What is crochet?
Crochet is a process of creating fabric by interlocking loops of yarn, thread, or strands of other materials using a crochet hook. The name is derived from the French term crochet, meaning 'small hook'.
The salient difference between crochet and knitting, beyond the implements used for their production, is that each stitch in crochet is completed before the next one is begun, while knitting keeps a large number of stitches open at a time.

What is knitting?
Knitting is a method by which yarn is manipulated to create a textile or fabric, often used in many types of garments.
Knitting creates multiple loops of yarn, called stitches, in a line or tube. Knitting has multiple active stitches on the needle at one time. Knitted fabric consists of a number of consecutive rows of intermeshing of loops. As each row progresses, a newly created loop is pulled through one or more loops from the prior row, placed on the gaining needle, and the loops from the prior row are then pulled off the other needle.

What is amigurumi?
is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small, stuffed yarn creatures. The word is a portmanteau of the Japanese words ami, meaning "crocheted or knitted", and nuigurumi, meaning "stuffed doll". Amigurumi vary in size and there are no restrictions about size or look. While the art of amigurumi has been known in Japan for several decades, the craft first started appealing to the masses in other countries, especially in the West, in 2003.

What is macrame?
Macramé is a form of textile produced using knotting (rather than weaving or knitting) techniques.
The primary knots of macramé are the square or reef knot and forms of "hitching": various combinations of half hitches. It was long crafted by sailors, especially in elaborate or ornamental knotting forms, to cover anything from knife handles to bottles to parts of ships.

i suppose the app is fine. it was hard to tell because Facebook ads kept popping up. i paid the $2 for one but im not going to pay it for every app. if they want money for the app, fine. But don't irritate the heck out of with constant ads after i repeatedly close it.

It's truly for beginners, and most of the videos can be found easily on YouTube without the app.

Every thing is nice, but how do I get the pattern for the green scarf at the begining. You don't show it again.
