It won't let me log in now. It says no connectivity when I have signal and I'm connected to wifi. I just want to check my balance. Please fix the bugs.
Very convenient and easy to use. Looks nice and can use very quicky and efficiently.
Since updating I can't even login. It says it's unable to validate information for sign in. Glad I can't see my money >:(

Ever since your recent update the app is completely unusable. It won't even open for the love of God.
IDK if it is the app or my new phone, but more often than not I'm unable to login to my account.
I love this app because you are able to put a block on your debit card at anytime you want. you can take it off anytime you want. I'll keep the block on my card until I am ready to make a purchase I'll go in and unblock it make the purchase and then block it again. No one will ever steal money out of my account. I like you can do transfers and schedule or have it instantly done. you can also take a photo of a check and have it deposited. I absolutely love this app.
Would really appreciate it working more than once. We would like to use it for our business; however it works after we contact Croghan and they reset it. After the reset we are unable to gain access unless we contact them again. Not a happy customer. Update: July 29th 2020 our experience with the Croghan Colonial Bank app is no different. While attempting to login we still experience the same issue.
Just don't understand what is happening with the Croghan Colonial app lately. Just progressively getting slower and harder to get on it. I hope this improves soon?

I still cannot get into my banking app ever since March 15th 2022
App worked great for months. Then it suddenly refused to open and it has been about 2 months since I've been able to use it. I've tried everything to get it to work, and it refuses to work.
Garbage. You can get this app to work about 1 out of 5 times. I have had problems with the app since i installed it on my phone. It would be nice to join the rest of the world with proper, reliable, easy mobile banking.
It never flipping works about to just end my relationship with this bank, almost every bank has online banking and for some reason croghan just can not get it right. I love them convince if being able to check my banking from my phone, which they are not providing.
Always down doesn't work half the time verry disappointed maybe fix your app been down all week.. won't let me click on anything I have the Moto g7 power.. everyone else in the family it works but on mine it won't.. installed and re installed mutliple times can you maybe look into this?
They messed up paperwork and 4 days later I have to call to figure out the mistake they had made. Why didn't you reach out to me when you seen it was dated wrong? Absolutely Terrible. Will be closing my account of 15 years with them...
I love this app. It's easy to navigate and use. I can make transfers on the go, if needed. It's very useful and convenient.
A few times it wouldn't let me sign in so i had to reinstall the app. Other than that the it works great.
Has trouble loading. Haven't been able to use for last few days saying that it's experiencing technically difficulty.
Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall for it to work. Every since the update this app rarely works.

Very happy with it. Switch money to and from several accounts also transfer money using zelle. Easy to use
Unusable for mobile check deposits. Tried two different phones. First one refuses to take a picture and just says please hold still. Second one crashes as soon as it opens the camera. Camera itself works fine on both phones. Very buggy application.
