Automix with Autosync with 16 beat Matching with Keylock, is AMAZING!!! Super nice transitions!!!.... But man it's so unreliable. Both Free and Pro versions making crazy distortion now after updates. Restarting and reinstalling doesn't help. I can't use the software on this device because of distortion. It works on a different device... I hope...
Local Library detects all the mp3s on my SD card, but the File Explorer only goes into my internal storage. If you can add access to the SD card folders, it's 4 stars, and if you let the user create his own list of folders the app can access, 5 stars. See the "Music Folder Player Free" app. It lets users choose which folders the app can access.
I would give it 7🌟 but there's only 5 there , I've tried almost every set of decs and the one's that's identical but cross DJ works the best, I haven't even used every feature yet you can just tell it's the one to beat, so if I were you I'd download it now, don't miss out.
Only inconvenience is the beginner level , before purchasing anything is when you go through watchable videos to gain excess to the minimal capacity of the app(I don't Wana still watch a silly time consuming add to be able to unlock a effect)
1\22 - I'm here for Automix -- At least this app will let me create playlists of my music. Djay app wouldn't let me do that. Still analysing 8,833 songs before I try Automix. Up to 4 stars. 12\21--I updated from 1 to 3 stars. I found that if I hit automix before the automix hamburger icon, it overloads the que. I wish I could find written instructions for Android.-- 1st impression: When I use the hamburger icon on automix app, it closes & just stops. What a waste of $.
Would be good if it stored bpms and connected to my reloop mixtour, they said it was something to do with my samsung mobile. Every feature works with the djay app perfectly. I wanted to use this app though more features cant be that hard to make things work.
Awesome app! Very intuitive and easy to navigate. I use it to trial mixes while I'm away from my actual setup. Super slick and great work!!!
It would be 5 stars and i'd buy the app but for one thing. I want one of these apps to be like a simulation of turntables. Just give me a way to nudge up and down and an easy and accurate way to set the pitch to match where i've nudged it, like VDJ can do if you want it too. This app nudges by sliding left/right across the plate which is ok the pitch slider isnt smooth adjust it jumps in speed. That nots the main problem. Stray a bit when nudging and you skip/stop the plate of current song
Is there any way I can get the pro version without having to buy it again, as I have bought the orange version & it doesn't give me the option to connect my controller in the setting really hacked off about this. Thanks
I was gonna give 5 stars as far as the past few years it worked perfectly but now the music loaded into the decks comes out with crackling sounds when Bluetooth to any speaker I pair with at this point! Please fix
I have the paid for version of this - upgraded from the free version. It is nicely laid out and simple to use. It performs a lot better than other dj apps I have tried on my phone but it's no substitute for the main one I use on my laptop I'm afraid. Also, I have sent 4 emails to the Support email (and chased up after a few weeks) but never had a single reply to any of them. I would like to rate this higher if they could sort out the issues I have raised in the support emails.
This is the best app I have used so far. Control functionality is almost flawless, minimal beat drift with the synch option, well placed and well designed pitch bending, as well as good EQ, master volume, and gain output. Unlike most other apps I have used, there is also no issues with sound quality, and data processing. A very nice app to use when I am away from my turntables. One area for improvement would be to include more effects. Even so, the looping is almost perfect with this app.
Pretty good. I'd give it 5 stars but there is 1 issue. Every blue moon the app stops working, no music can be heard even tho the record spins. When it I play with the setting, audio is restored but at a very low quality which makes it not worth using at that given moment. But give it time and it's back to normal.
I really like this DJ app. It's very cohesive, fun and with a little messing around you can pick this up fairly quickly. If you know your way around the deck you will be mixing and scratching instantly. Missing some bells & whistles, cue points aren't user friendly, however I negated the 5th star because the scratch sound doesn't seem to Line up 100% with the sound que and is a bit off in frequency. But it's solid, stable and well worth downloading/purchasing pro version. 🤘👌👍
Easy to use. I've tried other dj mixing apps but so far this is the best one for me. But, I think there's alot of room for improvement specially on the sound quality area. Maybe a little more band frequencies on the equalizer? I've tried to install bass booster/equalizer app to aid or enhanced the sound quality of this app, most didn't work but one did, but only for Bluetooth headset, not on the speaker system. But nonetheless, this is a good app if not the best.
I've used this for 2 years and it's finally quiting on me? Doesn't play anymore music, whatsoever. Makes beeping sounds when enter the app. I've ignored this stuff because all I want the app to do is slow my music down because it's a nice vibe on a lot of songs. Now I can't do that. I can't even be at the home screen when listening to music with or without earbuds, speaker, or the phone itself. "Your volume is too loud then..." well it does it even with the volume shortened
Never tried mixing in my life and this is so far perfect for learning the art, easy to customize and Ive ended up buying all extras. I would like the creator to consider allowing users to install samples and loops from personal memory into the pads and also more colors and an option to have no colors too. Thanks though definitely 5 stars !
