Crochet and Knit

This app has basically made my notepad useless. A small program that was evidently designed by a stitcher helps you to include all of the pertinent information for a project. It has so many extras, there are just too many to list. I can promise you that you would be hard-pressed to find a more stitcher friendly program. I look forward to upcoming updates as little perks could be added but in my opinion, very few. Thank you for a fantastic application.

It would be great if I could choose a yarn from my stash instead of typing it in all the time and it would be great if I could upload pattern in any kind of format and not just pdf. It would be great to have folders for finished projects to keep an overview and an option to queue besides having the options "in process", "paused" and "finished" But that's just minor ideas, otherwise the app is great! Thank you.

It's very easy to use, I like that I can add the pattern in where I can easily look at it. Downside, I'm not finding a counter of how many repeats of the pattern. Unless I'm missing something, I'm zeroing out the counter each set. Main change I'd love to have is better instructions if I am missing that. Edit: I figured out the secondary (or more) counters. The green plus at the bottom while IN project is add counter. A way to lose the timer row or put it under the instructions would be lovely.

I really like the app but I am having difficulty attaching PDFs after buying the paid version. It worked fine for my first two projects, but after upgrading the app either crashes or it looks like it's attaching the file but doesn't. This is very frustrating since the ability to attach PDFs went into my decision to purchase the app. It would be nice if there were an option to make crochet the default craft for projects instead of having to change it manually. The ability to to count rounds and stitches rather than just rows would also be great.

I really like this app. There features are straightforward and there design is clean. The one thing that I wish it had that would make me over-the-moon for this app would be if you could update the row counter while looking at the project's attached PDF pattern. As it is now, you have to toggle between them. Not the biggest deal, but it would be a really nice added feature.

I really love this app, and the others offered by this developer. The only thing is the all the ads are very distracting and pop up just about anytime you click on anything in the app. If they were just a banner or didn't take up the entire screen just about anytime you needed to click on the screen I'd rate the all the apps offered 5 stars.

I like the app for how complete it is. Having a place to store patterns, stash, having lots of tools like the timer and row counters. My only criticism is the links to pdf patterns often won't work and the app crashes at this point. I have worked around it using "info" and linked to my OneDrive but it's clunkier.

This app is great. I have the paid version. Only 2 things I would change. I would like to be able to access my work from any device. Also, when adding a PDF, you have to be careful where in your device you add it from. If I want to add from my One Drive, I have to actually open the One Drive. I cannot just add it from my files.

I downloaded it and was excited to have an app that essentially has it all, row counters, stitch guides, stash keepers, etc but as soon as I started playing with it, it just didn't meet my expectations. First, I can't upload my pdf pattern because everytime I click the pdf button the app stops working and has to be reopened. Also, I found the stitch directory to be sort of underwhelming. There are only the most basic stitches there so it's not good for advanced stitching.

Best one yet! I've tried other apps but non of them allowed me to do a count for repeating rounds. This one does and it works amazingly. I do have to say the ads are a tad annoying but I'm dealing with it. For someone who has several projects going st a time and often goes months without working on one, having the ability to know exactly were I left off is AMAZING! I've also linked my patterns t each project, another HUGE Plus as my kids love to find and ruin them🤣. Over all I'm in love this it

Forget ever having to write anything down again. This app makes it easy when I'm out shopping for new yarns, because I have a complete list of everything I already have, including all my needles. You can type in a project you're working on so you don't have to write it down or keep flipping through your phone to reference. It even has a glossary of abbreviations and free stitch patterns. This is literally like 4 apps in one.

It worked alright at first, but having to pay to have more than 3 projects saved without paying put a damper on the experience. It also had the nasty habit of freezing my phone to the point of having to force restart it if I left it open for more than a few minutes.

I purchased the full version, and I can no longer view the uploaded PDFs. Also, when I close the app and re-open, I have to retrieve the pattern again; it's not saved like all the other info. Fix these bugs, and reading will be higher.

Designed more for knitting, despite going pro, which I now regret going for. When making a project cannot add crochet hook details. Like the inclusion of crochet stitches in the library, but don't feel that the main interface suits crochet very well. Will be using a different app as a counter

Love this app ! I have been looking for an app to keep my projects in one place and thw row counter is so perfect ! This is so perfect for free patterns.. Instead of going neck and forth to the website or digging thru you files... Its all in one place ! You should add a "pattern library " . when someone is saving there pattern downloads they can save it to w file in the app so all of there patterns and future projects are their as well ..

I love the app and use it all the time for my projects. The one drawback is that I am getting quite a few patterns in the library and it would be nice to organize them. A custom file would be great so that you could have one for blankets, knitted animals, sweaters and so on. It would make it much easier to find a pattern that I want to do.

i have used several stitch/row vounting apos and this is my favorite. it is easy to set up projects and keeping row count. What I like most is being able to upload the patterns. this saves me from having to switch between screens. i highly recommend it.

This is the best app of this type so far. Downgraded one star because when I'm working the pattern the default font is too small. It's a 13 inch tablet so it shouldn't be necessary to increase the default font size for everything in order to see the pattern. If crocheting my work is in my hands & the tablet to the side. Thus, I need to increase the font!

I really like this app, and the price is right. I would love to see a section added for random notes -- a new technique, etc. it would also be wonderful if you could copy a yarn page and paste it so you could add additional colors of favorite yarns without having to reinput all of the information.

I am using the full purchased version of the app but all of a sudden I can no longer view the pdf pattern I attached to each project. Very frustrating since I am not using the free version but paid for an app that stops working. Please fix asap since your website does not offer any assistance at all.

This is about the best app I've found for both crochet and knitting. Easy to keep place in your pattern and I love the idea of being able to download patterns in pdf. And patterns on websites not in pdf are just as easy to keep with the pattern. Great job!

I would give it 5 stars, but I found that I can't put in my needle inventory any of the cables that I have with out the needles. I have interchangeable needles and not all of my cables are attached to a needle and vice versa. I have made due with writing in the notes section if the cable is attached to a needle or not or which project that set is on. Also I would like to be able to take a picture of the pattern that I'm working from instead of only a PDF (not all of my patterns are digital)

Very handy, useful, and informative with excellent resources and tutorials. Great assist with project creation from planning, inventory, calculating time, of course counting and doesn't favor either knitting or crocheting! well done.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. I downloaded others and deleted them because they didn't do what they said. This does everything I want and more. I love being able to add pictures and add details for my project. I don't see where I can look at stitches, etc. I guess I will have to buy the upgrade, but I am thrilled with the app so far.
