I love Crisp but the app needs a lot of work. It usally crashes on launch until it decides to actually launch properly. Theres no way to see unresolved chats assigned to you, just a general chat list. No online team statuses. Cannot see which agents are looking at what chat. The desktop version of Crisp is great! Unfortunately this app has been lackluster for quite a while.
I think there are some bugs in the app because I don't get notifications for messages or when someone is on my site. Please fix ASAP thank you.
This app is complete garbage. I can't see who's on my site half the time, and when I can, the messages don't even go through. The app constantly lags or freezes. The amount of times iv had to Uninstall then reinstall this app is ridiculous
this app needs more functionality built-in. The most frustrating part is the map function because it default to Europe and it's nearly impossible to drag down to the bottom right to view Australia. *Update this now doesn't even open on Samsung S20.
Notifications suddenly stopped working. Messages are loading in random order and they all show as they were send "now". Horrible experience.
It's recently started to show messages in reverse order. And issues at Crisp are not fixed. Ever. I have started to wonder why we switched to Crisp in the first place.
If you use this service, only use the web. The mobile app is complete garbage and getting worse everyday. The last update to the mobile app was in 2016. The mobile development team for Crisp keep saying that they are going to have an update soon! Soon Never Comes!
Replies text cannot be selected, only copied to the buffer, which means you can't use Google translate right in the app itself. I'm not interested in switching between two apps all the time!! There's no option to rate limit notifications: some customers with ADHD make my blood boil by sending messages every 15 seconds. Overall notifications setup is horrible. Either you get swamped with all of them, or not receive any. Also the app crashes every60min. App data is growing like crazy.No fixes ever
New chats wont appear automaticly and must refresh app manually. Also I tried with three different ISP and just one of them could refresh chats (also manually) My phone had received and showed notifications of new chats before, but now it doesn't
Buggy as heck and many features are not properly supported. I could load Crisp the web version on a mobile browser and it would still work better than this. 3 stars is being generous.
Sometimes delay, but is good. I think he deserves 3 Stars , the ads are too much.. ND delay is too bad please make it quick.

Hi, i have been trying to use it since 4 days but it keeps on crashing as soon as i open the app it close by itself all the time . What to do?wish there is a photo attache option here but i cant .
I was enjoying this app earlier, but now I can't receive notification when I have visitors on my site again unless I opened the app. Please, you should work on it so that I will start receiving notifications when I have visitors on my site with out opening the app.
The app is great. But the notification about the visitor is not coming on the exact time. When visitor leaved the site then the crisp is sending the visitor notification. Kindly do it fast. Thanks
Basic features of even sending a simple message doesn't work. Useless!!!
These poor reviews are misleading. I have used several different apps to find the best one be for my site (Tidio,iLiveSupport, and Tawk specifically) and find Crisp to be superior. I see many comments about the app crashing often but this has not once happened to me. I've also not has any issue with delayed message alerts. I think some of these people aren't turning off adaptive battery/battery optimization and other such features when using Crisp.
A major issue. I use 4G and I have upto 14-25 Mbps speed on average. Always whenever I start chatting with someone, it shows 'Reconnecting to Network' and keep on going forever. And I have never done a successful chat on this application. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. Regards.
With the latest update, the app closes itself immediately. When I downgrade, the messages appear to be sent but in actuality are not. Basically, the app has been made useless.
App itself is fine, however notifications are very delayed as hundreds of others have noted. This makes the app pointless for live chat support. Competition has way better apps with working notifications. Disabling battery saver etc makes no difference for crisp, all other apps work fine. You get emails about unanswered chat faster than the notification itself from within the app.
The app is crashing at opening time. From today morning it is happening. Please fix it asap.
(edited to 5 stars after fix) Excellent service but push notifications could use some work. My android user colleagues and I rarely get crisp notifications about new messages in time. We had to resort to using slack integration to notice new messages. I'd be happy to adjust my review to 5 stars as I really like the service but not until situation with notifications improves.
Very annoying bug where any notification clicked doesn't actually open the chat; it instead opens a page that infinitely loads. I contacted support and they said there's a new android app being worked (ie. this one is deprecated) but that was a long time ago and there's still no new app :/
There are customer service is horrible they have problems with signing on they have problems with downloading they have problems with everything don't even try Crisp! I've been trying to log in for a week now and it doesn't even work and after multiple attempts with their chat help and they won't give you a phone number one of those services stay away.
Great app. The list of functionalities is long... An d the price very competitive. I recommend. On the side note I have dealt with their customer service on numerous occasions and they are always prompt and keen to help.
It an amazing approach our clients on here But it always have issues sending documents like pictures e.g and i can't read my past conversations with clients each time I tried going through my previous chat nothing but to show star (xxxxxx ) all through please keep my precious chat open to me always and immediately whenever I want to go through it Try make my upgrade so I can start communicating and sending photos. As other users mentioned, many of them have problem with push notifications. For a chat application, push notification is a essential feature. But until now the developers of this app could not resolve this issue. Very frustrating.
For some reason, they have stopped updating the official App for Android for over a month now. It sort of works, but it is also riddled with bugs and painful to use. The official version has stopped being updated in favor of the Beta branch, which is somehow even worse than the official version. It crashes 8/10 times when you try to open a chat, it's missing various crucial functions that the app is absolutely unusable without.
