Critic

Corey Henderson, known as Critic, is an emerging artist out of Mesa, Arizona. Originally from Bellefontaine, Ohio, Critic has an impressive resume of live performances. He has opened for many artists such as Machine Gun Kelly, Lil Flip and Kid Cudi. Recently he was awarded the best “White Rapper” of the year award at the 2015 Arizona Hoodie Awards. After ten long years he has finally found his niche with his hip hop career, and is on the fast track to success. His freshman album, titled “D.O.P.E.” features a song with a verse from Cash Money Records recording artist, Caskey, titled “I’m The Man”. In his early years, Critic was labeled as a “local celebrity” in his home town in Ohio. His music along with several live interviews have been played on Ohio radio stations. He is now working towards getting his music on radio stations across the country as well as overseas. “This way my fans in other countries can enjoy my music as well.” Critic answered when asked why he wants his music worldwide. Critic’s goal for his career is to not only better his life, but also the lives of all of his fans and supporters through his music; which shows in his hit single “Workin”, which he calls a testament of how hard he’s been working towards success. He also prides himself in only speaking facts and using real life events he’s been through in his music. He does not use any writers and takes the time to make sure his lyrics are well suited for the instrumentals he uses. Critic is truly an artist in every sense of the word.
