Cross Stitch Crazy

I am visually impaired and now that the magazine is only published on the phone, I am unable to use the patterns. I need to print the patterns large enough for me to see, but you can't download to a computer. Please make the patterns transferable to a desktop computer. I hope the other cross stitch magazines don't change over to this permanently as I will have to cancel my subscription. Please think about your disabled customers!

I bought a single back issue because I was halfway through a picture and I had lost the pattern. I was hoping I could print it off as I can't really see the symbols on my phone. I even tried to screen shot it and print it off that way but it came out all blurry.

Very inconsistent app. crashes a lot and now I bought a ton of magazines and they won't download. The content in the magazines is great but the app is a mess.

Thank you for allowing print subs to be able to receive it digitally for the time being! The app itself works as it should, easy to use and haven't had any issues.

Downloaded app as it was advertised free issue weekend....however once the app downloaded there was no free issue showing anywhere. Kept clicking on fb link ...but still couldnt find the free issue. Gave up !!

To say I'm Disappointed is an understatement. I didn't realize magazine was no longer being published and that I'd be unable to print off chart out of digital magazine. First and last attempt at having only a digital version.

I loved cross stitch crazy other than it wouldn't work on my laptop. But it was beautiful on my tablet and easy to expand to see difficult stitch patterns.

The app doesn't work no more and I lost all my subscriptions and purchases.

App keeps crashing and wont allow me to download an issue i paid for. Spent a lot of money.

I bought two magazines and they are gone. You have 2 on there saying read and they aren't mine. Charge money and then they take them away.

You can't download and print from this app. Even though you pay for an issue. Waste of money!!

Helpful advice to newbies

App no longer works. Tried reinstalling but it didn't help. Now I can't access the product I've paid for. I'm very disappointed and have uninstalled the app permanently.

I purchased the complete package collection but can't download any issue. I tried so many times. Very disappointed.

Issue resolved on phone but not on tablet. Still cannot download new issue even though I have a subscription... Help please...

Was so excited to download the back catalogue but now the app keeps crashing. Going to pursue a refund if I can't even read a single magazine. *Edit: I gave it a day and it stopped crashing. It's still a little buggy though, swipe in the black space at the bottom of the page. A feature they should add, unless I'm missing it, is the ability to download or print. I like to mark my progress when stitching especially on larger charts.

Downloading the magazine is a great feature but the app itself crashes often and won't open after updating. You constantly (daily) have to uninstall and reinstall the app to be able to read your downloaded mags. I love the magazine but after downloading my first issue I don't feel motivated to buy any more copies because It's such a hassle to read them through the app. Please fix these issues.

I completed an update to the app and now it won't open! :( I recommend it though, great way to browse, read, and use the magazines without paying so much for each individually at the bookstore.

Have a subscription, can't download any issues.

Only downloaded this because immediate media haven't been sending my hard copies and wanted the issues. Now I've paid twice for these magazines neither of which has been delivered. Haven't posted but have charged me for the paper copy, and ive paid for the digital copy and every time I try to open it the app closes. Know any other companies that do cross stitch magazines? Think I'm cancelling all my subscriptions!

Decided to purchase 1 copy before subscribing as saw alot of bad reviews. Love the idea being digital that means I get it instant without having to wait but the chart is not clear & how do I print them as I still want to mark where I had stitched. Please improve on it as I really love your magazine.

I am deeply upset with Immediate Media, after a free 30day subscription, I had cancelled my subscription. As far as I am aware, I didn't pay for that year. I just found out today that they renewed my subscription WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION despite my account needing authorization for every purchase! I read the mag, but prefered it in hard copy so that it why I cancelled it. I want my money back!

Save yourself some trouble. Use Readly. $10 a month, back issues, download, print, and gets you any and all magazines you want, it isn't limited to just this magazine.
