I love the app and the many free workouts. I've used it for 2 months and have seen a real benefit. I would like to be able to pay a *small* fee for access to all the workouts, but there don't seem to be any options between free and out-of-the-question expensive. I just use notes to record the exact weight or % of body weight I am using, because the free section of the app is limited to only certain weights and % workouts. I'd pay a few bucks/month to avoid that hassle. Edit: Crimpd+ !! Yeah!!!

Pros: • exercises all make sense and are well described, (watch the video and click the ℹ️) • the weight to add for a deadhang exercise is automatically calculated from the results of your last testing session and your profile weight. Cons: • for untimed exercises, the app counts down the rest before the last set, then jumps straight to the log-this-session screen. Confusing. • during rest periods the previous exercise is shown, not the one coming up. Annoying.

Love it. There is a learning curve initially. When I became more acquainted with the workouts the app became much easier to use. I enjoy seeing the analytics and where my time and energy is going. I wish there were some examples of analytics for beginner, intermediate, and advanced climbers. Then I would have some idea of how much time I should spend on different workouts. This could act as a benchmark for reaching training goals. Keep up the great work.

Easy to use app. Would pay for this especially if there was an offline feature. Would be useful if the completion percentage was based on a scale according to the result completed eg 7 (sets complete) out of 10, rather than broad 25% 50% 75% 100%. The minor detail can be added in the notes though.

Very well organized: exercises, plans, logs and tests are present and link together in a complete trainig tool. No banners and ads. Some more training exercises in the various sections (eg 4x4s in the power-endurance section) would be appreciated. Also local phone memory training logs would ne nice. These are the only two reasons i don't set 5 stars.

This is such a great app, I use it all the time and it's invaluable for training. My only slight gripe is that you cant adjust the exercise times/rest times to make your sets easier or harder in difficulty. I'm hoping this will be added later.

Excellent app allowing you to log all your workouts and manage your training load. Detailed training log and analytics. Good descriptions for the majority of workouts as well as supplementary videos showing how they should be performed. New features and content added regularly. Loads of invaluable information by the team on Lattice training YouTube channel. The ability to create your own training plans would be a great addition to the app.

Most holistic app for climbing trainig. Ive been climbing for more than 10 years and been doing other sports like street workout or simply weight training in tge gym. Still, this shows a lot of new exercises and systematically introduces them through rep propositions, timers, videos, detailled explanations off all necessary aspects. check out the lattice YT channel, a lot of additional stuff going deeper into tge understanding of the training the app is offering. this app makes a difference!

I have been constantly using Crimpd during my climbing sessions and for planing and executing my home training. I love the basic setup of the app, the collection of different workouts and the possibility to analyze my progress. I'ld suggest one quality of life improvement: For all the one armed workouts e.g. max hangs one arm, a second resistance and intensity box + buttons

Great app, great selection of exercises with useful descriptions and video tutorials. Would find it really useful if you could change the length of the timers and number of reps for the different exercises but nothing bad to say about the app.

This is an all-round great app, with solid training regimes which are up to the current science. A lot of what you hear in bouldering gyms or even from professional trainers when it comes to hangboard training is not only suboptimal for strength development, but especially dangerous for connective tissue health. Lattice and thus Crimpd gets it right, and builds on the same scientific principles which have been known to gymnasts for decades, which sadly climbers are just now discovering.

Flexible Intuitive APP. SUPER VIDEOS, excellent Facebook community, and a lot of stuff for free.The App is only getting better!New videos,and it is now possible to record/log different types of Cross training, and export you training history as an Excel Datei.

The app is brilliant, in particular it takes the guess work out getting the intensity of your workout right. Would love to be able to sync data from the app with others like Garmin etc.

Good app. Misses a warm up workout. Also the push ups are a bit easy - there should be at least 5 sets and for me once I've done the first set I'd prefer to be doing 20 reps. Could you have easy / medium / hard options on this exercise?

Its ridiculous that this app is free. It has everything you need and nothing you don't to train for any sort of climbing that tickles your fancy. Further, its piss-easy to navigate the app itself, and works to like a dream on my Android phone.

Best app for bouldering workouts out there. Couldn't find it in the store until someone recommended it, so it could be optimized for in store search - 'bouldering' etc
