Before....this game are very enjoyable...right now I keeps on seeing a lot of problem in this game...cheater still exist, unfair matches in rank, pve have a lot of bug, quick chat not translated (maybe there's more that not translated) and a lot of game mode but no players such as mech mode... It's kind of sad how you focus on improving your game security but still no result and keeps on updating new game mode but leads to more bug inside the game and didn't fix it.
i'm giving it 5 stars for now. the game itself sure is enjoyable and lot of things to play, but there's one thing i recommend. i would be greatly appreciate if you can add a few payment methods like paypal or prepaid load balance. Still, it's a very good game i'm just having trouble recharging cause of very small choices of payment methods.
the graphic, quality of the game is pretty good but my problem is the price. it's really expensive. and my acc is switching to new one. i can't even log in my main acc and i had to stay on new one. please fix this problem. thank you.
pls fix bug which you cant see sniper scope, its zoomed in but empty
Quite a great game with a variety of matches. but there are some type of matches that i used to play gone missing (top shooter). Hope you bring back all those games.and then for no reason, i got banned from all servers .i keep on changing my servers and all my servers got banned. I was playing halfway and suddenly the game disconnected itself and can't login again. Please fix this.
After the new update the game became unplayable because when I click it to open the game so I can login and stuff but it doesn't do anything instead it kicks me out from the game. I feel like that update had bugs in it because all the of past updates were just fine except from this one. This game has a nice comunity and I love to be part of it so please fix the bug if possible and thank you. Until the bug get's solved I won't be able to play the game. I might get kicked from my team.

Loved the game, the action on the game, the graphics and the design is just cool. But there is one problem you need to fix, its pro's joining on noob servers, its just not fair. Im only like level 9 i think, and there are like V.I.P 2 Pros its just annoying, they are ruining the game for begginers and noobies so please fix it
Overall, this is a good game but could you please change the controls to something a bit more like callofdutymobile? These controls are relatively difficult to use as when I wanna squat down, i need to move my left hand a lot and it is not really logical... But overall, this is a good game
The game is so much fun and enjoyable, I spent my time playing this, but there is one problem and it's pretty annoying. Can you remove the in game music because whenever the game started the in game music is so annoying can't hear the footsteps of the enemies clearly.
I deleted this game bacouse when i use scope its emepety and its hard to play witout scope
I like this game but the bug MUST BE FIXED. every time it happened (bug) I had to leave the battle because it kept getting annoying. and when i log in i keep getting "violation notification" and 1 time i have internet problem so i leave the battle immediately and automatically but i still get the same notification. please fix the bug, i really like the game but the bug makes me considered uninstalling the game. please.
ATTENTION! Will change to five stars if I can get a dedicated fire button as an option in the HUD customization screen. the game itself has great many different game modes as well as things to keep you entertained. Good! It was a fun game & getting the 'VIP' thing was really cheap. However, the game got boring really fast & I prefer the old control texture rather than the new one, I liked the classic look. This is just my opinion, if you won't do it, it's ok. I'll continue supporting the game. Thanks!
very nice game developer,this game is very competitive nice graphics good control and high fps but the graphics is a little bit low for 2021 it is great if you guys can make the graphics more realistic without sacrificing the frame rates. But overall the gameplay is outstanding.
Best strategy game this FPS game Crisis action I'm enjoying playing it! But.. my problem is about the Pink Screen that you could see if you lag.. Can you please fix this? Because I'm deleting it over and over again if I see the Pink Screen cause it won't let me in the game... Any server doesn't allow The pink Screen to make me in.. I don't wanna delete cause I wanna play properly please fix this "PINK SCREEN" Bug that annoys me... I would report if you won't.. Because every one wants a Good Experience at crisis action.. great game, though slightly P2W, controls not customizable enough. Should let us put the buttons anywhere on the screen instead of limiting some to one side. Also needs to be able to accept more inputs at once (movement, aim, crouch, shoot at the same time). Devs should refer to the controls for PUBG mobile, which is more versatile.
