After expierencing several issues and contacting tech support this is the response i received. Hi, I contacted the Product team and was told this app has not been updated for 5 years. It's very old. He also stated that there were no plans to update the existing version. He is going to check to see if there are plans to replace it. In the meantime you may want to get a refund. So then why have an outdated app available when you have zero intent of supporting or updating it? SMH.

Need to update app. Standards are behind the printed field guide version. I would think it would be easier to update an app then to print new field guides.

Everytime I open this app it tells me I need to update it and when I try to do so there is no update. What gives.

Recently I moved up to the Samsung Galaxy 5 with kitkat. Now when I attempt to use the app it will not allow me to "continue" when the information is on the next page. I contacted customer service and they sent me to technical support who told me they believed the issue was kitkat or my new phone and gave no indication they are working on the issue. No answers, left in limbo. Not happy.

i just purchased this application as it was recommended to me by one of my colleagues. But for my surprise, whenever i try to open any link on the current page e.g. in Neurology section, if i am trying to open brain areas' link, the application crushes, says unfortunately critical care has stopped and asks me to contact to technical support. I contacted two or three times but no gain. I couldn't use this app since i installed it. Very Disappointed.

The security makes it almost unusable. You NEED a signal top ose it And forget about using it after you upgrade your phone. Because then it says you haven't paid for it again. Better off with a paper version

Purchased this app to find out it has issues. I can't open any 2nd page w/o it closing and saying " contact technical assistance". Haven't heard back from them yet! Fix these issues and it might get a better rating.

I like the app and use it all the time. It stopped working the other day and won't let me download. I have tried Uninstalling and re-installing with no luck.

Worked great until I moved to a Google pixel XL and no longer have an SD card so now I can't open the app.

I can't read the second page of information for any topic. The app crashes when I tap the "continue reading" link.

The only issue I have is it keeps having issues. Force ending in certain areas of the app

Not complex enough for practical use. Does not calculate med doses by weight or put into an algorithm for quick code application. Stay with EM Suites!

Worst app I have ever paid for. Page can't open. Tell you to contact technical team. This is a rip off. Stay away

I use this often as a street paramedic for a busy rural service. Only complaints are images store in my photo gallery (small gripe) and at times the app is a bit slow to launch. Overall an excellent app.

as a medic its good to brush up a few times. need to add more things and update but overall very good.

Won't install on a Nexus 6. Won't let you use it until you supply personal information (name and email) and it hangs when it tries to install its illustrations. Waste of time.

Any time you press continue reading the app force closes. I have tested this on 4 different devices already. Useless!

You need to update the cardiac arrest algorithms. It still includes vasopressin which has not been included in the American Heart Association protocol since 2015.

It would be great if it would stop having an error message and closing when I click on continue reading.

Great when it works when you need quick references but constantly crashes. I can only view the app for a few seconds not giving me enough time to navigate to information.

Always wants to do a download before you can use. Not a good program for looking up something quickly.

Ant. M. Mar 21, 2017

No longer supported with galaxy s7. Stopped working, just like everyone else's.

A. G. u. Apr 13, 2013

Nice idea, but needs to be able to be used without the internet. This is supposed to be an emergency reference app, but it doesn't work if phone doesn't have service and it re-downloads photos when you open it.

Dan. H. Feb 28, 2017

This used to be a great app. But I upgraded my phone to a Galaxy Note 5. I have no SD card, as such, the app will not download to my phones memory even though there is enough space. I've paid for it. But I can't download it.

I bought this app, then spent the next 60 minutes trying to download the multimedia files! I gave up and uninstalled the app.
