CriticalRoll is what you looked for. It is a simple app that adds unexpected effects in combats, to create interesting scenarios and improve the story's narrative.
It designed for systems like Pathfinder and D&D, but it can be easily adapted to another similar systems
Some Critical effects can be devastating against playable characters, therefore it's suggested to reserve those effects for villains or main NPCsSimilarly, Fumbles effects can cripple a character seriously, so be sure that everyone agrees in using them.
This App is inspired on iCrit and iFumble from Paizo, which are based on their Gamemastery Critical Hit and Gamemastery Critical Fumble Decks.Be sure to check them out and see if they meet your needs.

I like the concept but the buttons aren't labeled. The user is left to interpret the symbols on their own. I even read the instructions to no avail because I want to like this app but nothing.
Nice to use and really pretty! Would be nice if you could add custom crits though

i love this app.
Seems like a great app, but no one in our d&d group can figure out what the icons mean. we have the app set to dnd 5e rules. The help section only says they are for crits and fumbles, but not specifically what the icons represent... confusing.
*LOVE* this app! Makes my game's fumbles way more interesting. Only suggestion would be either a bigger list or more randomization. Seems like my players often get the same effects they've already gotten. That said, it's as easy as pressing the button, again.
Perfect! As I DM I have one of my players with the app determine the crit result and we all love hearing the results. Quick, easy to use, well done.

Great app, cards aren't too full of rules and easily integrated into 5e.

Holy SHAT this is an awesome tool for dm and player alike!
Lots of fun and flavourful results, however Ability Damage doesn't exist in 5e (which streamlines a lot of record keeping and modifiers). Can an alternative penalty be used (disadvantage on ability checks until healed, time passes or a minimum number is rolled even with the disadvantage)?
I really enjoy the crits and ESPECIALLY the critical fails. I think it'd be awesome though if you added a way to add your own crit and crit fails, as I've always wanted a convenient way to create and roll my own crits.
Changed to 5 stat. I use this for 5e so that's why the symbols didn't make sense to me before the explanation.
I do not!.. Throw Stars around lightly, expecially five of them. This is one of the best Mobile Additions for your Tabletop Roleplaying group. Expecially if you are Playing D&D 5th, 3.5, or Pathfinder. I could go on, Try it for yourself!
I have a player hard pressed to think of story plots. I gave him this as a guide.

Is there still a version of this out there where when you get a critical fail it gives you an idea like you fall flat on your face and stabbed two of your teammates or your Fireball was so successful that it also turns this for into a fully cooked meal? I use the version of this app 2 years ago where it did that it gave you a random outcome for critical hit or critical fail
