the last footprint. I am absolutely convinced that they dont want you to get a perfect score. it's also impossible to get all the badges without playing the level over and over and over and freaking over again, to the point where I said screw it and deleted it.

Cute style and interesting idea, but controls were wonky at times and, as a player, I felt a bit limited in what I could do. It was mostly just fast paced "tap this," "drag that," and "Oh hey, brew some coffee." Not too exciting or engaging. I definitely would not pay to unlock more levels-- think I'll just stick to watching the show.

It's not a bad game, I enjoyed playing it until... I had to replay episodes multiple times to get all the badges! Sometimes up to at least 5 times depending on how I did the first time and watching the ad doesn't really do much plus who wants to watch an ad every time to try & get a higher score. I've uninstalled the app as I found it got boring & repetitive.

It is an utterly amazing game...up until you have to pay £10 to continue with the story! That's a ridiculous amount to pay, especially when other reviews make it clear that there's not even much left to Do after paying. I was all up for paying, had it been £3, hell, even £5, but £10 is excessive. I still really enjoyed the free segment of the game and hope the price could, someday, be reduced. Edit: From 4 stars to 5 stars, this game is so addicting and incredible, thanks for making it free!

The ONLY reason I'm giving three stars is because the game restarted itself three times now and I have to replay the scenes I've already done and since there's no way to save my progress, it keeps on happening. Add where we can connect to facebook or Google so I can save it because it's pointless otherwise since it keeps starting at the beginning repeatedly. Do that and I'll give 5 stars.

It's has a good story line, graphics are great, but the point and click aspect gets a bit repetitive, and after the first episode they want to charge a lot just to unlock the next episode. I understand the developers need to make money, but dropping the price will get a lot more people willing to pay it.

I really enjoyed the game. The graphics are nice and the characters are just like the show. Im not a massive fan of the controls but I understand why they are like it (represents different evidence gathering techniques). Really disappointed that the publisher didn't just say right from the get go that it's a pay to play game as I hate it when companies are misleading. Never the less I really enjoyed playing episode 1, made me want to watch that episode again, and I think I will probably end up with the season pass.
